Description

The invention relates to a fitting for holding the Front panel of a drawer on the side walls with a to be attached to the inside of the front panel drawer Holding part and one on or in the drawer side wall mounting part to be fastened on each side wall the drawer, one facing away from the front panel Side of the holding part protruding elongated tab-like Approach insertable into the recording part and by a acted upon by a spring under tension, locking element pivotable between two stable end positions is releasably lockable in the holding part.

Drawers are now on their visible front mostly provided with front panels, which the actual Drawer box in height and width dimensions protrude and thus completely in the associated furniture body inserted position - open accordingly Door leaves - on the side and on the top and bottom Drawer of a drawer cabinet also with the protruding one upper or lower edge area on the end faces of the body walls. This creates the problem that the front panels are in the front panel height direction or laterally adjacent drawers and / or the cabinet side walls or adjacent door leaves must be that they are aesthetically closed have satisfactory exact alignment. As long as the Front panels on the actual drawer front wall was put on and screwed to this was one Alignment relatively easy because the Hole for the from the inside of the drawer through the Fastening screws screwed into the front wall of the drawer in the front wall larger than the shaft diameter of the Fixing screws were dimensioned so that an all-round Moving the front panel in the excess of the holes given frame with loosened fastening screws was possible. By tightening the fastening screws after the alignment, the Front panels are then fixed on the drawer front wall. In More recently, however, drawers are increasingly without fixed ones Front wall manufactured, i.e. the front panels at the same time the front wall and must therefore with the Drawer box can be rigidly connected to the drawer stabilize their front area. On the other hand, must but the alignment described can still be possible. Bracket fittings have been developed for this e.g. additionally the task of holding the front end the slide rail that pulls out the drawer on the cabinet body take-out storage guide (DE-A-36 32 442). These bracket fittings are under the drawer bottom on the inner surface of the projecting down the floor Side walls arranged. For sufficiently rigid attachment the front panel on the side walls must then - at least for drawers at a high vertical height - still additional fasteners like corner connectors above ground level, which are also provided must allow adjustment of the front panel and should also appear optically as little as possible. When used in recent times for certain applications Drawers with side walls made of plastic or Hollow metal profiles were therefore inside the side wall hollow profiles arranged mounting fittings for Front panels developed (DE-A-39 31 155), in which at the Front panel a holding part can be attached, which in a Cavity of the side walls adjustable mountable receiving part insertable and lockable there. The lock takes place, for example, by a rotary bolt with a spiral or eccentric locking surface, that by means of a tool, for example one Screwdriver, so that it can be twisted by one enable the protruding tab of the holding part to be inserted Position rotated in a locking position in which the spiral bolt surface grips a projection on the holding part tab. By the eccentric or spiral shape of the locking surface a suit is generated when turning the rotary bolt the front panel firmly against the front faces of the Drawer sidewalls are attracted, with certain Tolerance differences can be compensated, especially since The receiving part in turn in the transverse direction and in the drawer pulling direction and adjustable in the vertical direction is arranged in the drawer side wall. The known Front panel bracket fitting has proven itself. Due to its complex structure, the fitting is in the Manufacturing relatively expensive. The lock also hides of the holding part in the receiving part by actuating the locking element using a tool, the risk that during assembly by untrained staff or afterwards Adjustment by a private person is not sufficient is tightened firmly and the front panel is then loose become and can adjust again. This danger does not exist if the bracket fitting in the entrance mentioned manner (EP-A-0 636 327) is designed so that the actual locking element between two end positions is pivotable, being by a preload standing spring is loaded, the arrangement of which is such that the locking element is bistable, i.e. of the a stable end position, in which the holding part in the Receiving part is insertable when inserting the locking element panned and then this after going through one Dead center position automatically in the locking position snaps and thereby one provided on the holding part, in engages a recess in the locking element engaging hook. The pressure of the front panel against the front The end faces of the side walls are created by the preload the feather. By exerting a pull on the Front panel that is greater than the preload of the spring, but the holding part can be withdrawn from the receiving part become. That the spring must be installed with high preload so it doesn't accidentally jump off the front panel comes when the drawer for example is closed with momentum and the front panel suddenly strikes the cabinet body.

The invention is based on the object a bracket fitting for front panels on drawers create an automatic locking of the in the Receiving part introduced holding part allows, but after locking, disassemble the front panel by pulling off the side walls, i.e. get a rigid shock and vibration proof connection becomes.

