Abstract

The drawer gear has a fixed rail on each side to run on a fixed rail fitted to the furniture body via an intermediate free running rail with bearings. A flat locking plate (16) under the drawer gear is operated by a profiled slot (18) in a support plate (15) and interacts with a catch (17) attached to the drawer rail. The catch has a stepped action with one end of the catch having a guide pin (19) moving around a triangular track. The drawer is closed against spring pressure, from a spring (21) in the support plate, until the catch secures the closed drawer. The drawer is opened by pulling against the retaining catch or simply by pressing the drawer inwards, to release the catch. The spring tension opens the drawer by a small amount.

Description

The present invention relates to a drawer slide guide with a Furniture body lockable guide rail and with a fixed on the drawer Extension rail, which is movable relative to the guide rail, wherein the drawer in the closed position by means of a spring-loaded locking element is secured.

Drawer pull-out guides are known in various designs. The Connection between the guide rail and the pull-out rail takes place, for example through an inner profile rail on which rolling elements roll, which in are kept in a cage. The pull-out rail can be telescopic to the Pull the drawer completely out of the cabinet.

In the drawer slide guides in question, locking elements are in various versions known. They are designed so that when extending of the drawer a tension spring is tensioned, which causes the The drawer is pulled into the end position. However, locking is not possible. The disadvantage is u. a. that the drawer is opened only by pulling can be, which is particularly cumbersome when both hands of a person are occupied. In addition, the known locking elements are of the dimensions forth so that they are not outside in the gap between the furniture body and the Drawer drawer runners can be installed.

The present invention has for its object a drawer slide the type described in more detail at the beginning so that the spring-loaded Locking element can be mounted on the outside of the drawer slide guide, and that the drawer is secured in the simplest way in the end position, and that it can be brought into an open position in the simplest way.

The task is solved by the spring-loaded locking element by means of a driver arranged on the extendable pull-out rail Locking pawl is slidably arranged in a flat guide body and along a guide path running in the direction of displacement of the drawer is guided, which has a turning loop, in the turning area a recess locking the latch in the closed position of the drawer lies.

The latch has a relatively small thickness, so that the guide body accordingly is flat. This means that it is installed in the gaps between the drawer runners and the furniture body possible without any problems. When entering of the drawer, the driver takes the catch with it when the drawer can still be inserted by a defined path. This path is in proportion relatively small for the entire sliding path. When pulling in a tension spring cocked with one end on the pawl with the opposite end is attached to a fixed point on the guide body. The displacement path of the The latch is determined by the course of the guideway. As soon as one at the Locking pin arranged engages in the recess of the turning loop, is the retraction of the drawer ends. For this, this recess must lie that the closed position of the drawer is then also reached. However, it must Be sure that the drawer is still a little bit in the direction of opening can be moved into the furniture body, so that the pin of the Latch is led out of the recess, and that by the action of now relaxing tension spring of the drawer by a corresponding Displacement path is opened. Through this training of the guideway it is in the simplest possible way to lock the drawer in the closed position and release this lock by a short path in the direction of entry.

The guideway is expediently designed as a guiding groove. Conveniently the turning loop connects to a straight section of the guideway on and the turning loop describes a basic contour like a Triangular. This significantly simplifies the direction reversal of the latch. In addition, a defined section of the reversing loop can be used for the locked position of the drawer can be used. It is then useful if that Recessing section of the guide track transverse to the straight section and faces away from it. This allows, for example, a locking pin Snap the pawl into the recess during a movement from bottom to top. The pawl path specified by the turning loop is closed, d. H. a certain point of the latch returns when the drawer is extended back to a point that is also reached when entering. Therefore it is convenient another section of the turning loop compared to the straight line Section at an obtuse angle and the other section is aligned or almost aligned with the straight-line section. At an obtuse angle running section is used when retracting the drawer. This changed the angular position of the latch relative to the tension spring, so that automatically the pawl in the transverse to the straight part Part is pulled. Since the recess for the locked position is still below of the straight section, the pawl is pulled into this section, as soon as the drawer is moved a little into the furniture body becomes. This ensures that when the drawer is retracted, the latch also runs into the section at an obtuse angle, that the piece of the reversing loop that is aligned with the straight-line section has a shallower depth than that at an obtuse angle. Thereby a stop is formed so that the pawl is deflected when retracting. For the entrainment of the catch by the driver is provided that the catch a cross or diagonal to the guideway or to the guiding groove has standing slot in which the driver engages. Expediently protrudes in the part of the turning loop that is transverse to the straight part of the guideway at least one spring bar, which instead of the locking recess Locking pawl locked. This spring bar is adjacent to the straight section of the Reversing loop so that the drawer can also be extended if is pulled, causing the spring bar to deform accordingly. But with that the drawer at all just a little bit to extend Furniture body can be moved in, it is provided that on the guide body Opposite the spring bar, a guide bar protruding into the guide groove is molded. As a result, it is first necessary that the guide pin the pawl bypasses this guide web, which in the end position of the The drawer is pulled back a little by the spring action. This Pulling back can first be retracted into the furniture body will. This ensures that the locked position is also reached is provided that a guide bar between the spring bar and the guide bar protrudes into the guide groove, but which is on the other side of the guide body is molded.

