Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for assembling a Dosing device in a rotary printing machine according to the preamble of claim 1.
- DE 42 40 642 A1 describes a metering device a rotary printing press in which a plurality of Color knife blades attached to an insert bar become. These color knife blades are in small Spaced from each other.
- the invention has for its object a method to assemble one that interacts with a color duct Color knife of a rotary printing press, the Color knife made from a plurality of color knife blades exists to create what is between the respective adjacent color knife blades a little, parallel distance is formed.
- the deviations of the individual distances in and from each other are extremely small.
- the time required to assemble the large number of lamellae of a colorimeter is significantly reduced by the method according to the invention while at the same time increasing accuracy.
- a generic color knife is in the drawing shown and the inventive method is in following described in more detail.
- An ink application device 2 interacts with an ink duct 1 of a rotary printing press.
- This ink application device 2 is shown in simplified form and essentially consists of an ink fountain 3, a color knife 4 and adjusting devices 6 acting on the ink knife 4.
- the adjusting devices 6 are designed as threaded screws 6 movable in the ink fountain 3, the respective end 7 of which is on the ink knife 4 acts in the area of the color ductor 1.
- the ink knife 4 runs axially parallel to the ink duct 1 and the length l4 of the ink knife 4 corresponds to the length of the ink fountain 3.
- the ink knife 4 consists of an insert strip 8, a clamping strip 9 and a plurality of ink knife blades 11.
- the ink knife 4 is fastened by means of threaded screws 13 in the ink fountain 3.
- the insert bar 8 and the terminal bar 9 are formed parallel to their common contact surface 14 so that in the connected state there is an axially parallel gap 16 of a width b16 running over the entire length l4 of the ink knife 4.
- This gap 16 extends from an end facing the ink ductor 1 to a depth t16, the width b16 of this gap 16 being reduced to a width br16 after a depth tr16, as a result of which the gap 16 is provided with a stop surface 17.
- the threaded screws 12 connecting the insert and clamping strips 8, 9 are arranged in the region of the reduced gap 16.
- the thickness d11 of the ink knife blades 11 is somewhat larger than the width b16 of the gap 16 between the insert and terminal block 8, 9.
- the ink blade blades 11 lie with their end 18 facing away from the ink duct 1 against the stop surface 17 formed by the offset gap 16 from insert and terminal block 8, 9 and are firmly clamped between insert and terminal block 8, 9.
- the ink knife blades 11 With its end 19 facing the ink duct 1, the ink knife blades 11 form an adjustable gap 21 to the ink duct 1, with each ink knife blade 11 being assigned its own adjusting device 6 for this purpose.
- the ink knife blades 11 are arranged close to one another at a small distance a11, which is, for example, 1 to 10 ⁇ m. This distance a11 is intended to enable the ink knife lamella 11 to move without reaction, but at the same time prevent ink from penetrating.
- the distance a11 between the ink knife blades 11 is set as follows: The color knife blades 11 are aligned between the insert and terminal block 8, 9 with one end 18 on the stop surface 17 and inserted without a distance from one another. Then the ink knife blades 11 are slightly clamped between the insert and terminal block 8, 9 by means of the threaded screws 12. The ink knife blades 11 of the pre-assembled ink knife 4 are now heated, for example, to a temperature of 40 ° to 50 ° C. The heating can take place, for example, by means of a heating plate on which the ink knife blades 11 are placed, or a hot air blower directed at the ink knife blades 11.
- the desired temperature is reached faster in the ink knife blades 11 than in the insert and clamping strip 8, 9. There is thus a temperature difference of, for example, 20 ° between the ink knife blades 11 and the insert or terminal strip 8, 9.
- the increase in temperature causes an increase in volume in the heated parts. This increases the width b11 of the individual ink knife blades 11.
- the length extension from the sum of the widths b11 of all ink knife blades 11 is greater than the length extension of the length l8 of the insert - or terminal block 8, 9 in the longitudinal direction.
- the ink knife blades 11 move relative to the insert and clamping strip 8, 9, the ink blade blades 11 being mutually supported and still being slightly clamped. Then the entire ink knife 4 cools down and both insert and terminal block 8, 9 and ink knife blades 11 reach a common temperature, for. B. Ambient temperature.