Starting from a fitting of the type mentioned at the beginning This object is achieved in that the Bolt element in its area facing the front panel such as one above or below the horizontal Limitation of the tab-like approach of the holding part transverse to the insertion direction of the approach Axis pivotally mounted in the receiving part and in his End part facing away from the holding part with at least one locking edge is provided, which due to the bias in the first end position in the intended mounting position the front panel on the drawer side walls behind one in the area of the front end of the tab-shaped Approach formed, backwards to the front panel pointing retaining edge is pivoted in that the locking element one in at one end of the transom edge the first end position of the locking element in the insertion path of the tab-shaped approach protruding obliquely to the direction of insertion has extending boundary edge which the free end of the tab-shaped approach at Introduce into the receiving part and the locking element against the biasing spring towards the second pivoted stable end position, and that the latch edge the locking element one when swiveling behind the retaining edge the tab-shaped approach in the area of the system at the holding edge increasingly larger distance from the Has pivot axis of the locking element. The locking takes place so here not through the locking element further pivoting spring but by resting the ledge edge of the locking element on the holding edge of the tab-shaped Approach, i.e. by a form fit.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the locking edge has of the locking element an arcuate course, wherein that from the pivot axis of the locking element to the locking edge measured radius from the holding edge during the locking process first reaching behind towards their other end gradually increases. This will make a suit achieved through which also inaccuracies when installing the Hardware or tolerances in the hardware components even compensated become.

The tab-like approach can be on its face away from the front panel End protruding on both sides in opposite directions Have retaining tabs on each of the retaining edges are designed for the locking element, then the Bolt element two arranged at a parallel distance from each other plate-shaped locking element halves with the same outer boundary and thus two transom edges are the same Has course, the clear distance from each other at least the same, preferably slightly larger than the thickness of the tab-shaped approach, however, smaller than that over the opposite free boundary edges of the retaining tabs measured distance is. The locking force is - distributed on two locking element halves - symmetrical on both sides transferred into the tab-like approach.

The receiving part then has appropriate further training of the invention in its front panel end region two plate-shaped arranged at a parallel distance from each other Walls, the minimum clear distance from each other equal or slightly larger than that of the opposite free boundary edges of the retaining tabs of the lobed Approach measured distance, the plate-shaped Walls at the bottom through a for guidance of the plate-shaped extension provided with each other are connected and the locking element by a aligned holes in the parallel walls and the locking element halves penetrating pivot pin stored in the space between the parallel walls is.

The configuration can then advantageously be made in this way be that the locking element halves in one of the bearing pin holes spaced area with short outward folded approaches are provided, which are in circular arc Openings in the parallel plate-shaped walls of the receiving part, the one from the center of the holes provided in the parallel walls for the Bearing pin equal to the radius measured through the openings from the centers of the holes in the locking element halves to the approaches turned to the outside Distance is. The radian of the circular arc Breakthrough gives the maximum swivel angle of the Locking element or the locking element halves before, i.e. the Approaches lie on one in the two end positions the ends of the arcuate opening.

The provided in the parallel walls of the receiving part Bores for receiving the bearing pin for the locking element are advantageously at a distance above the parallel wall connecting transverse wall provided the larger than that between the upper and lower boundary edge measured width of the lobed approach. In order to ensures that the lobed approach the lower transverse wall can be inserted into the receiving part and passes under the bearing pin.

The plate-shaped locking element halves can in turn also be connected to each other by a transverse wall.

The receiving part is then at a distance above the hole for the bearing pin of the locking element one end of a spring element under pressure is pivotable articulated, the other end of which engages the locking element, wherein the spring element on the in the first end position standing locking element exerted pressure force the locking element pushes into the first end position while the Compressive force in the locking element in the second end position is directed so that the locking element in the second end position is pushed.

Riegelelementseitig greift das Federelement dann zweckmäßig an der frontblendenabgewandten Begrenzung der die Riegelelementhälften verbindenden Querwand an.The spring element then expediently engages on the locking element side at the boundary of the locking element halves facing away from the front panel connecting transverse wall.

