Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a dispensing head for removing a liquid under gas pressure, for example beer.
In DE-OS 28 51 453 a distributor head for removing a liquid under gas pressure from a container is described, which has an adapter which is intended for connection to the removal opening of a barrel, and a body attached to the adapter, over which a cylinder is located, and a valve element that is vertically movable relative to the adapter, the body and the cylinder, wherein the body of the valve has a longitudinally extending channel. In the previously known embodiment of the distributor head, a riser pipe is arranged in a cylinder with a pressurized gas connection and has an inner channel which is connected to the line for serving. The riser tube is designed as a valve element and connected to a piston movably arranged in the cylinder such that when the gas is supplied via the inlet into the piston, pressure is exerted on the piston in order to move the valve element towards its lower position.
On the underside of the cylinder connected to the base body there is a water connection for flushing the arrangement and a CO 2 inlet for the drink.
If the valve element is in the lowest position during operation, the pressure of the one penetrating into the channel or into the riser pipe moves Flushing water a ball of a one-way valve in its lower position, in which the ball rests against a sealing seat to prevent the flushing water from entering the barrel. If the valve element is displaced towards its lower position, namely when the gas is introduced into the cylinder, the dip tube arranged in the barrel opens and the gas reaches the interior of the barrel via the inlet, so that the beer via the channel to the distributor can flow. At the same time, the rinse water inlet is closed.
The known distributor head, however, has several disadvantages. So it is first necessary that a sufficiently strong pressure must be exerted on the valve from the beverage container to move the piston in the cylinder. If this pressure is not achieved with the required strength, the valve is not moved upwards and the beer is mixed with rinsing water.
In addition, the following problem occurs when changing the beverage container. If a beverage container is tapped so that the beverage line is only filled with conveying gas, and a full beverage container is then connected to this beverage line filled with conveying gas, the beverage is pressed at high speed into the beverage line filled with conveying gas and thereby foams strongly on. This leads to disruption of the bar each time the container is changed, which leads to loss of bar and quality.
The present invention is therefore based on the object to avoid the disadvantages of the known distributor head and to create a dispensing head of the type mentioned, with which the rapid inflow of the drink into the beer line, and thus the foaming when changing the keg, is prevented and that after Rinsing the water in the pipe with the tap open will be displaced by the drink and can be tapped without disruption after the water has been displaced.
A tap head according to
With the dispensing head according to the invention, the main advantage is achieved that first a perfect separation between water rinsing and beverage removal is achieved and that the dispensing head is automatically operated with forced rinsing when changing the barrel to the dispensing position.
The dispensing head according to the invention will be explained in more detail using the example of a preferred embodiment.

As can be seen from Fig. 1, the dispensing head according to the invention consists of a
The operation of the dispensing head according to the invention is as follows. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the dispensing head is shown in the dispensing position. The
As can be seen from Fig. 2, in which the dispensing head is shown in section in the barrel change or flushing position, the
If the barrel is now changed and the 3/2-way pneumatic valve is opened, the gas flows into the