- the increase in the width b11 of the ink knife blades 11 and the length l8 of the insert and clamping strip 8, 9 is reversed. Since the ink knife blades 11 are clamped between the insert and clamping strip 8, 9, the positions of the respective ink knife blades 11 with respect to the insert and clamping strip 8, 9 are retained. Thus, the parallel distance a11 is formed between the respective ink knife blades 11. This distance a11 thus formed between the ink knife blades 11 depends on the temperature difference between the insert or terminal block 8, 9 and the ink knife blades 11 and the linear expansion coefficients of the materials of the insert or terminal strip 8, 9 and ink knife blades 11. After cooling, the Ink knife blades 11 firmly clamped between insert and terminal block 8, 9 by means of the threaded screws 12.
- the color knife blades 11 can of course also on other ways, e.g. B. by individual screws on the Insert bar 8 be attached.

Mit einem Farbduktor 1 einer Rotationsdruckmaschine
wirkt eine Farbauftragvorrichtung 2 zusammen. Diese
Farbauftragvorrichtung 2 ist vereinfacht dargestellt und
besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Farbkasten 3, einem
Farbmesser 4 und auf das Farbmesser 4 wirkende
Verstelleinrichtungen 6.
An
The
The
Die Einstellung des Abstandes a11 zwischen den
Farbmesserlamellen 11 erfolgt folgendermaßen:
Die Farbmesserlamellen 11 werden zwischen der Einsatz- und
Klemmleiste 8, 9 mit einem Ende 18 an der
Anschlagfläche 17 ausgerichtet und ohne Abstand
zueinander eingelegt. Daraufhin werden die
Farbmesserlamellen 11 mittels der Gewindeschrauben 12
zwischen Einsatz- und Klemmleiste 8, 9 leicht geklemmt.
Die Farbmesserlamellen 11 des so vormontierten
Farbmessers 4 werden nun beispielsweise auf eine
Temperatur von 40° bis 50° C erwärmt. Die Erwärmung kann
beispielsweise mittels einer Heizplatte auf die die
Farbmesserlamellen 11 aufgelegt werden oder eines auf
die Farbmesserlamellen 11 gerichteten Heißluftgebläses
erfolgen. Durch die sich stark unterscheidenden Dicken
d11, d8 der Farbmesserlamellen 11 und der Einsatz- und
Klemmleiste 8, 9 wird die gewünschte Temperatur
schneller in den Farbmesserlamellen 11 als in der
Einsatz- und Klemmleiste 8, 9 erreicht. Somit besteht
zwischen Farbmesserlamellen 11 und Einsatz- bzw.
Klemmleiste 8, 9 eine Temperaturdifferenz von
beispielsweise 20°. Die Temperaturerhöhung bewirkt bei
den erwärmten Teilen eine Volumenvergrößerung. Dadurch
vergrößert sich die Breite b11 der einzelnen
Farbmesserlamellen 11. Infolge der Temperaturdifferenz
zwischen der Einsatz- und Klemmleiste 8, 9 einerseits
und den Farbmesserlamellen 11 andererseits ist die
Längenausdehnung aus der Summe der Breiten b11 aller
Farbmesserlamellen 11 größer als die Längenausdehnung
der Länge l8 der Einsatz- bzw. Klemmleiste 8, 9 in
Umgebungstemperatur. Dadurch wird die Vergrößerung der
Breite b11 der Farbmesserlamellen 11 und der Länge l8
von Einsatz- und Klemmleiste 8, 9 rückgängig gemacht. Da
die Farbmesserlamellen 11 zwischen der Einsatz- und
Klemmleiste 8, 9 geklemmt sind, bleiben die Positionen
der jeweiligen Farbmesserlamellen 11 bezüglich der
Einsatz- und Klemmleiste 8, 9 erhalten. Somit bildet
sich zwischen den jeweiligen Farbmesserlamellen 11 der
parallel verlaufende Abstand a11. Dieser so gebildete
Abstand a11 zwischen den Farbmesserlamellen 11 ist
abhängig von der Temperaturdifferenz zwischen Einsatz- bzw.
Klemmleiste 8, 9 und den Farbmesserlamellen 11
sowie den Längenausdehnungskoeffizienten der Materialien
von Einsatz- bzw. Klemmleiste 8, 9 und
Farbmesserlamellen 11. Nach erfolgter Abkühlung werden
die Farbmesserlamellen 11 mittels der Gewindeschrauben
12 fest zwischen Einsatz- und Klemmleiste 8, 9
eingeklemmt.The distance a11 between the
