Claims (5)

  1. Presse mit einem System zum Einspannen oder Ausspannen von Gesimsbiegewerkzeugen, worin Reihen von Stempeln (1), Matrizen (2) und modularen Einheiten vorhanden sind, die Verlängerungen (3") von Stempeln sowie Spannbacken (6, 8) bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    das Spannen der Backen (6), welche jede Stempel-Moduleinheit (1) gegen die darüberliegende entsprechende Verlängerungs-Moduleinheit (3") klemmen, über Bolzen (7) stattfindet, die durch Druckluftzylinder-Krafterzeuger (A6) in Spannung gesetzt werden;
    die Speisung der Druckluftzylinder der Krafterzeuger (A6) über Durchleitungen (14, 15), die innerhalb der Körper der Backen (8) und/oder der genannten Verlängerungen (3") gebildet sind, und über Rohre (94) erfolgt, die zwischen den Exemplaren jedes Paars seitlich benachbarter Backen und/oder Verlängerungen (3") verlaufen;
    die Rohre (94) zwischen den Verlängerungen (3") Metallrohre mit gerader horizontaler Achse sind, die zwischen den Exemplaren jedes Paars seitlich benachbarter Verlängerungen verlaufen und teilweise in Höhlungen in den Seiten der Verlängerungen eingesetzt sind mit einer freien luftdichten Verschieblichkeit innerhalb dieser Höhlungen, so daß hierdurch ein Verändern des Abstandes der Verlängerungen (3") ermöglicht wird.
  2. Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einspannen innerhalb von Paaren von Positionierhilfen (26, 27) erfolgt, welche die Matrizen in korrekter Position an den zugeordneten Tragbalken (11) festlegen, und durchgeführt wird mittels Spannbacken (28, 29) modularer Struktur und mittels Druckluft-Krafterzeugern (A29), welche auf die Spannbacken (28, 29) wirken und versorgt werden über in den Spannbacken gebildete Kanäle sowie über Metallrohre, die zwischen den Exemplaren jedes Paars seitlich benachbarter Backen laufen, um die Kanäle der Backen des Paars miteinander zu verbinden.
  3. Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwischen den Verlängerungen (3") laufenden Rohre aus rostfreiem Stahl oder verchromtem Eisen sind.
  4. Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vertikale Querschnittsfläche der Kammern der Druckluftzylinder von gleicher Größenordnung ist wie die den Kammern gegenüberliegende Oberfläche der Spannbacken.
  5. Presse nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Druckluftzylinderkammer-Seitenwand in einem Stück aus Aluminium-Druckguß hergestellt ist.