The drawer pull-out guide 10 shown in FIG. 1 essentially consists from a guide rail 11 which can be fixed on the furniture body (not shown), one in cross-section approximately C-shaped pull-out rail 12 and one the pull-out rail 12 with the guide rail 11 connecting inner profile rail 13 which in illustrated embodiment is in one piece with the guide rail 11. Between the inner profile rail 13 and the pull-out rail 12 are not by means of one Cage rolling elements 14 shown in detail. On the outside of the horizontal Leg of the guide rail 11 is a closer with reference to Figures 2 and 3 Guide body 15 explained, for example, by locking. At the the vertical leg of the guide rail 11 facing away from the Guide body 15 a detent pawl explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3 16 out by a driver arranged on the pull-out rail 12 taken along a certain displacement distance of the pull-out rail 12 becomes. The guide body 15 is U-shaped in cross section, the parallel legs are relatively short, so that the guide body 15 is relatively thin and easily in gaps between the drawer slide guide 10 and inner surfaces a furniture body is mountable. The guide body 15 has one guideway approximately parallel to the upper and lower edges a guide groove 18 into which a guide pin 19 of the latch 16 engages. Of the Guide pin 19 sits on the side of the latch facing the guide groove 18 16. Opposite is a further guide pin on the latch 16 and a hinge pin 20 is formed on the latch 16. On the hanging pin 20 one end of a tension spring 21 is suspended. The other end of the tension spring is attached to a further pin 22 located in the end region. The Guide groove 18 consists of a substantially straight section 18 a and one of the tension spring 21 facing reversing loop 18 b, the basic contour describes a triangle. The turning loop therefore consists essentially of one upright section 18 c, which is transverse to the straight section 18 a the guide groove 18 is. The turning loop 18 b also has a straight line Section that is aligned with the straight part 18 a. It also contains a section at an obtuse angle to the straight section 18 a. The depth of the rectilinear section of the reversing loop 18 b is less than the depth of the rest of the turn loop. This creates for the guide pin 19 of the pawl 16 a stop 23. Adjacent to the one obtuse angle portion of the reversing loop 18 b protrudes into the guide groove 18 a guide web 24 into it. Opposite in the area of the straight line Part of a spring bar 25 projects into the guide groove 18. The boardwalk 24 and the spring bar 25 are molded onto the area of the guide body 15, which is limited by the turning loop 18 b. About halfway between that Guide bar 24 and spring bar 25 protrude into guide groove 18, a guide bar 26 into it, which, however, is integrally formed on the guide body 15 on the opposite side is. As a result, the upright section 18 c of the turning loop 18 b in this Area quasi S-shaped. In contrast to the version shown could the upright section 18 c of the guide groove 18 with a recess be provided for the guide pin 19. The same applies to the one shown Execution formed by the spring bar 25, the locking recess.

The latch 16 is approximately triangular in shape, the guide pin 19 and the hanging pin 20 and the further guide pin arranged on one side are. Opposite is a peak at approximately a right angle to this base Slot 27 provided, the tip facing away from the tension spring 21 opposite the facing tip protrudes, so that the driver against this area 17 strikes.

As already mentioned, FIG. 2 shows an intermediate position in which the drawer or the pull-out rail 12 is retracted. The tension spring 21 is already tensioned and by the driver 17, the latch 16 was in a defined distance in Move towards the upright section 18 c of the reversing loop 18 b. The guide pin 19 is immediately in front of the stop 23 or in front of the inclined Section of the turning loop 18. It can be seen from FIG. 2 that the further retraction of the drawer of the guide pin 19 inevitably in this oblique section is pressed. The guide pin bypasses when retracting further 19 the guide web 24, so that after driving around the drawer a small little in the opposite direction due to the tensioned tension spring 21 is operated. Since the guide pin is no longer in alignment with the line of action the tension spring 21 stands, it is automatically pulled against the spring bar 25, so that in this position, which is shown in Figure 3, the drawer locked is. If the drawer is to be pulled out of the cabinet, he normally pushed a little into the furniture body, so that the guide pin 19 bypasses the spring bar 25 and then in the rectilinear part of the Turning loop 18 arrives. Through the relaxing tension spring 21 is then Drawer pulled a certain piece out of the furniture body. However, will exerted a tensile force on the drawer, the spring bar 25 deforms, so that also the guide pin 19 in the rectilinear section of the turning loop 18 b arrives. It can be seen from the figures that the guide pin 19th at the end of a drawer retraction and when pulling out begins describes an approximately triangular orbit.
