Description
- La figure 1 est une représentation schématique d'un dispositif d'alimentation avec un système de répartition en amont de la cheminée de réserve,
- La figure 2 est une vue en perspective de la partie supérieure de la cheminée de réserve de la figure 1,
- La figure 3 est un exemple particulier de réalisation d'un système de répartition à huit sorties, permettant l'alimentation alternative de la cheminée de réserve de la figure 2,
- et la figure 4 est une représentation schématique de l'intérieur de la cheminée de réserve du dispositif de la figure 1, en cours de remplissage.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif d'alimentation d'une machine textile du type carde ou similaire, dans lequel une cheminée de réserve (7) est alimentée en partie supérieure (7a) avec de la matière fibreuse par un dispositif de chargement pneumatique, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de chargement comprend une pluralité de conduits de chargement (6) qui sont répartis sur toute la largeur L de la cheminée (7) , et qui ont chacun pour fonction d'alimenter en matière fibreuse la cheminée (7) , sur une portion limitée l de sa largeur L.
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que dans sa partie supérieure (7a), la cheminée de réserve (7) est divisée en une pluralité de compartiments (13) de largeur l, qui sont séparés par des cloisons étanches (14), qui sont chacun alimentés en matière fibreuse par un unique conduit de chargement (6), et au niveau desquels sont prévues des ouvertures (17) pour l'échappement de l'air de transport de la matière fibreuse.
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure (7a) de la cheminée (7) est coudée.
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de chargement comprend un système de répartition (4) qui est alimenté en entrée par voie pneumatique avec un unique flux de matière fibreuse, qui comporte en sortie une pluralité de conduits de distribution (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d, 18e, 18f, 18g, 18h) reliés chacun à un conduit de chargement (6) , et qui a pour fonction de répartir le flux de matière fibreuse entre les différents conduits de chargement (6).
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que le système de répartition comprend des moyens d'aiguillage du flux de matière fibreuse qui ont pour fonction d'obturer tous les conduits de distribution, à l'exception de l'un d'entre eux , et ce alternativement pour chaque conduit de distribution.
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que les conduits de distribution (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d, 18e, 18f, 18g, 18h) sont répartis sur la périphérie du système de répartition (4), lequel comprend en outre un ventilateur central qui aspire la matière fibreuse à l'entrée (19) du système de répartition (4), et la refoule en direction des conduits de distribution périphériques (6).
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon les revendications 5 et 6 caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'aiguillage consistent en une virole rotative (22) qui entoure le rotor (21) du ventilateur (20) , qui comporte une ouverture (23) pour le passage de la matière fibreuse, et qui peut être positionnée en rotation de telle sorte que son ouverture (23) coïncide avec l'un (18a) quelconque des conduits de distribution, les autres conduits de distribution (18b, 18c, 18d, 18e, 18f, 18g, 18h) étant obturés par la virole.
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que la virole est entraínée en rotation continue.
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de rotation de la virole est incrémental avec un temps d'arrêt de la virole dans une position d'aiguillage donnée qui est identique pour tous les conduits de distribution.
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de rotation de la virole est incrémental avec un temps d'arrêt de la virole dans une position d'aiguillage donnée qui est variable d'un conduit de distribution à l'autre, et qui est asservi à la hauteur de matière fibreuse dans la cheminée de réserve au niveau du conduit de chargement (6) correspondant.
