Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Trockenschrank (1) mit als Auflageflächen für Trockengutträger vorgesehenen, thermisch einstellbaren, von einem Wärmeübertragungsmedium durchflossenen Heiz- und oder Kühlplatten (4) welche Ober- und Unterbleche (5,6) aufweisen, die sich über den Durchsatz des Wärmeübertragungsmediums bestimmende und ihren Innenraum abschließende Zwischenleisten (7) und Seitenleisten (8) abstützen. Ein derartiger Vakuum-Trockenschrank soll so verbessert werden, daß er leicht, auch maschinell, zu reinigen sowie mit geringem Aufwand und kostengünstig zu erstellen ist. Dazu wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Oberbleche (5) und Unterbleche (6) mindestens zweiseitig vom Blech weg ausgebogene Seitenstreifen (11 bis 14) aufweisen, daß die Stirnflächen der Seitenstreifen (11,13) eines Oberblechs (5) sowohl die Stirnflächen der Seitenstreifen (12,14) des Unterblechs (6) der benachbarten Heiz- und/oder Kühlplatte (4) aneinanderstoßen und vakuumdicht miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das äußere Oberblech (5') und das äußere Unterblech (6') ohne wesentliche Seitenstreifen ausgebildet sind, und daß die jeweils durch Oberblech (5) und Unterblech (6) und deren Seitenstreifen (11 bis 14) gebildeten Mulden (2 bis 2''''') in einen, die Verschlußtür (3,30) haltenden Rahmen (15,150) eingelassen sind und einen gemeinsamen Vakuumraum bilden.