In an advantageous development of the invention, the Angled limitation of the transverse wall facing the front panel Approach provided that it is directed in the first end position of the locking element between the parallel plate-shaped walls of the receiving part pivoted is in the second end position with its free Boundary edge, however, in front of the front panel boundary protruding the plate-shaped walls. If at the Mounting a front panel of the tab-like approach of the holding part is inserted into the receiving part, in which the locking element is in the second end position the holding part in a position in which the front panel is still at a distance from the end faces of the side walls the protruding boundary edge of the angled approach and pivots the locking element when pressed further towards the first end position. The locking element pivoted through a dead center position and the preload the spring element is then pivoted the locking element in the first end position effective, the locking edge (s) of the locking element Engages behind the retaining edge (s) of the flap-like attachment or reach behind and so on the front panel in a fixed system lock the drawer side panels.

To the front panels as easily as possible from the drawer side panels to be able to dismantle, it is recommended to Bolt element or - if necessary - in at least one the locking element halves of the locking element a tool attachment recess provide and in which the locking element in Area of the tool attachment recess covering area to provide a through opening of the walls of the receiving part, which during the entire pivoting process of the locking element from the first to the second end position Tool attachment recess releases for access. To the - Then only the tool is unlocked, for example the edge of a screwdriver through the through hole through into the tool attachment recess of the locking element inserted and the locking element in the sense of a Swiveled into the second end position. To Passing through the dead center position urges the pretension of the The locking element then automatically into the spring element second end position.

The receiving part, in turn, can be known per se Solvable and in at least two coordinate directions be adjustable on a mounting component, which its side on or in the associated drawer side wall is attachable.

The one shown in FIG. 1, in its entirety with 10 designated bracket for drawer front panels consists of two lockable parts, namely one on the inner surface one - in the drawing only dash-dotted lines - front panel 12 attachable Holding part 14 and one in one - also only dash-dotted shown - side wall 16 of a drawer to be assembled Receiving part 18. The holding part is in FIG. 4 to 6 shown separately, while the recording part in 2 and 3 is shown, but in these Figures a separately shown in Figs. 14 to 16 Bolt element is omitted.

The one made in the special case as a die-cast part made of metal Holding part 14 has an elongated narrow strip-like mounting flange 20, of which the Front panel 12 facing, serving as a mounting surface flat underside by screwing into the front panel and mounting holes 22 penetrating - not shown - Fastening screws or through - also not shown - in assigned blind holes in the front panel insertable and there by enlarging the diameter lockable expansion pins on the inside of the front panel is definable. Jumps from the middle Side of the mounting flange 20 facing away from the front panel an integrally molded over the greater part of its Length tab-like flat neck 24 in front, which is in its free end area is slightly tapered in the side view and at the free end on both sides in opposite Directions protruding tabs 26, the their laterally protruding over the flat part of the approach rear facing the mounting flange 20 Boundary edges form retaining edges 28, their interaction with the above-mentioned locking element of the receiving part 18 will be described below.

Fig. 11 und 12) zusammen.
The receiving part 18 (FIGS. 2 and 3) to be arranged on or - in the case of drawer side walls formed by hollow profiles - in the hollow interior of the drawer side wall is composed of the actual receiving component 30 (FIGS. 7 and 8) which is to be connected to the tab-like projection ) and a two-part assembly component 32 (FIGS. 9 and 10 or FIGS. 11 and 12) together. The two-part assembly component 32 in turn consists of the lower assembly bracket 32a, which can be attached with its attachment flange 34 to an attachment flange 16a of the drawer side wall 16, and an upper assembly bracket 32b, which can be attached to the attachment flange 34 with its attachment flange 36. Both mounting brackets 32a and 32b have mounting walls 38 and 40, which are folded over at right angles by the respective mounting flanges 34 and 36, respectively. The actual receiving component 30 is adjustably fixed in the vertical direction to the mounting wall 40 of the upper mounting bracket 32b and is connected to the mounting wall 38 of the lower mounting bracket 32a by means of the special adjusting screw 42 shown in FIG. 13 so that a horizontal pivoting movement of the both parts 30 and 40 on the mounting flange 34 at the pivot point "+" is possible, and an adjustment of a front panel 12 fastened to a drawer box by means of the retaining fitting 10 according to the invention.
The receiving component 30 is a part punched out of originally flat sheet metal material and then folded into the shape shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, largely mirror-symmetrical along the vertical central plane, and has in its front panel-side end region two parallel-spaced plate-shaped walls 44a and 44b that run along it lower boundary edge are connected by an integral transverse wall 44c. The clear distance between the walls 44a, 44b is approximately equal to the width of the tab-like extension 24 measured over the opposite free boundary edges of the retaining tabs 26. The tab-like extension 24 can thus be inserted between the walls 44a and 44b, being on the underside on the transverse wall 44c and is guided on both sides on the inner surfaces of the walls 44a and 44b.

