Claims (15)

1. Querträgerstruktur, bestimmt insbesondere zur Überbrückung von Breccien (2) durch Fahrzeuge wie Panzerfahrzeuge des Pionierwesens, umfassend zwei parallele Querträgerelemente (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b; 5a, 5b) mit erhöhten Fahrflächen (3d; 4d; 5d) und untereinander verbunden durch zwei Stege bildende Verbindungsarme (3c; 4c; 5c), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Verbindungsarm (3c; 4c; 5c) ungefähr eine Ω-Form aufweist, deren zwei koaxiale Grundelemente durch Achsen (16) gebildet werden, bei denen jedes ihrer äußeren Enden mit dem Korpus (8) des entsprechenden Querträgerelements durch eine Artikulation mit Kugelgelenk (17) verbunden ist; jede artikulierte Achse (16) ist in Rotation aufgebaut, gegenüber ihrer Artikulation mit Kugelgelenk (17) in einem in Rotation zum Korpus (8) des Querträgerelements unbeweglich angebrachten Lager (24), wobei sie im Verhältnis zu letzterem derart verschieblich gleiten können, daß das Versetzen der artikulierten Achse (16) in einer zu den Querträgerelementen senkrechten Ebene um das Artikulationszentrum (C) dieser Achse (16) erlaubt wird; und dadurch, daß Mittel vorgesehen sind, um automatisch jeden Verbindungsarm (3c; 4c; 5c) von seiner normalen Arbeitsposition in eine deutlich senkrechte Ebene zu den zwei Querträgerelementen zurückzuholen und den Verbindungsarm (3c; 4c; 5c) in dieser normalen Arbeitsposition zu halten.

Querträgerstruktur gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorgenannten Rückhol- und Festhaltemittel jedes Verbindungsarms (3c; 4c; 5c) zwei identische parallele Nocken (27), die mit dem Verbindungsarm (3c; 4c; 5c) fest verbunden sind, jeweils an den zwei äußeren Enden der artikulierten Achsen (16) gegenüber den Artikulationen mit Kugelgelenken (17), deren Rotationsachsen mit den artikulierten Rotationsachsen (16) koaxial sind; zwei Rollen (28), die durch ein elastisches Mittel (34) auf dem unteren Teil der aus dem Zentrum gebrachten Form jeder Nocke (27) anliegend gehalten werden, gemäß einer Kraft, die das Festhalten des Verbindungsarms (3c; 4c; 5c) in seiner normalen Arbeitsposition gewährleistet, wobei die aus dem Zentrum gebrachte Form der Nocke (27) derart ist, daß bei einer Rotation des Verbindungsarmes (3c; 4c; 5c) in der einen oder der anderen Richtung die eine oder die andere der zwei Rollen (28) auf diese Nocke (27) ein Gleichrichtmoment des Verbindungsarms (3c; 4c; 5c) in ihrer normalen Position ausübt.
3. Querträgerstruktur gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei vorgenannten Rollen (28) auf einer gemeinsamen Abdeckung (30) aufgebaut und mit einem äußeren Ende einer Stützachse (31) fest verbunden sind, die verschieblich in einen festen Gehäuse (32) angebracht ist, das mit dem Korpus (8) des entsprechenden Querträgerelements fest verbunden ist und dadurch, daß das elastische Mittel eine vorgespannte Feder (34) umfaßt, die in dem festen Gehäuse (32) untergebracht ist und auf die Stützachse (31) eine Kraft zum Festhalten der zwei Rollen (28) oder einer von ihnen anliegend auf der Peripherie der entsprechenden Nocke (27) ausübt.
4. Querträgerstruktur gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Teil jeder Nocke, wo die zwei entsprechenden Rollen (28) gleichzeitig aufliegen, eben ist und sich zwischen zwei symmetrischen Teilen der aus dem Zentrum gebrachten Form der Nocke (27) befindet.

Querträgerstruktur gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vorgenannte Lager (24) ein parallelflacher Block ist, der in einem rechteckigen Führungsfenster (25) des Blocks (24) untergebracht ist, das in dem Korpus (8) des entsprechenden Querträgerelements senkrecht zur Längsachse desselben realisiert ist.

Querträgerstruktur gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Artikulation mit Kugelgelenk eine Stütznuß (18) für die weibliche Sphäre (19) umfaßt, in der die männliche Sphäre (20) untergebracht ist, die mit dem äußeren Ende der entsprechenden artikulierten Achse (16) fest verbunden ist, wobei die Stütznuß (18) selbst in einem Stützstück (21) befestigt ist, das zum Beispiel durch Schweißen mit dem Korpus (8) des entsprechenden Querträgerelements fest verbunden ist.

