Aufrollbare Verschlusseinrichtung (10) bestehend aus einem Vorhang (4), welcher nebeneinanderliegende Stäbe (5), eine feste Achse (1) deren Enden in eine Türzarge montiert sind, mindestens eine mit mindestens einer Ausgleich-Wickelfeder (3) ausgestattete Trommel (2) beträgt, wobei das äussere Ende dieser Feder (3) fest mit der besagten Trommel verbunden ist, wobei diese Trommel auf die feste Achse montiert ist und mit mindestens einem oberen Stab (5) des besagten Vorhangs (4), welcher sich auf dieser Trommel aufrollt, fest verbunden ist, wobei diese Verschlusseinrichtung eine mechanische Verriegelungseinrichtung (20, 50) beträgt, die angeordnet ist, um den Absturz des Vorhangs (4) im Falle des Bruchs der Ausgleichfeder (3) oder der Befestigung dieser Feder aufzufangen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungseinrichtung (20, 50) zwischen der festen Achse (1) und der Ausgleichfeder (3) angeordnet ist, wobei das innere Ende der Feder (3) fest mit dieser Verriegelungseinrichtung (20, 50) verbunden ist, welche angeordnet ist um die Trommel (2) im Fall des Bruchs der Ausgleichfeder, nach einer bestimmten Winkelbewegung a zwischen der Verriegelungseinrichtung (20, 50) und der festen Achse (1) formschlüssig mit der festen Achse (1) zu verbinden, wobei diese Bewegung durch ein zwischen der besagten Verriegelungseinrichtung (20, 50) und der besagten festen Achse (1) angeordnetes Rückholelement (35, 65) kontrolliert wird.
  2. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungseinrichtung (20) ausserhalb von der Trommel (2) vorgesehen ist und eine zylindrische Hülse (21) beträgt, die koaxial mit der festen Achse (1) angebracht ist, und die angeordnet ist, um sich in Bezug auf die besagte Achse um einen festgelegten Winkelbereich bewegen zu können, der merklich gleich Winkel α ist, wobei diese Hülse (21) ausgelegt ist, um die Trommel (2) zu tragen, wobei das innere Ende der Wickelfeder (3) fest mit der Hülse (21) verbunden ist, und dadurch, dass die besagte Hülse (21) ein bewegliches Verriegelungselement (30) beträgt, das angeordnet ist, um mit einer mit der besagten Trommel (2) fest verbundenen Sperreinrichtung (40) zusammenzuarbeiten.
  3. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungseinrichtung (20) ein Antriebselement (33) des besagten Verriegelungselements (30) aufweist, wobei dieses Antriebselement an einem fest mit der besagten Achse (1) verbundenen Verbindungsstück (38) befestigt ist, und dadurch, dass das Verbindungsstück (38) durch das besagte Rückholelement (35) mit der Hülse (21) verbunden ist.
  4. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Verriegelungselement (30) durch eine fest mit der besagten Hülse (21) verbundenen Scheibe (27) getragen wird, und dadurch, dass das Verriegelungselement (30) und die Scheibe (27) mindestens zum Teil übereinander liegen und mit dem besagten Antriebselement (33) mittels in dem Verriegelungselement (30) bzw. in der Scheibe (27) angeordneter Öffnungen (30', 32) in Verbindung stehen.
  5. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Scheibe (27) vorgesehene Öffnung (32) eine auf der festen Achse (1) zentrierte Kreisbogenform aufweist und sich auf einem dem besagten Winkel α merklich gleichen Winkelbereich ausstreckt, in welchem sich das besagte Antriebselement (33) bewegt, das das Verriegelungselement (30) zwischen zwei stabilen Winkellagen antreibt, eine passive Lage in welcher das Verriegelungselement (30) nicht in die Sperreinrichtung (40) greift und die Drehung der Trommel und den Antrieb des Vorhangs (4) der Verschlusseinrichtung erlaubt, und eine aktive Lage in welcher das Verriegelungselement (30) in die Sperreinrichtung (40) greift und die Trommel (2) und den besagten Vorhang (4) festhält.
  6. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement eine Sperrklinke (30) beträgt, und die Sperreinrichtung ein Sperrad (40) beträgt.
  7. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückholelement eine in Bezug auf den besagten Antriebsfinger (33) exzentrisch angebrachte Feder (35) aufweist, deren Enden mit der Scheibe (27) und dem Verbindungsstück (38) verbunden sind, wobei diese Feder angeordnet ist um die besagte passive Lage im Normalbetrieb auszugleichen und um die besagte aktive Lage im Falle einer Störung zu aktivieren.
