Description

The invention relates to a thread guide arm with thread guide elements, the one with no gap formation on a thread holding plate are arranged. Such a thread guide arm is from the DE-PS 37 32 879 of the applicant known. The thread stop sign prevents a thread loop around a thread guide can lay around.

The present invention has for its object the known Thread guide arm in such a way that the production the thread guide is simplified and the thread guide quickly on different thread types and strengths are customizable.

The task is carried out with a thread guide arm of the type mentioned Art solved according to the invention in that the thread guide designed as eyelets and interchangeable in at least a receiving body arranged on the thread holding plate are used. With such a configuration, the or the receiving body and the thread-holding shield from one one-piece casting are made, the laborious Deburring the openings of the receiving body is not necessary can, since the sliding body for the threads is not the receiving body but the serve in these eyelets. This Single eyelets can be manufactured much more easily without burrs become. The interchangeable arrangement of the eyelets also has the Advantage that these against others, made of different materials existing and with a different diameter provided eyelets can be replaced, provided that this is the thread type and strength required. A quick connection between eyelets and receiving body can be achieved in that the eyelets can be snapped into the receiving body. The eyelets can also through openings in the thread holding plate in the Receiving body can be used, the openings after Attachment of the thread holding plate to the thread guide arm are at least partially covered by this. An introduction of the eyelets from the back of the thread holding plate in the receiving body offers the possibility of automatic Equipping the component with the eyelets. Then the Thread holding plate with the thread guide arm, for example be screwed. By partially covering the openings the thread guide arm ensures that the Eyes do not come loose from the holder body automatically can. The eyelets can be made of a different material be made as the receiving body and / or the thread holding plate. For adapting the thread guide arms to different ones Yarn types and strengths are therefore only made available of eyelets made of different materials required while all other elements of the thread guide arm can remain unchanged. As materials for the eyelets ceramic, plastic or metal are possible.

A preferred embodiment of FIG Thread guide organs for a thread guide arm based on the drawing presented in more detail.

Fig. 1 shows a thread holding plate 10 with an almost circular outline. Are on this thread holding sign three thread guide elements 11, 12 and 13 arranged by one star-shaped receiving body 14 are formed, each on his arms with recesses 15 (Fig. 3) for receiving Eyelets 16 is provided. The receiving body 14 also has a central bore 17 for receiving a screw to it Connection with a thread guide arm.

From the view according to FIG. 2 it can be seen that the thread holding plate 10 each under the arms of the receiving body 14 openings 18 for inserting the eyelets 16 into the recesses 15 in the receiving body 14. The shape of the Openings 18 are adapted to the shape of the eyelets 16. In 3 is a section through one of the thread guide elements 11 shown. From this it can be seen that the eyelet 16 is form-fitting fits into the recess 15 of the receiving body 14. The eyelet 16 has a central opening 19 for passage of a thread. It is in the recess 15 by two there arranged latches 20 held. These latches 20 engage in correspondingly shaped depressions 21 (FIG. 4) perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the eyelet 16 and form a Snap connection, which can be released again in a simple manner is, which makes the eyelets 16 easily replaceable in the receiving body 14 are arranged. The opening 19 of the eyelet 16 has one cross-section widening from the inside to the outside on both sides on. This avoids sharp edges, which are too would produce large thread wear. Even the outside diameter widens outwards on both sides and ends in beads 22 and 23. In between is a region 24 of smaller diameter arranged, in which a projecting area in the recess 15 of the receiving body 14 engages and thus a release of the Eyelet 16 prevented in the axial direction from the recess 15. After screwing the thread holding plate 10 on a Thread guide arm, which the openings 18 of the shield 10 of the Bottom at least partially covers, is a unintentional automatic removal of the eyelets 16 from the Recording body 14 impossible. Should the eyelets 16 be against others, made of another material or with another Diameter eyelets are exchanged, so simply the thread holding plate 10 again from the thread guide arm unscrewed, the eyelets with the help of a through the openings 19 engaging tool from the locking connection released through the openings 18 from the receiving body 14 removed and then the new eyelets 16 into the recess 15 of the receiving body 14 locked.
