Definitions
- the invention is based on a fuel injection pump the genus of claim 1.
- fuel injection pump is the ring slide as a cylindrical washer designed with flat end faces.
- One of the end faces forms together with the inner bore of the ring slide a circumferential control edge on which during a lifting movement of the pump piston the outlet cross section of the radial bore is opened.
- the position of the ring slide is with the help a set of control levers, one of the levers via an actuating head in a corresponding recess engages on the ring slide in its lateral surface and each after moving the lever the ring slide into a desired one Position.
- a modified one Execution in this known fuel injection pump consists of the ring slide at the transition of its controlling end face to the pump piston receiving To provide a conical depression in the inner bore should have the same effect as the surfaces mentioned on the outer surface of the pump piston. The first time you open it The fuel enters the radial hole in the top circle segment doing so as a along the slope of the depression led fuel jet, which according to the slope approximately Is directed 45 ° upwards. If the The radial bore then deletes the emerging one Fuel jet along the radial plane Front of the spool with those mentioned Disadvantages.
- the fuel injection pump according to the invention with the characteristic Features of claim 1 and claim 2 has the advantage that at an angle to the radial plane deflect the impact of the fuel jet Pressure drop between the fuel jet and the front of the Ring slide valve and the different from the geometry of the control room influenced pressure fields in the control room is reduced and thus the oscillating axial movements of the ring slide in the context of mechanical play or possible degrees of freedom of the controller and a reduction in the injection quantity spread is achieved. In addition, there is a reduction in forces exerted on the ring slide valve during control, what the parts operating the ring slide are less loaded.
- the embodiment according to claim 1 has the advantage that Deflection surfaces on the ring slide can be realized in a simple manner are. Advantageous design are listed in the dependent claims.
- Figure 1 shows the schematic representation a fuel injection pump with a ring valve the generic type of a distributor injection pump
- Figure 2 shows a first embodiment of the ring slide in the Fuel injection pump according to claim 1
- Figure 3 a second embodiment of the ring slide with attached Molding
- Figure 4 shows a third embodiment with a modified form of the placed on the ring slide Molding
- Figure 5 shows another version of the ring slide attached molding as sheet metal molding
- Figure 6 a feasible in the embodiments of Figure 2 to Figure 5
- Figures 7-9 show further exemplary embodiments.
- a distributor fuel injection pump of the generic type Type has a pump piston 1, which in a Pump cylinder 2 arranged tightly displaceable and rotatable is and with its end face in the pump cylinder one Pump work room 3 includes.
- the pump piston is through Means not shown, e.g. B. a cam drive, and moving and rotating at the same time, as it did Show arrows of the drawing. With its drive side At the end, the pump piston protrudes into a suction and control chamber 4 into which the cam drive of the pump piston also regularly is arranged lubricated with fuel.
- a ring slide 20 is tightly displaceable. and rotatably arranged.
- This suction room becomes the pump work room 3 during the suction stroke of the pump piston via one Suction line 6 and from the front of the pump piston outgoing suction grooves 7 in the outer surface of the pump piston in the area where the suction line opens into the pump cylinder 2 supplied with fuel.
- the suction chamber 4 receives the Fuel from a feed pump 8 from a fuel tank 9 with one of a pressure control valve 10 and the Delivery rate of the pump shaped pressure. With his going up The delivery stroke of the pump piston becomes that in the pump work space 3 compressed fuel through an axial bore 12 in the pump piston and a radial bore going away from it 13 to a distributor opening 14 on the lateral surface of the Pump piston directed.
- each one of several injection lines 15 supplied at regular intervals around the pump cylinder 2 are arranged around and the other ends with one injector 17 each connected to the internal combustion engine are.
- the pump cylinder 2 is here by a the housing 5 of the fuel injection pump inserted cylinder liner 11 realized, the end face 39 of the end face of the ring slide 20 is opposite.
- the delivery of the pump piston with high pressure continues until the pump piston with a radial bore 18 in the axial bore 12 passes from the overlap with the inner bore 19 of the ring slide 20 arrives.
- This Ring slide 20 becomes the injection-effective stroke of the pump piston determined and thus the amount of fuel to be injected.
- the position of the ring slide is determined using a Regulator 22 changed, the one speed sensor 23, one in the preload changeable control spring 24 and a control lever assembly 25 has an actuating lever 26, which has a Head 27 engages in a recess 28 on the ring slide.
- the ring slide 20 exerts essentially no force on the control lever assembly 25 and follows easily displaceable the setting of the adjusting lever 26.
- the one shown mechanical regulator can also be an electromechanical regulator or hydraulic controller can be provided.
- Figure 2 shows a first embodiment of a measure for Avoiding this disadvantage.
- the ring slide 20 the following despite the different design of the same has the same position number on its End face 29 a recess 31 with the outer surface 32 of the pump piston 1 together an annular groove with approximately a right angle Cross section forms.
- This puncture shows one Ring wall 34 standing perpendicular to the end face 29, which a deflecting surface for the one emerging from the radial bore 18 Fuel jet forms.
- Between ring wall 34 and Shell surface 32 of the pump piston is parallel to Level of the end face 19 lying ring surface 35 which on her Transition to the inner bore 19 of the ring slide, the control edge 30 forms.
- the outlet cross-sectional shape can the radial bore the diameter of this bore inside of the pump piston or with an extension 36 be provided with perpendicular to the tagential plane the peripheral surface of the pump piston lying boundary walls.
- the end face 29 can also be in the radially outer region be offset over an inclined surface 38. This has an advantage in weight loss and above all aerodynamic advantages, because now in the area of the inclined Surface 38 when the ring slide approaches opposite end 39 of the housing of the fuel (see Figure 1) can relax faster because there is enough space for expansion between this end face and the ring slide provided. Have pressure fields of the diverter jet in this area there is hardly any possibility of attack, so that this also reduces the influence on the ring slide position becomes.
- FIG. 3 shows an arrangement which is different from that in FIG of the ring slide 20.
- a molded part 41 is provided here, which is in the manner of a Cap is carried out on the end face 29 of the ring slide 20 is attached.
- This has a ring slide on its outer circumference, collar 42 on and has in its disc-shaped on the end face 29 Section 40 has an axial bore 43 whose diameter is larger than the inner diameter 19 of the ring slide and thus leaving the annular surface 35 free.
- the inner wall of the hole 43 then forms the annular wall 34 as a deflecting surface, which is perpendicular stands on the face 29 of the ring slide or runs parallel to the axis of the pump piston.
- the molding is firmly connected to the ring slide 20.
- FIG. 5 Another way, a baffle in the manner of To produce the embodiment of Figure 2 is shown in Figure 5.
- an annular Sheet metal part 47 provided with a molded on the inside first collar 48 and one in opposite Direction molded outer collar 49. Between the sheet metal part forms an annular disc on both collars 50, which just lies on the end face 29 of the ring slide.
- the first collar has a cylindrical inner wall, which forms the annular wall 34 and as in the preceding Embodiments parallel to the outer surface of the pump piston 1 runs.
- the outer second collar 49 is used Fastening the sheet metal part on the ring slide.
- this one groove 52 which is an annular shoulder is formed with a swallow-shaped cross section, the second collar 49 in the undercut 53 of this cross section the boundary wall facing the pump piston Puncture 52 is crimped. In this way, a desired one Configuration of the deflection surface in height and distance can be varied from the pump piston surface.
- FIGS. 2, 4 and 5 each have an axial to form the deflection surface 34 part protruding from the radial plane, which in FIG the first collar 48, in FIG. 4 the thicker section 45 and in FIG. 2 the section corresponding to this the end face of the ring slide 20.
- the controller can be predetermined to take into account what is in a additionally placed molding on a given Ring slide valve is required is now a closer approximation of the ring slide to the housing wall opposite this 39 to enable one according to FIG annular recess 56 incorporated with approximately the same shape, but larger cross-section than the parts 48 mentioned and 45.
- FIG. 7 An equivalent embodiment of the embodiment according to the figure 4 shows FIG. 7.
- the one Has ring slide encircling peripheral part 68 that is bent into a face 29 of the ring slide Part 69 merges, which on the end face 29th or a paragraph thereof comes to the front and then is cranked with a parallel to the end face 29 extending section 70 and then again to the end face 29 section 71 bent at right angles, which in turn is the deflecting surface forms, with an annular baffle edge.
- the collar 77 is a suitable support surface the production of an exact control edge 30 by treatment the face 129 available.

