Description

The present invention relates to a shoe sole according to the preamble of claim 1 and with a shoe such a shoe sole.

A shoe sole according to the preamble of claim 1 is made of DE-PS 189777 known. This shoe sole serves to keep the shoe size in a limited Range. There extends the Front sole with one adjoining the joint area Section down to the back half of the slot provided paragraph. At the end of the rear section of the A threaded sleeve is attached to the front sole in a hole. An adjustment spindle is screwed into this, which extends from an opening in the trailing edge of the hole in the Front sole extends approximately to the heel front area.

The adjusting spindle protrudes beyond the rear edge of the heel. she has an annular groove in the area of the rear heel wall, into which a guide plate inserted in the heel wall engages. Using the guide plate and the ring groove of the adjusting spindle it is rotatable and immovable in the heel wall stored. When turning the adjustment spindle via a The rear section protruding behind the heel becomes the rear section depending on the direction of rotation in the heel pulled in or pushed out of it. This allows the The size of the shoe can be adjusted continuously.

As is known, when running, the heel is at the rear edge burdened with the greatest performance pressure. It therefore arises there a high load of sales material in the area of Guide plate. This will make the whole paragraph pulling adjustment spindle when occurring, especially in rear area, very heavily loaded on bending. Of the The joint area of the front sole is in this sole version not designed to be stretchy.

The object of the present invention is to be achieved to develop a shoe sole of the type mentioned in such a way that the heel material on the rear edge is no longer as strong under pressure and no or only on the adjusting spindle a negligible bending moment is exerted.

This object is achieved by the features of claim 1.

According to the invention can be adjusted in the smallest Shoe size the head of the adjusting spindle practical from the inside rest directly on the rear abutment, so that the Paragraph is not penetrated by the adjusting spindle and like a usual paragraph works. In the largest adjustable The adjusting spindle protrudes a maximum of up to 2/3 back into the paragraph. But it also occurs here no high load on the sales material in the area of rear heel edge so that the material wear there strong compared to the arrangement known from DE-PS 189777 is reduced.

Exemplary embodiments with a compression spring or compression springs provided in the joint section.

Der Gelenkabschnitt 4 erstreckt sich über oder annähernd über den Gelenkbereich 4'.1 to 6, 1 denotes a shoe sole, the from a front sole or from a front sole section 2, a rear sole or from a rear sole section 3 and consists of a joint section 4. The joint section 4 extends over or approximately over the joint area 4 '.

The individual sole sections 2, 3, 4 can be made from one uniform, homogeneous component, e.g. from a single shape or Injection molded part or the joint section 4 can on the one hand at the rear end area 5 of the front sole 2 and on the other hand attached to the front area 6 of the rear sole 3, e.g. sewn on and / or glued or - also using of a different material than that of the front and / or Rear sole sections 2, 3 - be molded.

In the end area 5 of the front sole 2 and in the front area 6 of the Rear sole 3 is provided with an abutment 7 and 8, respectively each with the shoe sole 1 or with the relevant Sections 2, 3 form a structural unit or on this or attached, for example glued, molded or are otherwise connected to each other. The abutments 7, 8 can be made of a more stable material than that other shoe sole parts 2, 3, 4 be made.

In the rear abutment 8, for example by a Recess 9 is formed in a block is one Nut washer 10 or a web with a threaded hole used. In this threaded hole is a threaded bolt trained adjusting means 11 with its rear Thread section 11.1 from the rear wall 12 of the heel part 13 or a paragraph through a recess 14 provided there or screwed in through a slot. As with FIG. 2 can be seen, the head of the adjusting means 11 projects at the smallest Shoe size adjustment from abutment 8 from about 2/3 in Paragraph 3 into it. With the largest setting of the shoe size can the head abut the abutment 8 and therefore protrudes practically no longer into the paragraph. So when it occurs, the Paragraph in this state is charged like a normal paragraph.

The forward end 15 of the actuating means 11 engages in the direction of the actuating means 11, open at the rear Blind hole 16 of the front abutment 7.

The joint section 4 of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1 to 4 is formed by a wave-folded sheet, whose wave crests 17 and troughs 18 across Longitudinal longitudinal axis 19, in particular perpendicular or approximately perpendicular run to this. This form is usually not formed by folding, but is immediately, for example by an injection or injection molding process, in made this shape.