  8. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungseinrichtung (50) innerhalb der Trommel (2) vorgesehen ist und eine Zentralnabe (51) beträgt, die zum Teil die feste Achse (1) umgibt, wobei diese Nabe aus zwei Teilen besteht, ein erster, feste Nabe (52) benannter fester, mit der festen Achse (1) fest verbundener Teil, und ein zweiter, bewegliche Nabe (53) benannter beweglicher, fest mit dem inneren Ende der Ausgleichfeder (3) verbundener Teil, wobei die bewegliche Nabe (53) angeordnet ist, um sich in Bezug auf die feste Nabe (52) um einen Winkelbereich bewegen zu können, der Winkel α merklich gleich ist, wobei eine der Naben ein bewegliches Verriegelungselement (60) trägt, welches angeordnet ist, um mit einer fest mit der Trommel (2) verbundenen Sperreinrichtung (8) zusammenzuarbeiten
  9. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Verriegelungselement aus einer Sperrklinke (60) besteht, die um eine Achse A drehend auf einer Seite der festen Nabe (52) angebracht ist, wobei die Achse A parallel zur festen Achse (1) liegt, wobei diese Sperrklinke angeordnet ist, um sich über die feste Nabe hinaus auszustrecken, wobei der Vorderteil der Sperrklinke zur Zusammenarbeit mit der Sperreinrichtung (8) der Trommel bestimmt ist und der Hinterteil der Sperrklinke mit dem Rückholelement (65) verbunden ist.
  10. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungseinrichtung (50) einen Rückhaltefinger (63) für die Sperrklinke (60) aufweist, wobei dieser Rückhaltefinger auf der beweglichen Nabe (53) vorgesehen ist und angeordnet ist, um in eine in dem Vorderteil der Sperrklinke (60) vorgesehene entsprechende Aufnahme (64) zu fallen, wobei der Hinterteil der Sperrklinke durch das besagte Rückholelement (65) mit der beweglichen Nabe (53) verbunden ist.
  11. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegliche Nabe (53) von der festen Nabe (52) um ein Winkel α merklich gleiches Winkelspiel entfernt liegt, wodurch es zwei stabile Lagen der beweglichen Nabe bestimmt, eine passive Lage in welcher die Sperrklinke (60) durch den Rückhaltefinger (63) festgehalten wird und die Drehung der Trommel (2) und den Antrieb des Vorhangs (4) erlaubt, und eine aktive Lage in welcher die Sperrklinke (60) durch den Rückhaltefinger (63) befreit wird, durch das Rückholelement (65) gedreht wird und in die Sperreinrichtung (8) der Trommel greift, und die Trommel (2) und den Vorhang (4) festhält.
  12. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die feste Nabe (52) und die bewegliche Nabe (53) auf ihren Seiten gegenüberliegende komplementare Formen (52', 53') aufweisen, die angeordnet sind um die Drehung der beweglichen Nabe (53) in Bezug auf die feste Nabe (52) zu führen.
  13. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperreinrichtung der Trommel (2) aus dem Gehäuse dieser Trommel besteht, welches zwei parallele Seitenwände (7) beträgt, die mittels auf dem Umfang dieser Trommel (2) verteilter quer angebrachter Bügel (8) zusammengehalten werden, und die angeordnet sind, um als Anschläge für die Sperrklinke (60) zu dienen.
  14. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückholelement eine in Bezug auf den Rückhaltefinger (63) exzentrisch angebrachte Feder (65) aufweist, deren Enden mit der beweglichen Nabe (53) und dem Hinterteil der Sperrklinke (60) verbunden sind, wobei diese Feder angeordnet ist, um die besagte passive Lage im Normalbetrieb auszugleichen und um die besagte aktive Lage im Falle einer Störung zu aktivieren.
  15. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine mindestens an einem Ende der festen Achse (1) vorgesehene Entriegelungseinrichtung (70) beträgt, welche angeordnet ist, um das manuelle Abrollen des Vorhangs (4) nach Betätigung der Verriegelungseinrichtung (20, 50) zu ermöglichen.
  16. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entriegelungseinrichtung (70) mindestens eine am Ende der festen Achse (1) montierte Muffe (71) mit einem nicht-kreisförmigen Querschnitt und mindestens einen in der die besagte Verschlusseinrichtung tragenden Türzarge montierten Träger (72) beträgt, wobei dieser Träger zwei nach oben offene und in Verbindung stehende Aufnahmen (73, 74) aufweist, eine erste Aufnahme (73) mit einem dem der Muffe (71) entsprechenden Querschnitt, die der normalen Betriebsposition der festen Achse (1) entspricht, und eine zweite Aufnahme (74), mit einem kreisförmigen Querschnitt, die der entriegelten Position der festen Achse (1) entspricht.
  17. Einrichtung gemäß Anforderung 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entriegelungseinrichtung (70) ein Verschlussorgan (75) für die besagten Aufnahmen (73, 74) beträgt, wobei dieses Organ abmontiert werden kann und angeordnet ist, um das komplette Freisetzen der festen Achse (1) zu ermöglichen.
