Claims (10)
- Radiateur électrique à accumulation constitué d'éléments modulaires et comportant un corps de chauffe unique, destiné au chauffage de base ou d'appoint des locaux de tous types et pouvant être utilisé aussi bien comme appareil fixe que comme appareil mobile, formé par combinaison d'éléments modulaires (1, 2, 2' 3) pourvus d'une partie creuse verticale (7) portant des ailettes (10) également verticales, semblables aux éléments utilisés pour le chauffage central à eau, et assemblés de manière à former un radiateur à accumulation mural ou mobile d'encombrement réduit, l'un de ces éléments modulaires étant un élément d'alimentation électrique (1),
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une cavité interne dans laquelle est logé un corps de chauffe (4) unique de forme parallélépipédique, les éléments modulaires (1, 2, 2' 3) étant constitués chacun d'une seule pièce, l'élément d'alimentation électrique (1) étant équipé d'un thermostat à bulbe commandé par un bouton (13) accessible de l'extérieur, de bornes de branchement du corps de chauffe et d'un cordon de raccordement au secteur, les équipements électriques étant à l'abri de la poussière et de l'humidité grâce à un couvercle étanche fermant une trappe d'accès (22) formée d'une découpe pratiquée dans la paroi interne de la partie creuse verticale (7). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, se caractérisant par le fait que les éléments modulaires (1, 2, 2', 3) comportent des tronçons tubulaires horizontaux supérieurs et inférieurs (5, 6) assemblables entre eux bout à bout, reliés par la partie creuse verticale (7) formée de deux parois délimitant un passage entre lesdits tronçons tubulaires et portant une lame frontale (8) et une lame arrière (9) entre lesquelles sont disposées les ailettes (10) verticales.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, se caractérisant par le fait que les éléments modulaires sont de trois modèles différents, un élément terminal (1), un ou plusieurs éléments courants (2) et l'élément d'alimentation électrique (1), la cavité interne (12) étant constituée d'évidements obtenus par des découpes (11) pratiquées dans les parois de la partie creuse verticale (7) du ou des éléments courants (2) et de l'élément terminal (3), ces découpes étant pratiquées dans les deux parois pour les éléments courants et dans la seule paroi interne pour l'élément terminal, de manière à fermer ainsi une extrémité de la cavité interne, l'autre extrémité étant fermée par l'élément d'alimentation électrique (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, se caractérisant par le fait que le corps de chauffe (4) est constitué d'une brique rendue étanche par un revêtement de silicone, dans laquelle est noyée une résistance électrique, ladite brique étant suffisamment mince pour que la distance entre ses faces et la surface externe du radiateur empêche toute possibilité de surchauffe des parties métalliques accessibles, permettant ainsi de se dispenser de dispositif de sécurité coupant l'alimentation électrique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 et 4, se caractérisant par le fait qu'il est fixé au mur au moyen de chevilles spéciales (13) comportant une rainure annulaire dans laquelle s'insèrent les lames arrières (9) de deux éléments modulaires (1, 2, 3) contigus.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 et 4, se caractérisant par le fait qu'il est monté sur des châssis (14) équipés de patins (16) et/ou de roulettes (17), et fixés aux tronçons tubulaires inférieurs (6) à l'aide d'étriers (15), lesdits châssis étant pourvus de contre-plaques (23) supportant plusieurs éléments modulaires (1, 2, 3).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, se caractérisant par le fait qu'il est réalisé en disposant le corps de chauffe (4) entre deux séries d'éléments modulaires (2') dépourvus de découpes, reliées par des tôles entretoise (18) formant un caisson constituant la cavité interne recevant ledit corps de chauffe, ce dernier étant pris entre deux briques réfractaires (19) plus épaisses jouant le rôle d'accumulateur d'énergie, et entouré de blocs (20) d'isolant thermique en béton cellulaire ou matériau similaire ménageant des espaces vides (21) en partie supérieure.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, se caractérisant par le fait que le corps de chauffe (4) a une épaisseur sensiblement égale à 20 millimètres et que les briques réfractaires (19) ont une épaisseur voisine de 80 millimètres.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, se caractérisant par le fait que les éléments modulaires (1, 2, 2', 3) sont tous réalisés par usinage à partir d'un même élément standard existant, destiné au montage de radiateurs de chauffage central à eau ou à vapeur.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, se caractérisant par le fait que les éléments modulaires (1, 2, 2', 3) sont fabriqués en alliage d'aluminium.
