From US-PS 54 10 961, an ink chamber doctor blade of this type is known in the profile strip forming the rear wall of the ink chamber a sewer system is integrated, which is part of the Spray nozzles leading additional holes is provided. This Known doctor blade device is expensive to manufacture because it means a significant effort using the profile bar inner duct and distributor system connected to the individual spray nozzles for the cleaning liquid.
The object of the invention is therefore a doctor blade device to create the type specified, which deals with a lower Can make effort.
According to the invention this object is achieved in that the End walls of the ink chamber carrying sealant are provided with holes in which a pipe is held, that over its length at a distance from each other with the spray nozzles forming holes is provided, and that one end of the tube with a connection for supplying washing liquid is provided.
The doctor device according to the invention can be very easily with a spray device for cleaning after completion a print job or when changing the printing color provided that the tube having the spray nozzles in the holes the side walls of the ink chamber is held. This Holes can also be retrofitted, so that it is easily possible to already be in operation or existing doctor devices with the carrying the spray nozzles Retrofit pipe.
Of course, this must be the connection for the supply of washing liquid opposite end of the tube to be closed. This closure can be effected in a simple manner by that a bore in a side part closes the end of the tube Blind hole is.
After further training, for which independent protection is claimed is provided that two radial, lateral side compartments are arranged, the webs Limit the front edges with the inking roller throttle gap and which are aligned holes in which a pipe is held that is spaced apart along its length is provided with holes forming the spray nozzles, and that one end of the tube with a connection for supplying washing liquid is provided.
A squeegee device in which weirs forming sidewalls Divide secondary chambers is in the patent application 195 16 223.4 to which reference is made.
