Um einzelne, einseitig selbstklebende Abschnitte von einer
ersten Bahn ablösen und auf eine zweite Bahn übertragen zu
können, müssen diese nach dem jetzigen Stand der Technik
zunächst aus bahnförmigem Material gewonnen werden. Hierfür
müssen Schnitte so angebracht werden, daß das nicht benötigte
selbstklebende Material ein zusammenhängendes Gitter
bildet, welches unmittelbar nach dem Stanzen der Abschnitte
abgezogen wird. Das Ablösen der gewünschten und von Abfällen
befreiten Abschnitte kann sodann problemlos mit einer
herkömmlichen Spenderkante erfolgen.
Nachteilig entsteht bei diesen Verfahren viel selbstklebender
Abfall. Der Nachteil ist umso gravierender, wenn der
Abfall aus einem sehr teuren und besonders umweltbelastenden
Material besteht.
In der DE 42 32 279 werden ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung gemäß
dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 beschrieben, bei denen zur Herstellung von
transdermalen therapeutischen Systemen selbstklebende
Abschnitte gestanzt, abgelöst und übertragen werden. Das
bekannte Verfahren hat den Vorteil, daß keine
selbstklebenden Abfälle anfallen, es ist jedoch auf rechteckige
oder quadratische Abschnitte beschränkt. Die Vorrichtung
weist zum Abziehen einer delaminierten Trägerfolie
einer ersten Bahn eine mit einer Transfereinrichtung bewegbare
erste Umlenk- bzw. Kaschierrolle und eine feststehende
zweite Umlenkrolle auf. Die Trägerfolie wird an der Transfereinrichtung
zunächst um einen Winkel von etwa 135 bis
180 Grad und danach an der bewegten Umlenkrolle in entgegengesetzten
Sinn im Mittel um etwa 120 Grad umgelenkt. Die
Ablösung der o.g. Abschnitte erfolgt an einer quer zur
Richtung der ersten Bahn ausgebildeten Spenderkante. Ablösen wird durch diese Gestaltung jedoch nicht erreicht.
In der DE 31 04 035 ist eine Spenderkante in Fom einer Rolle
mit einer Unterbrechung in der Mitte ausgebildet. Die
Unterbrechung dient zu abstützenden Lagerung der Achse und

einem größeren Umlenkradius erfolgt als im Bereich der auf
die zweite Bahn zu übertragenden Teile und die der Spenderkante
zulaufende erste Bahn einen spitzen Winkel mit der
zweiten Bahn einschließt.
Dabei kann die Spenderkante in Richtung auf die zweite Bahn
gekrümmt sein und zur Erzeugung eines Bereiches mit einem
größeren Umlenkradius einen größeren Krümmungsradius aufweisen,

sein, wenn beispielsweise auf einer elastischen Trägerfolie
paarweise durch einen freigestanzten Mittelstreifen
abzulösende Abschnitte vorhanden sind, wobei dann nach deren
Ablösung der abfallbildende Mittelstreifen auf der ersten
Bahn haften bleibt.
Bei den vorgenannten Ausgestaltungen sieht die Erfindung
grundsätzlich vor, daß die Spenderkante an den Bereichen
der ersten Bahn, in welchem Teile unabgelöst verbleiben

Fig. 1 zeigt die Vorrichtung während der übertragung von
einseitig selbstklebenden Abschnitten 10 von der bewegten
ersten Bahn 20 auf eine zweite bewegte Bahn 21. Rein schematisch
sind auf der in Richtung des Pfeiles 30 ankommenden
ersten Bahn 20 Abschnitte 10 und zwischen diesen zu verwerfende
Teile 11, untereinander durch Querschnitte getrennt,
angeordnet. Beim Umlenken der ersten Bahn um die Spenderkante
1 lösen sich infolge Eigensteifigkeit die selbstklebenden
Abschnitte 10 und gelangen auf die zweite Bahn 21.
Dabei können diese mit einer (nicht dargestellten) Andrückrolle
angedrückt und mit ihrer Selbstklebeschicht sicher
anhaftend auf die in Richtung des Pfeiles 31 bewegte Bahn
21 aufgebracht werden.
Bei einer Ausgestaltung der Spenderkante 10 nach der Erfindung
werden dann die Teile 11 nicht mit abgelöst und bleiben,
wie dies rein schematisch gezeigt ist, als Abfälle auf
der in Richtung des Pfeiles 32 abgezogenen ersten Bahn 20

- A device for the transfer of sections (10) that are self-adhesive on one side from a moving first web (20) onto a moving second web (21), the first web (20) being led, with reversal of its direction, around a dispenser edge (1), which extends transversally to the direction of web (20) to release sections (10), which are to be transferred and which have cut-off, rounded or bevelled parts (11), and said parts (11) remaining undetached on the first web (20), characterized in that the first web (20) travelling towards the dispenser edge (1) encloses an acute angle with the second web (21), and that the dispenser edge (1) is arranged such that the reversal of direction of the first web (20) is, in the region of the parts (11) remaining undetached, effected with a greater deflection radius than in the region of the parts to be transferred onto the second web (21).
- Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the dispenser edge (1) is curved in the direction of the second web (21) and, to form a region having a greater deflection radius, is provided with a greater radius of curvature (R), and that the region having the smaller radius of curvature (r) is formed, at the dispenser edge (1), on the side averted from the second web, such that it is protuberant.
- Device according to claim 1 characterized in that, to form a region of greater deflection radius, regions of the dispenser edge (1) are interrupted by at least one recess (3-5).
- Device according to claim 1 or 3 characterized in that, to form regions of greater deflection radius, the dispenser edge (1) is interrupted by two lateral recesses (3,4), preferably arranged symmetrically to the central axis of the dispenser edge (1).
- The device according to claim 1 or 3 characterized in that, to form a region of greater deflection radius, the dispenser edge (1) is interrupted by a central recess (5).
- The device according to one or several of claims 1 to 5 characterized in that, to form regions of greater deflection radius, the dispenser edge (1) is interrupted by recesses (3 and 4; 5 and 3 or/and 4).
- The use of the device according to one or several of the preceding claims for sections (10) contacting one another on the moving first web (20).
- The use of the device according to claim 7 for active substance-containing sections.