Querträgerstruktur gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie wenigstens zwei Anschläge (35) umfaßt, die jedem der zwei Verbindungsarme (3c; 4c; 5c) zugeordnet sind und jeweils mit den zwei Querträgerelementen fest verbunden sind und auf denen der entsprechende Verbindungsarm (3c; 4c; 5c) sich in heruntergeklappter Position desselben aufstützen kann.
8. Querträgerstruktur gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Verbindungsarm (3c; 4c; 5c), der mit dem zentralen Verbindungsteil Ω fest verbunden ist, zwei Paar Laufwerkrollen (39) umfaßt, die sich jede parallel zu den Querträgerelementen erstrecken.
9. Querträgerstruktur gemäß Anspruch 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Schutzabdichtungen aus Gummi (26) umfaßt, die die Durchgänge zwischen den Lagern (24) und den rechteckigen Führungsfenstern (25) hermetisch abschließen.
10. Querträgerstruktur gemäß Anspruch 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede vorgespannte Feder (34) in normaler Position eines zugeordneten Verbindungsarms (3c; 4c; 5c) in ihrer maximalen Länge ist.
11. Transfersystem auf einem Straßenfahrzeug (1) wie zum Beispiel einem Lastkraftwagen, von wenigstens zwei auf einem Rahmen (6) des Fahrzeugs übereinandergelagerten Querträgern zur Brückenbildung (3, 4, 5), die Ende an Ende zusammengebaut werden können, und zum Abbau jedes der Querträger (3, 4, 5) oder der Ende an Ende über einer zu überquerenden Breccie zusammengebauten Querträger, wobei jeder Querträger (3, 4, 5) eine Struktur hat, wie sie in Anspruch 1 bis 10 definiert wird, und von der Art, umfassend einen Abnahme- und Ausfahrbalken (7) eines Querträgers (3; 4; 5) oder von zusammengebauten Querträgern (3; 4; 5), versetzbar in eine überhängende Position relativ zum Fahrzeug (1); Mittel zum Versetzen des Querträgers oder der zusammengebauten Querträger relativ zum Balken (7) in eine überhängende Position des Vorderteils des Balkens (7) und eine Platte (P), die geführt den Balken (7) stützt und relativ zum Fahrzeug (1) mit dem Balken (7) kippen kann, um die Abnahme des Querträgers oder der zusammengebauten Querträger zu ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Abnehmen eines Querträgers (3; 4; 5) oder zusammengebauter Querträger (3, 4, 5) das äußere Ende dieses Querträgers oder dieser zusammengebauten Querträger gegenüber dem, der bereits auf dem Ufer der Breccie (2) gegenüber dem Straßenfahrzeug (1) aufliegt, am äußeren Ende des Abnahme- und Ausfahrbalkens (7) von dem hinteren Verbindungsarm (3c; 4c; 5c) der zwei Querträgerelemente (3a, 3b; 4a, 4b; 5a, 5b) des Querträgers (3; 4; 5) oder des hinteren Querträgers der zusammengebauten Querträger (3; 4; 5) während des Kippens des Balkens (7) bis zur Abnahme des besagten äußeren Endes des Querträgers oder der zusammengebauten Querträger auf dem dem Straßenfahrzeug (1) anliegenden Ufer gestützt wird, wobei der auf dem Abnahmebalken (7) aufliegende Verbindungsarm (3, 4c, 5c) relativ zu den Querträgerelementen um die artikulierten Achsen (16) derart schwenken kann, daß der Verbindungsarm sich den verschiedenen Neigungen des Balkens zur Abnahme (7) anpassen kann.
11. System gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abnahme- und Ausfahrbalken (7) in der Transportposition auf dem Straßenfahrzeug (1) zwischen zwei übereinandergelagerten Querträgern (3, 4) angeordnet ist und die Verbindungsarme (4c) der zwei Querträgerelemente (4a, 4b) des unteren Querträgers eine heruntergeklappte Position unter dem Abnahme- und Ausfahrbalken (7) einnehmen und dabei mittels Laufwerkrollen (39) der Verbindungsarme (4c) mit diesem in Verbindung sind.
12. System gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei heruntergeklappten Verbindungsarme (4c) ebenfalls auf den Anschlägen (35) aufliegen, die mit den Querträgerelementen (4a, 4b) fest verbunden sind.
13. System gemäß Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei vorgenannten Verbindungsarme (4c) in ihrer normalen Position durch Rückholmittel aufgerichtet werden, die auf diese nach dem Rückzug des Balkens (7) zwischen die zwei übereinandergelagerten Querträger (3, 4) ein Gleichrichtmoment ausüben.
14. System gemäß Anspruch 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Ver-setzen des Querträgers (3; 4; 5) oder der zusammengebauten Querträger (3, 4, 5) relativ zum Balken (7) eine Endlosantriebskette (40) umfassen, die sich gemäß der Längsachse des Balkens (7) erstreckt und auf wenigstens zwei äußeren Zahnrädern (41) aufgebaut ist, die auf dem Balken (7) in Rotation aufgebaut sind; und wenigstens zwei eine Gabel bildende Elemente (42) , die mit der Antriebskette fest verbunden und geeignet sind, den zentralen Teil eines Verbindungsarms (3c; 4c; 5c) zwischen den zwei Laufrollenpaaren (39) dieses auf dem Abnahme- und Ausfahrbalken (7) aufliegenden Arms zu ergreifen.
