Claims (6)
- Schraubstopfen zum Verschließen einer Öffnung in vorzugsweise mit Pulver zu beschichtenden Teilen, beispielsweise Heizkörpern, mit einem in die mit einem Innengewinde versehene Öffnung einzusetzenden, mit Außengewinde versehenen, büchsenförmigen Verschlußteil (1) und einem hieran angeformten, mit Schlüsselflächen für ein Werkzeug versehenen, scheibenförmigen Abschlußteil (3),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen dem Außengewinde (2) des Verschlußteiles (1) und dem dieses in radialer Richtung überragenden Abschlußteil (3) ein Gewindefreistich (5) mit konisch verlaufender Schulter (6) und ein im Querschnitt V-förmiger Einstich (7) ausgebildet sind. - Schraubstopfen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schulter (6) des Gewindefreistiches (5) unter einem Winkel von 40° verläuft.
- Schraubstopfen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Öffnungswinkel des V-förmigen Einstiches (7) 60° beträgt.
- Schraubstopfen nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Gewindefreistich (5) und Einstich (7) eine schmale zylindrische Mantelfläche (8) ausgebildet ist.
- Schraubstopfen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die axiale Länge der Mantelfläche (8) zwischen 0,5 und 1,0 mm liegt.
- Schraubstopfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er vorzugsweise einstückig aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