The adjusting means 11 preferably runs in or approximately in Direction of the longitudinal axis 19 of the shoe sole 1. The adjusting means 11 is through openings 20 of each by folding formed wall parts 21 of the joint section 4 inserted.

Diese Lage zeigen die Fig. 1 und 2.The sole sections 2, 3 and 4 preferably consist of resilient or resilient material. At the Embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3 is the Joint section 4 shaped so that it is a minimum length occupies in which the adjusting means 11, for example without Pressure load, engages. 1 and 2.

If the actuating means 11 is turned further into the Nut washer 10 screwed in, that is in the drawing plane adjusted to the left, then pushes the free end 15 of the Setting means 11 against the bottom of the blind hole 16 in the abutment 7. As a result, this abutment 7 from the abutment 8th moved away and thereby the joint section 4 stretched. Thus the joint area 4 'is also extended and the whole Increased shoe sole length. This enlarged case is in the Fig. 3 shown.

By unscrewing the adjusting means 11, for example in the starting position, the joint section 4 takes due to its material-related restoring torque back to its original Shape and location.

In this way, a shoe sole 1 and one with this provided shoe very easily and quickly on different Sizes and / or other needs of the foot set become.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, this is free end 15 of the actuating means 11 through a bore 16 'of the Abutment 7 inserted. It is in bore 16 ' by means of a shoulder 22 of the adjusting means 11 adjacent inner pressure plate 23 and one outside applied and secured by a rivet head 24 Train disc 25 rotatable, but axially immovable in Abutment 7 stored. This way when turning the Adjustment means 11 depending on the selected direction of rotation of the joint section 4 or the joint region 4 'is shortened or be extended.

By omitting the thrust washer 23, an execution can can be obtained in which the joint section 4 only on train is loaded and thus only moved in the direction of a shortening. The resetting takes place again through the resetting force of the Material when the actuating means 11 in the direction of the extension of Joint section 4 is rotated.

The openings 20 in the wall parts 21 are preferred, as in FIG Fig. 6 shown as extending from top to bottom Elongated holes formed. This allows the material of the Dodge joint section 4 up and down while running. This will cause damage or premature wear of the joint section 4 avoided.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, in two abutments 7 and 8 each have a thread guide, as based on 1 to 3 described and shown may be provided. The two threads are opposite to each other executed so that when the actuator 11 rotates in a Direction of the two abutments 7, 8 in each other opposite directions are moved. This can also achieved a pressure or stretching effect in a simple manner and thus the shortening or lengthening of the shoes is stopped become.

In order to be able to adjust the adjusting means 11, the end area is 11.1 with a head 26 and one on its end face attached slot 27 provided. This can Adjusting means 11 through the recess 14 with a tool, for example with a screwdriver. Instead of the slot 27, a cross slot or a Inside polygon can be provided. The head 26 can also be one Have outside polygon or the adjusting means 11 can be a total or at least in the end region 11.1 as a polygon be.

Instead of the corrugated shown in Figs. 1 to 6 Joint section 4 can, if necessary in addition to this, under the adjusting means 11 or under the joint section 4, if necessary also additionally above this, one each in FIG. 3 dashed membrane 28, 29 or each an expandable Plate should be provided.

The joint section 4 and / or the is or are preferably lower membrane 28 formed in this way and opposite Sole tread 30 arranged so deep that when Do not appear these parts on a flat floor Have ground contact. The specialization is expediently chosen so that the ground clearance without load is about 1 mm to 8 mm, preferably about 2 mm to 5 mm.

The shoe sole 1 together with the tread 30 can be made from one consist of a single molded or molded part. However, can also the tread 30 by molding or gluing one Sole plate 31 or heel plate 32, optionally also made of more abrasion-resistant material than that of the sole sections 2, 3, 4, be educated.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention can according to FIGS. 7 to 9 in the joint area 4 'on both sides a protruding and preferably inclined forward Shaft section 33, 34 attached, e.g. molded, glued, be sewn or welded on. If necessary, the Shank sections 33, 34 the legs of a U-shaped molded part 35, the base 36 of which extends over the joint region 4 'or the hinge section 4 extends. The molded part 35 can be there molded or glued to the joint section 4 or otherwise associated with it.

