Claims (9)

  1. Composition d'assouplissement des textiles comprenant :
    i) un composé d'assouplissement des textiles sensiblement insoluble dans l'eau comprenant un composé ayant deux groupes alkyle ou alcényle en C12-22 reliés à un groupe de tête ammonium quaternaire via au moins une liaison ester ou un composé ammonium quaternaire comprenant une chaíne unique avec une longueur de chaíne moyenne égale ou supérieure à C20 et,
    ii) un agent solubilisant comprenant un tensioactif amphotère et, facultativement, un co-solubilisant non tensioactif,
    dans laquelle le rapport pondéral de l'agent solubilisant (ii) au composé d'assouplissement des textiles (i) est supérieur à 1:4 et quand on dilue la composition d'assouplissement des textiles dans l'eau à une concentration de 5% en poids de (i) et (ii), au moins 70% en poids du composé d'assouplissement des textiles sont en solution.
  2. Composition d'assouplissement des textiles selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le composé ammonium quaternaire comprend un composé d'assouplissement des textiles sensiblement insoluble dans l'eau comprenant un composé ayant deux groupes alkyle ou alcényle en C12-22 reliés à un groupe de tête ammonium quaternaire via au moins une liaison ester.
  3. Composition d'assouplissement des textiles selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle l'agent solubilisant comprend un tensioactif amphotère et un co-solubilisant non tensioactif.
  4. Composition d'assouplissement des textiles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le rapport de l'agent solubilisant au composé d'assouplissement des textiles est dans la gamme de 2:3 à 4:1.
  5. Composition d'assouplissement des textiles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le composé d'assouplissement est choisi parmi le chlorure de 1,2-bis(suifyloxy durci)-3-triméthylammonium-propane et le chlorure de di(suifyléthylèneoxy)-diméthyl-ammonium.
  6. Composition d'assouplissement des textiles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans laquelle la quantité d'agent solubilisant est supérieure à 10% en poids de la composition totale.
  7. Composition d'assouplissement des textiles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la composition est sous forme d'agrégats moléculaires limitant eux-mêmes leur dimension comme des micelles ou des solutions micellaires avec des intérieurs solides ou liquides ou leurs mélanges.
  8. Composition d'assouplissement des textiles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, qui est sous forme liquide.
  9. Composition d'assouplissement des textiles selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, qui est granulaire ou en poudre.
