Definitions
- the invention relates to a hydraulic motor, in particular to a radial piston motor with flush valve according to the DE patent 39 26 354 C2.
- the task of a flush valve is to generate the heat To supply parts of the hydraulic motor with a constant cooling flow, to reduce the temperature of the heat generating parts.
- the flush valve the low-pressure control side of the hydraulic motor with the housing space connected, limiting the amount of coolant the two outlets of the purge valve have a throttle body.
- a partial flow always flows the working fluid via the flush valve to the housing space and thence to the tank.
- This partial flow must be shared with the Leakage losses in the hydraulic motor and the working fluid supplying hydraulic pump operating in a closed circuit by a feed pump on the low pressure side between Hydromotor and hydraulic pump can be added.
- the feed pump must deliver such a flow, which is necessary to maintain of the low pressure compensates for the leakage losses. Because the feed pump at the same time the control fluid for your own adjustment as well as for the adjustment of the hydraulic pump for the hydraulic motor and possibly also deliver for the adjustment of the hydraulic motor must also have these additional ones for their dimensioning Consumers are taken into account.
- the object of the invention is now the feed pump relieve in terms of their flow rate, as soon as by actuation the consumer or due to torque fluctuations of the hydraulic motor a drop in the set on the feed pump Low pressure occurs, so as fast as possible To achieve restoration of the required low pressure is. According to the invention this is done with the characteristic features of claim 1 achieved.
- the setting of the switching pressure for the valve for connection of the low pressure room with the housing room becomes slight kept smaller than the pressure setting of the feed pump, see above that when the low pressure drops below this set Value closes the valve and thus the flushing liquid flow is interrupted by the housing to the tank.
- the Associated Relief of the feed pump with regard to its delivery rate ensures rapid pressure build-up on the low pressure side to the required value and thus rapid stabilization of the entire drive and control system, without one To use a feed pump with a larger nominal size.
- FIG. 1 The only figure in the drawing shows an axial section of one Multi-stroke hydraulic motor, the housing of which by a first housing half 1 and a second housing half 2 is formed. Means Fastening screws are the two housing halves 1, 2 with the lifting disc 3 united into a fixed unit.
- the shaft 5 is through roller bearings 6, 7 stored.
- the housing end 8 of the shaft 5 is a splined shaft trained and carries over a corresponding recess 9 the rotor.
- the rotor 10 is designed as a cylinder block and has holes 11 distributed uniformly over its circumference on, which serve to receive the piston 12.
- the pistons 12 are in its radial outer area with a recess for receiving a bearing shell 13 and a cylindrical roller 14.
- the rollers 14 are supported on a curved path 17 of the lifting disk 3 from.
- a circumferential groove on a piston ring 20 as a sealing element.
- the piston spaces formed by the bores 11 protrude axially extending bores 21 also with axially extending Control bores 22 in a fixed, in the housing half 2 housed control sleeve 24 in operative connection.
- the control sleeve 24 is pressed against the rotor 10 in the axial direction, i.e. axially displaceable in the housing, but otherwise, as mentioned, non-rotatable arranged.
- the control sleeve 24 delimits surrounding control rooms 25, 26, the connections shown at 125, 126 (also called A and B), for the supply and discharge of the work equipment stay in contact. Depending on the position of the piston chambers 11 to the control holes 22, these are from the work equipment either high or low pressure. So that will generates a torque on the rotor 10, which this via splined connection on the drive shaft or output shaft 5 forwards outside.
- the flush valve 50 is generally parallel to the longitudinal axis 48 of the Hydraulic motor arranged.
- a control piston 56 in a bore 57 of the control sleeve 24 is movably arranged back and forth.
- the control piston 56 is delimited at the end by control rooms 85, 86 which are flattened 87 to those used to guide the control piston.
- Piston collars 88, 89 with the surrounding control spaces 25, 26 over Control bores 90, 91 are in hydraulic connection.
- the Control rooms 85, 86 are formed by hollow screw bodies 92, 93, which in corresponding lateral recesses 94, 95 of the Control sleeve 24 are screwed.
- centering springs 96, 97 housed for the control piston.
- the centering springs are supported at one end at the bottom 92a, 93a of the hollow screw body and with their others End via a disk 98, 99 and piston collars 100, 101 on the control piston 56 as soon as it moves from the middle position into a Switch position is shifted.
- the disks 98, 99 are supported on the bottom surfaces of the recesses 94, 95 for the hollow screw body 92, 93 and fix the spool in its middle position or starting position.
- the control piston When the hydraulic machine is started up, the control piston is switched off the starting position determined by the centering springs 96, 97, in which the control piston collars 102, 103 connect the control bores 90, 91 to that limited by tax authorities 102, 103 Interrupt control chamber 104 in guide bore 57 from high pressure in a the connection of the rotating low pressure leading Control room 25, 26 with the control room 104 between the control position producing the two control piston assemblies 102, 103 moved and thus over the connecting bore 60 and Axial bore 64 of the end face 61 of the control sleeve and space 63 formed by the end wall 62 of the housing half 2 connected to the low pressure side of the hydraulic machine.
- This Room 63 is via a seat valve arranged in the housing half 2 65 connectable to the housing space 66.
- the seat body 67 the seat valve acts with a seat 68 one with the room 63 connected bore 69 together.
- This hole serves at the same time to guide a sleeve-shaped extension 70 of Seat body 67.
- At the end 71 of the extension facing the space 63 70 is pressed in a disk 72 with a throttle bore 73.
- the extension has 70 radial bores on the seat body side 74 on which, when the seat body 67 is open, the cavity 75 of the Extension 70 with the valve chamber accommodating the seat body 67 76 connect.
- the valve chamber 76 is through a bore 77 in the Housing half 2 connected to the housing space 66.
- the seat body 67 With the seat body 67 open, its opening stroke of stop surfaces 80, 81 of the seat body and the locking screw 78 is limited, it flows from the low pressure side detergent branched off by the flushing valve 50 from the space 63 via the throttle bore 73 to the cavity 75 of the Extension 70 delimiting disc 72 in the cavity 75 and thence via the radial bores 74 of the extension 70 into the Valve chamber 76 and finally further via bore 77 to the housing space 66, from where it is after rinsing or cooling the of the Parts affected by temperature return via the housing outlet 53 flows to the tank.
- the throttle bore 73 in the disk 72 sets the flushing fluid amount fixed by that through the flush valve 50 on the low pressure side to the entrance of the work equipment source back flowing working fluid is branched off.
