Abstract

The mast has at least two section rods (1,2,3). These are arranged at corners of a triangle or rectangle forming the cross-section of the mast. Each pair of section rods (1,2,3) is connected to each one or two connection plates (10) forming a side of the triangle or rectangle. Two grooves (4-9) are provided inside each section rod (1,2,3). The bent over edges of the connection plates (10) are stuck into the grooves and are fastened at the corner points. The rods are preferably extruded aluminium sections. Alternatively they may be made of steel in the form of hollow or roll sections. The connection plates inserted into the grooves may be welded to the sections. The sections may be identical, or may be different. A slider may be arranged on one of the sections, to slide along the section.

Description

The invention relates to a scaffold mast with at least two profile bars which are arranged on corners of a triangle or quadrangle forming the cross section of the scaffold mast, two profile bars each being connected to one or two connecting plates each forming one side of the triangle.

A light antenna guy mast is known, which consists of three profile bars which are connected to each other so that they form an equilateral triangle in cross section. The profile bars are identical to one another. One of these profile bars consists of a sheet metal, on one side of which a circular cylindrical reinforcement and on the other side of which a laterally open tube section is provided. The laterally open tube section of one profile bar takes up the cylindrical reinforcement of the adjacent profile bar. This well-known antenna guy mast consists of standardized specially pressed profiles.

The invention has for its object to provide a scaffold mast of the type mentioned, in which the width and / or the thickness of the connecting plates can be designed differently, and thus statically individually designed scaffolding masts can be realized.

This object is achieved in that two grooves are provided on the inner region of each profile bar, into which the angled edges of the connecting plate are inserted and attached to the insertion point.

In this way, a scaffold mast is obtained, which can be implemented differently due to the different width and / or thickness of the sheets. It is thus possible to create a scaffolding mast in which profile bars are to be pressed specifically for the corners and other important connecting lines, which can also be equipped with additional functional options, for example with guides for rollers, receiving parts for other mechanical components and the like. In addition, there is the possibility of also being able to accommodate sheets of different thicknesses, which can only be welded with comparatively little effort using the mounting grooves, which may be rotated by 90 ° to the direction of pull of the sheet. The different widths and / or thicknesses of the sheets can be used to implement statically individually designed supports or supports.

If there are large distances between two profile bars, which have to be bridged by a statically loaded sheet, there is usually a risk of buckling. In the case of large spans between the profile bars, this is counteracted by appropriate shaping of the sheet metal, for example by providing the sheet metal with bends or beads or by designing it as a wave profile running transversely to the support axis. In the case of wide distances between the profile bars and only a slight static load on the support profile, punched-outs can also be made in the metal sheets to reduce weight.

In the known supports and beams made of pressed profile bars, the shape of the profile bars is fixed immutable, so that a Linking specially pressed profiles inevitably results in a correspondingly constructed shape. Deviations from this previously structurally determined shape and thus deviations from the static conditions are not possible with the known scaffolding mast.

In an embodiment of the invention, extruded aluminum profiles can be provided. It is also possible to provide steel profile bars in the form of hollow or rolled profiles or the like. Furthermore, the connecting plates inserted into the grooves can be welded to the profile bars. The profile bars can be designed the same or different.

Furthermore, it is recommended that the profile bars are identical or unequal to one another.

A slide which is self-propelled along the profile bar in the longitudinal direction of the scaffold mast is expediently arranged on at least one profile bar.

It is advisable to design the connecting plates according to their static loads.