In the space between the walls 44a and 44b is at a distance 14 through 16 above the transverse wall 44c separately shown locking element 46 between two end positions pivoted, of which the first end position shown in solid lines in Fig. 1 and the second end position is also indicated by dash-dotted lines is. The locking element 46 consists of two in parallel Spacer plate-shaped locking element halves 46a and 46b, their sector-like outer boundaries can be seen in particular from FIG. 14. At the The locking element halves 46a, 46b are by an upper side Cross wall 46c connected to an integral component. To the in Fig. 1 left end are in the locking element halves 46a, 46b aligned bores 48 are provided, through which a bearing pin 50 extends, the ends of which in turn in aligned bores 52 in the walls 44a and 44b are held. The bores 52 are in relation to the transverse wall 44c is offset so far up that the tab-like extension 24 of the holding part 14 during assembly the front panel 12 to the respectively assigned Drawer side wall 16 between the cross wall 44c and the Bearing pin 50 can be passed, which in the first end position and in the insertion path of the flap-like Approach 24 projecting locking element 46 of the Retaining tab 26 of the tab-like extension 24 around the bearing pin 50 is pivoted upward, namely against the Pretensioning of a spring element, which itself is not is shown. In Fig. 1, however, the directions of action the spring force of the spring element in the first and second end position in the form of dash-dotted lines 54a, 54b. It can be seen that this Spring forces from the center of in the walls 44a and 44b aligned bores 56a provided offset upwards, Go out 56b and to an upstand 46d on the front facing away from the front panel Boundary edge of the cross wall 46c of the locking element 46 lead. The spring element can thus as with their ends on one arranged in the bores 56a, 56b Cross pin 58 on the one hand and the upstand 46d on the other attacking coil spring under pressure to be thought of by an inclusive Telescopic housing guided against buckling and on the cross pin 58 and the upstand 46d pivots. The locking element halves 46a, 46b are in the area of their i.e. end pointing towards the interior of the thrust country provided with boundary edges 60a, 60b, which by a in the first end position and sloping downwards protruding into the insertion path of the flap-like extension 24 Starting edge 60c extend such that they when passing over the end of the oblique boundary edge 60c reach behind the retaining edges 28 of the retaining tabs 26, whereby that when inserting the flap-like approach 24th locking element deflected initially counterclockwise by the bias of the spring element mentioned in again Is pivoted clockwise. The boundary edges 60a, 60b are transom edges and have such a course that they unite clockwise as the pan increases Suit on the holding edge and thus the flap-like approach 24 and thus also the holding part 14 and the front panel 12 exercise. That the front panel is after the transition of the Retaining tab 24 from the oblique boundary edge 60c the subsequent transom or boundary edge 60a, 60b in play-free contact with the facing end edge the drawer sidewall tightened and - also with Shocks and exposure to high drawers in the pull-out direction directed forces - not relaxed because the locking of the boundary edges 60a, 60b on the Holding edges 28 of the retaining tab 26 is self-locking. The Course of the boundary edges 60a, 60b of the locking element 46 is in the form of a circular arc shown, but it should be noted that the Radius center of these arcs not on the Longitudinal central axis of the bearing pin 50, but this compared to what is to be thought far up, whereby the suit described when locking the flap-like Approach is achieved.

In the walls 44a, 44b of the receiving component 30 are circular arcs Openings 62a, 62b are provided in which provided on the locking element halves 46a, 46b after Engage externally folded lugs 64a, 64b. The center of the radius the circular arc-shaped openings 62a, 62b coincides with the longitudinal central axis of the bearing pin 50, so that the locking element 46 thus within the scope of the arc length the circular arc-shaped openings is pivotable. The approaches 64a, 64b limit the pivoting path of the Latch element 46 to a radian of the circular arc Perforations corresponding radians, whereby then the approaches at the respective end of the circular arc Break through and prevent further pivoting. Based on the above description and in connection with the representation of the locking element 46 in the 1 can now be seen that the locking element 46 is acted upon by the spring element, that it is bistable, i.e. in the first end position Lugs 64a, 64b each at the lower end of the circular arc Opening 62a, 62b abut while they are in the second end position at the upper end of the opening issue. This is achieved in that the directions of action 54a, 54b of the spring element itself when pivoting of the locking element from the first to the second end position change so that they are different Sides of the connecting line of the bearing pin 50 with the Cross pin 58 lie. So it is possible that Locking element 46 by deliberately swiveling it up into the second End position in a stable unlocking position transfer what is required when the front panel 12 can be removed again from the drawer side walls 16 should. To enable this swiveling up, is in the Locking element halves 46a, 46b each have - in illustrated case as a continuous cross slot 66a, 66b trained - tool attachment recess provided, and in the walls 44a, 44b is the one above these cross slots 66a, 66b lying wall area by appropriately shaped Through openings 68a, 68b exposed. So it is possible to insert the end of a Phillips screwdriver insert one of the cross slots 66a, 66b and then with the Phillips screwdriver into the to swing up the second stable end position.