Description
Die Erfindung geht von einer Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe gemäß
der Gattung des Patentanspruchs 1 aus. Bei einer solchen
The invention is based on a fuel injection pump
the genus of
It is also a fuel injection pump by JP-A-59 20 38 62 known to control the discharge rate the pump work area the outlet cross-section the radial bore on the outer surface of the pump piston various throttling cross sections in front are provided, depending on the geometric shape and / or Depth in the course of the pump piston delivery stroke from the control edge of the ring slide with different opening rates be opened before the full cross section of the radial bore is opened by this control edge. Thus receives the lowest control rates, which increase with increasing pump piston stroke enlarge and thus prevent the pump work space is relieved too quickly. A modified one Execution in this known fuel injection pump consists of the ring slide at the transition of its controlling end face to the pump piston receiving To provide a conical depression in the inner bore should have the same effect as the surfaces mentioned on the outer surface of the pump piston.
The fuel injection pump according to the invention with the characteristic

Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung

Figure 2 shows a first embodiment of the ring slide in the

In a distributor fuel injection pump of the generic type
Type, as schematically simplified in Figure 1
is shown, has a
The delivery of the pump piston with high pressure, which is an injection
caused on the injection valve, continues until
the pump piston with a
einnimmt. In the embodiment of the ring slide shown in Figure 1
corresponds to the state of the art. If doing so, the radial bore
18 by the at the transition between the
With the following embodiments of the ring slide
and also the pump piston in the area of the
Figure 2 shows a first embodiment of a measure for
Avoiding this disadvantage. For this purpose, the ring slide 20
the following despite the different design of the same
has the same position number on its
End face 29 a
In jedem
A connection is now made in the course of the pump piston delivery stroke
made between
The

Another way, a baffle in the manner of
To produce the embodiment of Figure 2 is shown in Figure 5.
There is instead of a solid molded part, as in
3 and 4 is used, an annular
The above embodiments according to FIGS. 2, 4 and 5
each have an axial to form the
Eine äquivalente Ausgestaltung der Ausführungsform nach Figur
4 zeigt die Figur 7. Dort ist auf den Ringschieber 20
ein ringförmiges Blechteil 67 aufgeklipst, das einen den
Ringschieber umfangsseitig umfassenden Mantelteil 68 aufweist,
An equivalent embodiment of the embodiment according to the figure
4 shows FIG. 7. There is 20 on the ring slide
an annular
In the embodiment of Figure 8 is on the ring slide

In addition, the
