A cover (12), joined to the opening side edge (13) of the back, can be folded, on a line, over the opening towards the front to cover the opening. The part of the front covered by the folded-over cover has a section (16) made of non-fray or little-fraying material. At the same spot, the cover has a cavity (17). The folder is closed by a self-adhesive sticker (18) onto which is stuck the cavity in the side facing away from the front wall when folded over.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fototasche. The invention relates to a photo bag.

In a known manner there is an order bag printed with the order number and dealer address in the picture shop. The name and address of the amateur are handwritten on the order bag by the seller or the amateur. Alternatively, the amateur data can also be recorded on the film, for example on a memory provided there. The film is placed in the order bag and transported to the laboratory by a pick-up service in a collection container. The order arrives at a film editing facility for generating images. At the end of the processing, pictures and negatives are packed in a photo bag, a so-called combination bag. To ensure the assignment, the photo bag filled with pictures and film is inserted into the original order bag. A particular disadvantage is that the job bag has kinks and folds due to the use that has already taken place, which makes automatic filling very difficult.

The problem with the photo bags to be processed and printed with the device arises that they have to be automatically removed from a stack of supplies and fed to the printer. The photo bags should be easy to close after filling, but it must be prevented that the bags stick to each other on the supply stack and so it is difficult to remove each individual bag from the stack properly.

A bag according to the respective preamble of claims 1 and 2 is known from US-A-2 400 406. There, an additional closure flap with adhesive strips is used to (re) close the bag over a non-or little fibrous surface area. A combined photo bag is known from DE-U 86 23 263, which serves both as an order and as a photo bag.

The object of the invention is to provide a photo bag that is reclosable and can still be placed on a stack without sticking.

The object is achieved by the photo bag characterized in patent claims 1 or 2.

Developments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

The device 30 shown in FIG. 1 for processing films and images has an input station 31. This has a barcode reader 32 and an image scanner 33. The respective outputs of bar code reader 32 and image scanner 33 are connected to the input of a data processing device 34. The data processing device 34 is in turn connected on the output side to the input of a printer 35. A schematically illustrated first transport device 36 is provided, which pull the photo pockets 37 to be printed from a supply stack and feed them to the printer. Furthermore, a schematically illustrated second transport device 38 is provided, which leads photo pockets 37 printed with the aid of the printer 35 to a filling station 39.

The barcode reader 32 is designed such that it reads a barcode information which is printed on an order pocket 40 and which identifies the dealer. The image scanner 33 is designed so that it by the customer or the seller handwritten customer information 42 captured as an image. The data processing device 34 is designed in such a way that it processes and stores the scanned information and controls the printer 35 in such a way that it prints information corresponding to the bar code information 41 on the photo pocket to be printed and additionally the image corresponding to the customer information 42 as image 42 ' printed on the photo bag. In Fig. 1 the printed back of the photo bag is shown at the exit of the printer. In the area of the filling station 39, a corresponding photo pocket 37 can be seen turned from the inside for better understanding.

In operation, the barcode reader 32 and the image scanner 33 are used to scan the dealer information and the customer information present on the order bag 40 and to process them accordingly by the data processing device 34 and finally feed them to the printer 35 for actuation thereof. Via the first transport device 36, an unprinted photo bag is removed from the supply stack and printed in such a way that the image of the customer information is displayed again in full. In addition, the dealer information is printed as a barcode and as corresponding information in plain text including the company logo. Then the bag is brought to the filling station, in which pictures and film strips are inserted. It is no longer necessary to insert the filled photo bag into the job bag.

The modified device shown in FIG. 2 differs from the embodiment described above only in that the customer-specific information such as name and address is applied to the film 42 '. The customer has entered the application, for example, via an input option on his camera in a memory field of the film 42 '. Instead of of the image scanner, a reading device 33 'is provided for reading out the memory content, the output of which is connected to the data processing device 34. Otherwise, the devices 30 and 30 'match.

The operation differs from that of the first device only in that the reading device 33 'reads the memory content and delivers the result of the data processing device 34. Otherwise there is agreement.

So that the photo bag can be closed on the one hand after filling with a multi-lock closure and on the other hand the photo bags do not adhere to one another when removed from the stack, the photo bag in the first embodiment has a rear wall 1 and a front wall 2.

The two walls are firmly connected to one another along the bottom edge 3 and the side edges 4, 5. In this way, a first pocket section 6 is created for receiving the produced images. The opening 7 of the pocket lies on the side opposite the bottom edge 3.

