Description

Le domaine de l'invention est celui des supports étiquette.
Plus précisément l'invention concerne un nouveau dispositif de support étiquette de communication constitué en un matériau tel que par exemple papier, Chlorure de Polyvinyle ou autre, qui, après adaptation sur un système de pince d'assemblage du type trombone, véhiculera toute image ou message de l'annonceur (produit nouveau, logo, périodes de congés, mise en avant promotionnelle,...).
Les supports étiquette sont généralement autocollants, agrafés ou épinglés. Ces derniers présentent plusieurs inconvénients, en particulier, les supports autocollants sont posés de façon définitive, et les supports agrafés ou épinglés altèrent leur support de destination.
Avantageusement, le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. En effet, ce support étiquette comporte une première caractéristique, il se fixe sur un système de pince d'assemblage du type trombone et profite de ce fait de tous les avantages inhérents à ce type de pince d'assemblage.
Le brevet US-A-4951408 décrit un dispositif marque-page constitué à partir d'un plan en un matériau pliable tel que le carton, le polychlorure de vinyle ou autre et solidarisé à une pince d'assemblage de type trombone.
D'autres supports étiquette, attaches monoblocs, ne présentent pas les inconvénients des supports étiquette autocollants, agrafés ou épinglés, mais leur surface de marquage et de communication n'autorisent pas une grande qualité compte tenu des matériaux utilisés et des techniques d'impression employées telles que par exemple la tampographie, la sérigraphie ou la dorure à chaud.
Avantageusement, lui-même un objet monobloc, le dispositif selon l'invention, du fait des matériaux plus ou moins souples utilisés permet un mode d'impression du type OFFSET. Ce qui présente l'avantage d'obtenir des qualités d'impression très fines allant jusqu'à la reproduction photographique ainsi qu'une qualité visuelle renforcée par des techniques de relief, telle que par exemple le gaufrage .
Également avantageusement, le dispositif selon l'invention offre la possibilité à l'utilisateur d'un message manuscrit.
Il peut également exister des supports étiquette qui offriront une découpe de visuel par des techniques telles que par exemple le moulage qui sont trop onéreuses pour permettre de petites productions.
Avantageusement, le dispositif selon l'invention peut être réalisé dans différentes formes et différentes tailles ayant pour autre objectif de fournir un tel support étiquette de communication formé dans un matériau d'un coût peu élevé et d'un coût de fabrication très faible adaptable à la production de petites comme de grandes séries.
Les figures 1,2,3,4 et 5 illustrent chronologiquement les phases de pliage et d'arrimage d'un modèle du dispositif de l'invention sur la pince d'assemblage du type trombone.
Selon la figure 1, composé de quatre volets (1), (3), (4) et (8) et de trois rainages (2), (5) et (7), la pose du dispositif selon l'invention sur la pince d'assemblage du type trombone est simple et rapide.
Selon la figure 2, le volet (1) dont la largeur est inférieure ou égale à la largeur du volet (3), vient se rabattre, en pivotant autour de l'axe du rainage (2), au dos du volet (3), face support du visuel de l'image ou du message de l'annonceur.
Selon la figure 3, le volet (4) vient à son tour se replier sur le volet (1) en pivotant sur le rainage (5).
Selon la figure 4 , illustrant, sur le dispositif de l'invention, l'une des présentations possibles de la pince d'assemblage du type trombone (6), cette dernière vient alors pincer les deux volets (1) et (4) conduite dans sa position terminale où sa partie supérieure gauche ou droite vient toujours en butée dans l'angle supérieur gauche ou droit formé par les volets (4) et (8) ou les volets (1) et (8).
Selon la figure 5 et représenté sur les autres figures, le volet (8) , pivotant autour du rainage (7) et replié vers l'intérieur entre le volet (3) et les volets (1) et (4), enveloppe ainsi la partie supérieure ou la terminaison intérieure ou extérieure de la pince d'assemblage du type trombone (6) permettant de solidariser cette dernière à l'invention. En effet les mouvements entre le support étiquette et la pince d'assemblage du type trombone inscrits entre latérales et transversales sont alors limités par les butées ainsi formées par le dispositif selon l'invention.
L'objet de l'invention a également pour but la fiabilité de l'arrimage du support d'étiquette sur la pince d'assemblage du type trombone. En effet, la pose ou dépose du couple pince d'assemblage du type trombone et support étiquette ainsi formé selon par exemple la figure (5), interdit quasiment la désolidarisation du couple dans sa fontion d'assemblage pour tout envoi de courrier ou brochure.
Les exemples ici décrits ou illustrés de réalisation de l'invention ne sauraient en aucun cas constituer des limitations à celle-ci. En particulier, il pourra être envisagé d'utiliser des volets de formes différentes ou de positionnements différents des volets (1), (4) et (8) autour du volet (3) ainsi que les rainages (2), (5) et (7) pourront être d'épaisseurs, de longueurs ou d'orientations différentes afin de gérer une quelconque forme de découpe visuelle du volet (3).
De par la multiplicité de ses formes et modèles, le dispositif selon l'invention pourra être aussi un objet que l'on collectionne, un badge personnalisé... signe d'appartenance à une société, à une confrérie... ou bien signe d'obédience à une idée.

Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de support étiquette constitué à partir d'un plan en un matériau pliable tel que le carton, le chlorure de polyvinyle ou autre, solidarisé à une pince d'assemblage (6) de type trombone, caractérisé en ce que ledit plan présente quatre volets (1,3,4,8) séparés par des lignes de rainage (2,5,7), ledit support étiquette étant obtenu en rabattant successivement le premier volet (1) sur le second volet (3) puis le troisième volet (4) sur le premier volet (1) superposé au second volet (3), le quatrième volet (8) permettant, après pliage du premier volet (1) et du troisième volet (4), la solidarisation du dispositif à une pince d'assemblage (6) de type trombone.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le premier volet (1) est de largeur inférieure ou égale à la largeur du second volet (3) et vient se rabattre au dos du second volet (3).
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de la pince d'assemblage (6) vient se glisser entre le second volet (3) et les premier et troisième volets (1) et (4), l'autre partie étant en contact avec le côté extérieur du troisième volet (4).
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la pince d'assemblage (6) est en butée sous le quatrième volet (8).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que le repliage du quatrième volet (8) se fait vers l'intérieur, entre le second volet (3) et les premier et troisième volets (1) et (4).
