- des moyens pour permettre une ouverture manuelle en sens contraire au sens d'ouverture normal du portillon avec réindexage manuel du bras comprenant ledit organe immobilisé en rotation qui est susceptible d'être entraíné en rotation à l'encontre dudit agencement à friction sous l'action d'une force déterminée lorsque ladite saillie est en butée dans ladite rainure.

Claims (14)
- Portillon comprenant un bras (1) fixé sur un axe (2) porté par un caisson (3) formant embase et des moyens permettant un déplacement angulaire déterminé de l'axe (2) dans le sens normal d'ouverture du portillon caractérisé en ce que :lesdits moyens permettant un déplacement angulaire déterminé de l'axe (2) dans le sens normal d'ouverture du portillon comprennent une partie terminale inférieure filetée (8) ménagée dans le prolongement de l'axe (2) et adaptée à coopérer avec un taraudage (21) prévu dans un organe (20,25) susceptible d'être immobilisé en rotation à l'aide d'un agencement à friction (14, 15, 12, 33, 30A, 30B) ;des moyens de limitation de la course dudit déplacement angulaire qui comportent une saillie (38) ménagée à la base de l'axe (2) et engagée avec jeu (J) dans une rainure ménagée dans ledit organe susceptible d'être immobilisé en rotation (20,25) ; etdes moyens pour permettre une ouverture manuelle en sens contraire au sens d'ouverture normal du portillon avec réindexage manuel du bras (1) comprenant ledit organe immobilisé en rotation qui est susceptible d'être entraíné en rotation à l'encontre dudit agencement à friction sous l'action d'une force déterminée lorsque ladite saillie est en butée dans ladite rainure.
- Portillon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de rappel automatique du bras (1) comprenant un angle des hélices du filetage de la partie terminale filetée (8) de l'axe (2) et du taraudage (21) de la pièce immobilisée tel que, sous l'effet de la seule masse de l'ensemble des pièces entraínées lors dudit déplacement angulaire, un mouvement hélicoïdal soit assuré dans le sens contraire.
- Portillon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de rappel automatique du bras comprenant un ressort de rappel.
- Portillon selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe immobilisé comprend un disque (20) comportant ledit taraudage (21) et une bague (25) solidarisée à l'aide de vis de fixation (24), ladite rainure limitant la course (J) dudit déplacement angulaire du bras dans le sens normal d'ouverture étant définie par la surface supérieure dudit disque (20) et un épaulement annulaire (41) ménagé sur la surface inférieure de la bague (25), ladite saillie ménagée à la base de l'axe (2) du portillon étant constituée d'un épaulement annulaire (38) de plus petite hauteur que la hauteur de la rainure et emprisonné dans cette dernière.
- Portillon selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit agencement à friction comprend un carter inférieur (12) fixé à l'intérieur dudit caisson (3), au moins une rondelle Belleville (14), reposant au fond dudit carter inférieur (12), sur laquelle repose une rondelle d'appui (15), des rondelles de friction (30A,30B) étant disposées de part et d'autre dudit organe immobilisé (20,25), et un flasque de serrage (33).
- Portillon selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux doigts (16,17) sont ménagés sur le bras (1) et adaptés à buter sur un plot (28) fixé sur le caisson (3) permettant un réindexage manuel du bras (1) après ouverture en sens contraire.
- Portillon selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de réglage de la position du bras (1).
- Portillon selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de réglage comprennent un doigt (17) avec une butée réglable (19) ménagé sur le bras (1) et adapté à buter contre un plot (28) ménagé sur ledit caisson (3).
- Portillon selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de réglage comprennent des moyens pour modifier la course (J) du déplacement angulaire de l'axe (2) par rapport audit organe immobilisé (20,25).
- Portillon selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de réglage comprennent des moyens pour permettre la rotation de l'axe (2) par rapport à l'axe inférieur fileté (5).
- Portillon selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de réglage comprennent des moyens pour orienter angulairement ledit carter inférieur (12).
- Portillon selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de réglage comprennent des moyens pour supprimer le mouvement hélicoïdal de l'axe (2) du portillon.
- Portillon selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un flasque de guidage (4) fixé à l'intérieur du caisson (3), en partie supérieure, comporte une bague assurant un guidage en translation et en rotation de l'axe (2).
- Portillon selon les revendications 3 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une bague (40) solidarisée avec l'axe (2), ledit ressort de rappel (44) assurant une liaison élastique angulaire entre ladite bague (40) et ledit flasque de guidage (4), ledit ressort de rappel (44) étant bandé lors de son montage de manière à pouvoir entraíner l'axe (2) dans un mouvement hélicoïdal soit vers le haut, soit vers le bas.