The shaft sections 33, 34 and possibly also the base 36 of the Molding 35 consist of an elastically resilient and stretchable material so that they can stretch or Shorten the joint section 4 can participate. Instead of or in addition to training from resilient Material can be the shaft sections 33, 34 and the base 36 be shaped similarly or exactly as the joint section 4, where e.g. Wave crests 37 and wave troughs 38 at the shaft sections 33, 34 upwards and at base 36 accordingly run as for joint section 4.

Various further diagrams are shown schematically in FIGS. 10a to 10f Designs of the joint section 4 shown. Usually the corrugation is narrower than shown, so a large area for length changes without heavy loads of the material is possible.

Preferably, the shaft sections 33, 34 and possibly have also the base 36 edge strips 39 with which the upper material of a shoe sewn, glued, welded or otherwise can be connected.

On the shaft sections 33, 34, preferably in the upper End region 40, means for guiding and holding a tensioning element, e.g. of a shoelace, attached or molded be. This can be hooks, eyelets, deflection elements, channels or the like. be.

A shoe equipped with the shoe sole 1 according to the invention has a fire and / or in a manner known per se Midsole and / or an insole or insole 5. The Upper material is firmly connected to the shoe sole 1, e.g. glued or molded. The upper is made in Joint area 4 'provided with lateral recesses into which the shaft sections 33, 34 can be used and with their Edge strips 39 are firmly connected to the upper material can. The upper is in the instep area of the shoe at the top or open on the side and on the material edges Fastening or / and holding elements for a strap Mistake. These parts are useful in terms of type and arrangement adapted to those on the shaft parts 33, 34.

The one or more used in the present invention reaching adjusting means 11 is or are designed such that the length of the sole by 1 cm to 4 cm, especially around 1 cm to 3 cm, is changeable. The adjusting means is preferred 11 from the rear 12 of the heel part 13 directly or over a tool adjustable.

In the exemplary embodiments shown in FIGS. 11 to 16 is a compression spring 41 in the joint section 4 provided by the adjusting means 11 to different Bias can be adjusted by the joint section 4 is shortened by screwing in the adjusting means 11. At In this embodiment, the head 26 of the actuating means 11 is always located from the inside on the rear abutment 8. So there is no protrusion Section of the adjusting means 11 into paragraph 3. Of the Paragraph 3 therefore becomes a normal paragraph when used charged.

The compression spring 41, which is preferably designed as a helical spring 11 through 13 through the enlarged openings 20 of the joint section 4 used. It is about the adjusting means 11 pushed and by this against lateral evasion secured. The compression spring 41 is supported from the inside on the Abutments 7, 8 from. 11 and 12 show the setting with shortened joint section 4. If the adjusting means 11 unscrewed, the compression spring 41 presses the Joint section 4 apart into one by the adjusting means 11 limited length. As can be seen, this is the actuating means 11 always loaded only on train. This allows the Cross section of the same compared to those described above Designs are made much thinner. this makes possible the formation of the actuator 11 so that there are bending movements the joint section 4 can participate.

Instead of the compression spring 41 arranged above the adjusting means 11 - or in addition to this - can or can one or several compression spring (s) 41 laterally next to the adjusting means 11 in Joint section 4 may be arranged. Such an execution is shown in Figs. 14 to 16.

Die Darstellung zeigt die zusammengedrückte Einstellung, also eine "kleine Schuhgröße".14 is a compression spring 41 next to the actuating means 11 arranged by the hinge section 4 next to the adjusting means 11 has further openings 20.1, in which the Compression spring 41 is used and on the abutments 7, 8th supports. The compression spring 41 can be inserted in such a way that the joint section 4 in the last link is bent upwards and then the compression spring 41 is inserted and then the Joint section 4 through its inherent elasticity in its Normal position returns. The illustration shows the compressed setting, so a "small shoe size".

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 15 and 16 is the compression spring 41 from a rod 42, in particular one spring elastic rod, interspersed. This prevents one Dodge the compression spring 41 especially in the highly tensioned Status. The rod 42 is held firmly in the abutment 8 by he with a head 43 in a corresponding recess 44 of the Abutment 8 is used. In the other abutment 7 Rod end 42.1 slidably mounted in a bore 45. The Fig. 15 shows the compressed and Fig. 16 one more relaxed state of the compression spring 41.

Instead of a rod 42, the compression spring 41 can also be used surrounding sleeve are provided, which join the strains can. For example, this can be a corrugated pipe or it can can also be telescopically telescoping pipe sections.
