- la figure 1 est une coupe axiale, schématique et partielle, d'un dispositif de conditionnement et de distribution selon un premier exemple de réalisation de l'invention,
- les figures 2 et 3 sont des vues de dessus de deux variantes de réalisation d'un applicateur en forme de dôme selon l'invention,
- la figure 4 est une coupe axiale, schématique et partielle, d'un dispositif de conditionnement et de distribution conforme à un deuxième exemple de réalisation de l'invention,
- la figure 5 est une coupe dans un plan perpendiculaire à celui de la figure 4,
- la figure 6 est une vue, à échelle agrandie, d'un détail de réalisation du dispositif représenté sur la figure 4,

Claims (10)
- Dispositif (1;16) de conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit liquide, gélifié ou pâteux, tel qu'un produit cosmétique, comprenant un réservoir (3;17) apte à contenir ledit produit et apte à être mis sous pression pour distribuer ledit produit et un applicateur (5;19) en forme de dôme, communiquant intérieurement avec ledit réservoir et pourvu d'orifices de sortie du produit à distribuer, l'écoulement du produit au travers desdits orifices de sortie étant provoqué par une mise sous pression du produit en amont de ces derniers, caractérisé par le fait que l'applicateur (5;19) comporte une membrane externe élastique (7;21) pour l'application du produit sur une surface large telle que la peau, traversée par des orifices de distribution du produit (9;9';9'';25), et une paroi interne de support (6;20) sur laquelle repose ladite membrane en l'absence de mise sous pression dudit produit en vue de sa distribution, la paroi interne de support (6;20) présentant des orifices d'alimentation (8;8';8'';22) décalés par rapport auxdits orifices de distribution (9;9';9'';25) de sorte que la membrane externe, lorsqu'elle est au repos, isole de l'extérieur lesdits orifices d'alimentation, la membrane externe pouvant en outre s'écarter élastiquement de ladite paroi interne de support sous l'effet de la pression du produit en vue de la distribution pour permettre l'écoulement de ce dernier depuis les orifices d'alimentation vers lesdits orifices de distribution et la sortie du produit de l'applicateur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la membrane (7; 21) est fixée sur ladite paroi interne de support (6; 20) en de multiples points de fixation (10; 10'; 10a'',10b''; 23,24a,24b,24c), ces derniers étant répartis sur ladite paroi interne du support (6;20) de manière à canaliser l'écoulement du produit quittant lesdits orifices d'alimentation vers lesdits orifices de distribution, en vue d'éviter une stagnation de produit entre la membrane externe et la paroi interne de support en l'absence d'utilisation du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la paroi de support (6; 20) comporte des ajours (10; 10'; 10a'',10b''; 23,24a,24b,24c) traversés par des ponts de matière (11;26) solidaires de ladite membrane externe et servant à l'ancrage de cette dernière, auxdits points de fixation.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que ladite membrane (7; 21) est surmoulée sur ladite paroi interne de support (6; 20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que ladite paroi interne (6;20) est venue de formation par moulage avec la paroi (2;18) du réservoir (3;17).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits orifices d'alimentation (8';22) sont alignés.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits orifices d'alimentation (8'') sont équirépartis angulairement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits orifices d'alimentation (8,8';8'';22) présentent une section circulaire et par le fait que lesdits orifices de distribution se présentent sous la forme de perçages oblongs (9;9';9'';25).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits orifices de distribution (25) se présentent sous la forme de perçages oblongs d'axes longitudinaux orientés perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement de la membrane lors de l'utilisation du dispositif pour appliquer du produit.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que ladite membrane externe est réalisée en un matériau choisi dans la liste suivante : EVA, PVC souple, copolymère polyuréthane thermoplastique, copolymère propylène-éthylène, élastomère thermoplastique obtenu par mélange physique d'un thermoplastique avec une phase élastomère non vulcanisée ou vulcanisée.