At the boundary of the transverse wall 46c facing the front panel an angled extension 70 of the locking element 46 is provided, which in the first end position between the Walls 44a, 44b, but in the second end position has the position shown in broken lines in Fig. 1, in which it protrudes from the front boundary of walls 44a, 44b. The free end of this beveled approach is coming when inserting the tab-like extension 24 into the receiving component 30 in one - before the actual one Locking position on the mounting flange 20 of the holding part 14 to the system. When pushing in further the flap-like approach 24 is inevitably the beveled Shoulder pushed back between the walls 44a, 44b, whereby the locking element 46 pivots clockwise becomes. After passing through a dead center position, the Pressure bias of the spring element then in the sense of a pivoting of the locking element clockwise and the locking the boundary edges 60a, 60b on the holding edges 28 of the holding tab 26 takes place automatically at the moment in which the retaining edges over the lower end of the Boundary edges 60c of the locking element halves 46a, 46b away occurred.

For the adjustable bracket on the mounting member 32 are the Walls 44a, 44b at their ends facing away from the front panel an assembly extension 72, which extends from the Walls cut up to one another at an angle Transition sections 72a and adjoining them, essentially abutting and interconnected Attachment sections 72b composed. In the front, directly to the inclined transition sections 72a adjoining area of the fixing portion 72b a threaded bore 74 is provided, into which the threaded shaft screwed in the already mentioned adjusting screw 42 becomes. Further inside an assigned Drawer side wall 16 is offset by appropriate multiple vertical edging in the fastening sections a strip-like protruding on both sides of the assembly approach Guide portion 72c formed, in which a vertical Directional slot-like opening 76 is provided, the vertical adjustment of the receiving part allowed relative to the assembly component when the assembly approach 72 on the mounting wall 40 of the upper mounting bracket 32b is screwed on. In the assembly wall 40 of the trestle 32, a threaded bore 78 is provided for this purpose, in which the threaded shaft of a - not shown - fastening screw can be screwed in, the head of which Mounting attachment 72 in a clamping system on the mounting wall 40 presses against. Through a complementary to the existing guide section 72c shaped groove-like depression 18 in the Assembly wall 40 ensures that the vertical Alignment of the mounting lug 72 on the mounting wall 40 is ensured. The mounting flange 36 of the Upper mounting bracket 32b is on the mounting flange 34 of the lower mounting block 32a is seated and both mounting flanges 34, 36 are on the Fastening surface 16a fastened in the drawer side wall, an attachment such that the receiving part overall in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the inner surface the front panel 12 is adjustable, realized can be.

From a longitudinal edge of the mounting flange 34 of the lower one Mounting brackets are spaced parallel to the mounting wall 40 a mounting wall 38, which on the top open, vertical slot-like recesses 82 in both End areas. In the intended installation position of the receiving member on the mounting member 32 the slit-like recess 82 closer to the front panel Threaded bore 74 aligned in the mounting portion 72b. The head with its threaded shaft in the threaded hole 74 screwed adjusting screw 42 is in his Diameter larger than the width of the slit-like Recess 32 dimensioned, this in the peripheral surface A circumferential groove 84 is pierced in the head, the width of which approximately equal to the material thickness of the mounting flange 38 corresponds to or is slightly larger. The head of the fastening screw can in through the open end in the slot-like recess are introduced, the opposing walls forming the groove on both sides the limits of the slot-like recess of the mounting flange 38 concerns. If the adjusting screw 32 is rotated, the screw-in depth of your Threaded shaft in the threaded bore 74. But since the head in its position in the slot-like recess 82 of the Mounting flange 38 is set, is inevitable the mounting lug 72 - depending on the direction of rotation of the adjusting screw - Pulled towards the mounting flange 38 or pulled by him. In this way, the one mentioned horizontal adjustment of the front panel 12 realizable.
