Aus der DE 2 636 555 C2 ist eine spielfreie Zylinderlagerung für Druckmaschinen bekannt, die Belastungseinrichtungen zur Erzeugung einer auf die Zapfenlagerung wirkenden Biegebrücke aufweist. Um eine mögliche Bruchgefahr (Materialermüdung durch Deformation/Lastwechsel) an der Biegebrücke (Maschinenwand) zu verhindern ist in einer weiteren Ausbildung ein von der Maschinenwand getrennter Schlitz am Ende der Längsbohrung der Belastungseinrichtung angeordnet. Auch bei dieser Ausbildung wird die Biegebrücke durch die Linienlast der Lagerkörper partiell deformiert.

Die Lageranordnung besitzt mindestens ein im Bereich der Lagerbohrung angeordnetes Druckelement, vorzugsweise ein elastisches Druckelement, welches von einer in das Maschinengestell integrierten Position ausgehend in einem definierten Kreissektor auf das Lager wirkt. Die Lageranordnung kann dabei ein Gleitlager oder ein Wälzlager in einer Exzenterlagerung aufnehmen. Durch eine flächenförmig aufgebrachte Kraft wird die Bruchsicherheit in der Druckmaschinenzylinderlagerung erhöht. Die aufgebrachte Flächenlast wirkt ohne gefährdende Deformation auf das Gleitlager oder Wälzlager, da flächenförmig das Lagerspiel beeinflußbar ist. Während des Druckbetriebes ist durch den Flächendruck des beaufschlagten Druckelementes die Lageranordnung lagefixiert, bei Druck an- bzw. Druck ab-Stellung ist das Druckelement drucklos. Die Beaufschlagung des Druckelementes kann dabei pneumatisch oder mit einem Fluid,z.B. hydraulisch, erfolgen. In einer weiteren Ausbildung kann die Beaufschlagung auch durch einen Piezowerkstoff erfolgen. Vorzugsweise ist das Druckelement zumindest in dem einen Flächendruck auf die Lagerung aufbringenden Bereich elastisch. Die Lageranordnung ist nicht auf ein Druckelement beschränkt. Vielmehr können auch mehrere Druckelemente die Lageranordnung in je einem Kreissektor umschließen.

In einer Druckmaschine ist in einem Druckwerk ein Plattenzylinder 2 mit einem Gummituchzylinder 1 benachbart und der Gummituchzylinder 1 ist mit einem Druckzylinder 3 benachbart angeordnet. Die Zylinder 1, 2, 3 weisen Zylinderzapfen auf, die gestellseitig in einem Lager 1' für den Gummituchzylinder 1, einem Lager 2' für den Plattenzylinder 2 und einem Lager 3' für den Druckzylinder 3 aufgenommen sind. Im Ausführungsbeispiel wird für den Druckzylinder 3 die mit Detail X gekennzeichnete Lagerung 1' für den Gummituchzylinder 1 als Lageranordnung betrachtet. In einem Maschinengestell 4 ist in einer Bohrung 7 die Lagerung 1' eingesetzt. Die Lagerung 1' stellt eine exzentrische Lageranordnung dar, die eine Lagerbüchse aufnimmt. Da die Lagerung 1' aus Funktionsgründen schwenkbar sein muß, ist zwischen der Bohrung 7 und der Lagerung 1' ein Ringspalt (nicht gezeigt) angeordnet. Ein Druckelement 5 ist in einem Kreissektor annähernd konzentrisch zur Lagerung 1' angeordnet. Das Druckelement 5 ist dazu in einer Aussparung im Maschinengestell 4 aufgenommen und wirkt flächenförmig auf die Lagerung 1'. Im vorliegenden Beispiel besitzt das Druckelement 5 eine Druckzuführung/Druckabführung 6. In einer Weiterbildung kann am Ringspalt ein Sensor angeordnet sein, der über eine Maschinensteuerung zur Messung von Lagerspiel, Betriebstemperatur, Relativbewegung des Außenlagers das Druckelement 5 aktiviert bzw. stillsetzt. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Druckelement 5 ein mondsichelförmiger Hohlkörper, der über die Druckzuführung/Druckabführung 6 mit einer Druckmittelquelle, z.B. einer Pneumatikeinrichtung oder einer Hydraulikeinrichtung, gekoppelt ist. Durch Anlegen z.B. einer Gleichspannung vergrößert sich das piezoelektrische Material, so daß das Druckelement 5 das Lager spielfrei fixiert. Claims (5)