As can be seen from the figures, the front wall 2 has a second pocket section 8. This has a rear wall 9 connected to the opening-side edge of the front wall and a front wall 11 connected to it around a bottom-side edge 10. The second pocket section is used to hold the film strips. The opening-side free edge of the rear wall 2 is connected to a top wall 12. The top wall 12 can be turned around a cutting or folding line 13 in the manner indicated by the arrow 14 in FIG. 3 towards the front wall 2 into the position shown in dashed lines in FIG. 3 so that the first and the second pocket sections are so concluded that pictures and film cannot fall out of the pocket sections.

The top wall 12, the rear wall 1, the front wall 2, the rear wall 9 and the front wall 11 are preferably formed in one piece and each by folding along the fold line 13, the bottom edge 3, the top edge 15 of the front wall and the bottom edge 10 of the second Pocket section formed. The rear wall 1 and the front wall 2 or the rear wall 9 and the front wall 11 are connected to one another by gluing. As can also be seen from the figures, the top wall 12 is designed such that it extends completely over the front wall 2 in the closed state.

The front wall 2 has an area 16 near its bottom edge 3, essentially in the middle between the two sides. This is formed from a material which has the property of not or only slightly fraying when an adhesive layer interacts with the area for closing and is opened again, so that multiple closing and reopening is possible without the adhesive effect by pulling out Material fibers and especially paper fibers is adversely affected. For example, the area is formed from an applied polypropylene film or an applied dispersion lacquer.

At the point of the top wall 12 opposite the area 16 in the closed state, the top wall 12 has a recess 17 formed, for example, by punching out. The recess is shaped such that it lies within the area 16 in the closed state. It can also be shaped congruently with the area 16.

For closing, a sticker 18 is stuck onto the recess 17 from behind on the side of the top wall 12 facing away when the front wall 2 is folded. This has a self-adhesive surface 19 on its front side facing the region 16 in the folded state. The section of the sticker which extends beyond the recess 17 brings about a firm bond to the top wall 12 around the recess. The section covering the recess sticks to section 16 together to lock the photo bag. The lock can be opened to open it. Since the material of the area 16 does not fray, it can be closed several times without reducing the adhesive property.

The sticker 18 is preferably designed such that it is silicone-coated on its rear side facing away from the self-adhesive surface 19 and has at least one removable self-adhesive label section 20. In the exemplary embodiment shown, two such label sections 20, 21 are provided. These label sections serve to include information about the price or the like when closing. The sections are then glued to the receipt during further operation, for example during billing, so that it is no longer necessary to transfer the information automatically printed during operation to a receipt.

With the photo bag design described above, it is not only achieved that the bag is resealable. Rather, it enables the photo bags to remain stackable before filling, without the bags sticking together due to the adhesive sections.

The parts corresponding to the first embodiment are provided with the same reference numerals. The difference between the two embodiments lies in the features described below:

At the edge 22 of the cover wall 12 opposite the fold line 13 there is a closing edge 24 connected to the cover wall 12 via a fold line 23. The distance between the two kink lines 13 and 23 is at least the same and preferably a little larger than the distance between the kink line 13 and the bottom edge 3, so that the closing edge 24 also around the lower edge 3 can be turned over when the bag has taken pictures and film sections. The recess 17 provided in the top wall 12 in the first embodiment is now provided as a recess 25 in the middle of the closing edge 24. Furthermore, instead of the area 16 provided in the first embodiment, an area 26 corresponding to its property is arranged on the rear wall 1. The position of the area 26 is selected so that when the closing edge 24 is turned around the edge 3, the recess 25 lies within the area 26 or is congruent with it. The bag is stacked and printed in this form. Only then, in the same way as in the first exemplary embodiment, a sticker 27 is stuck onto the recess 25 from the rear over the recess 25 in such a way that the recess 25 is completely covered and the adhesive surface of the sticker extends through it.

In operation, after filling the bag with the pictures and film sections, the bag is folded by folding the top wall 12 around the line 13 and then folding the closing edge 24 around the fold line 23 around the bottom edge 3 towards the rear wall 1 and pressing the adhesive area of the Sticker 27 closed on the area 26.

This second embodiment has the advantage that the free side edges of the top wall 12 and the free corners are held firmly on the pocket and do not bulge out during operation, which results in the handling of the pockets, which are usually put into a large number of transport containers, the advantage is that an interlocking of the free sides and corners of one pocket with those of the other pocket and thus damage to the pockets is avoided.
