The invention relates to a device for heating Scissors, knives and the like according to the preamble of Claim 1.

From WO 92/00688 is a pair of scissors for simultaneous Known and cauterized hair. At this Scissors have recesses in which one Blade blade is used on which the cutting edge is trained. An electrical is inserted into the recess Heating foil inserted, which is protected by thermal insulation the metallic blade is shielded. This ensures that the electric heating foil predominantly the blade sheet heated and the metallic blade heated little becomes. The electrical heating foils are in as resistors Series connected, each at one of the connection ends the heating foil an electrical connection cable for the power supply is connected while the other ends the heating foils are soldered to the respective blade and about the metallic blades and the connecting ones metallic hinge pins electrically conductive with each other are connected. The device according to the invention can be found in commercially available Devices are used whose blades are made of metal, e.g. B. with scissors for simultaneous cutting and Cautery of hair, thinning scissors, razors, with blade knives etc. In these in conventional Wise shaped devices will be outside on the outside surface applied the electric heating module to the blade. The outside the blade and the heating foil are covered by the cover made of plastic, so that the heating foil and the blade is both electrically and thermally insulated are and there is no danger that when using the Device accidentally touches live or hot parts become. Because the heating foil and the plastic part of the cover just put on the outside of the blades, is the equipping or retrofitting of the device with the heating module simple and inexpensive.

The heating foil can be arranged on the outside of the blade be that its a longitudinal edge to the cutting edge of the Blade adjoins, the heating power of the heating foil predominantly concentrated on the cutting edge side of the heating foil is. This gives you the opportunity to target the Heat the cutting edge of the blade. The heating foil extends from the tip of the blade along the cutting edge. The cover is preferably designed as a dimensionally stable shell, which is adapted to the outer contour of the blade. The Cover can be easily attached with two screws to the Blade are attached, the heating foil is appropriate clamped and fixed between the blade and the cover is.

The attachment of the cover and the heating foil is preferred detachable so that the cover and the Heating foil for cleaning and disinfecting the device in can be easily removed.

The easy attachment and detachability of the cover and the heating foil also enable the same heating module to use for different devices.

There is preferably one in the central region of the heating foil Temperature sensor embedded to control the power supply and thus serves the heating output. The temperature sensor is optimally arranged in the area of greatest warming, so that a reliable function is guaranteed.

To make the handling of the device comfortable, are the connecting cables for the heating foils and the temperature sensors preferably along the handle portion of the blade performed and fixed on this handle. Conveniently is a strain relief part on this handle part attached, which covers and fixes the connecting cables. The connecting lines thus hinder handling of the device and at the same time there is a strain relief the connections of the lines to the heating foils ensured.

In order to connect the connecting cable to the handle of the to define a scissor part, the connecting cables the heating foil and possibly the temperature sensor of the other grip part are guided to this first grip part, without hindering the pivoting movement of the scissors. For this can the connecting lines around the scissor part to the first part of the handle. Since this is outside of that Possibly scissor part routed connecting lines the two scissor parts is preferred connecting hinge pin designed as a hollow pin and the Connection lines of the second part of the scissors are insulated through this hollow hinge pin to the handle part of the first Scissors part led.

The scissors consist of two steel scissor parts each in one piece from a blade 10.1 and 10.2 and one Handle part 12.1 or 12.2 exist. The scissor parts are by means of an articulated bolt 14 pivotally connected. The hinge pin 14 is coaxially pierced.

On the outside of the blades 10.1 and 10.2 is respectively an electrical heating foil 16 is arranged, as shown in FIG. 3 is shown. The heating film 16 consists of a plastic film with applied heating resistor tracks 18. Die Heating foil 16 corresponds essentially in shape to Shape of the outer surface of the blades 10 and is on this Outside surface arranged so that the heating film 16 from the Tip of the blade 10 extends close to the hinge pin 14. The heating foil 16 borders with one Long edge to the cutting edge 20 of the blade 10. Thereby is the heating power of the heating foil 16 in the range of Cutting edge 20 of the blade 10 concentrated.

On the outside of the blades 10.1 and 10.2 respectively a cover 22 is put on, which is a dimensionally stable shell Plastic is formed. The cover 22 extends in the longitudinal direction over the length of the blade 10 to close to the hinge pin 14. The cover 22 is in cross-sectional profile angled so that they are one hand on the outside of the blade 10 and on the other hand on the Cutting edge 20 opposite rear edge of the blade 10 creates, as can be seen in Figure 2. The cover 22 covers this blade on the outside of the blade 10 10 and the heating film 16 both in length and in the Full width. The cover 22 also covers the the rear edge of the blade 10 opposite the cutting edge 20 Completely. Only the cutting edge 20 and each other adjacent inner surfaces of the blades 10.1 and 10.2 are released from the cover 22.

To attach the heating foil 16 and the cover 22 existing heating modules will be blades 10.1 and 10.2 pierced at two points spaced in the longitudinal direction of the blade. These holes of the blades 10 correspond to the same position Holes 24 of the heating foil 16 and threaded holes 26 of the covers 22. The holes in the blades 10.1 and 10.2 are recessed on the inner surface. From the inside the blades 10 are screws 28 in these holes used, which penetrate the holes 24 of the heating film 16 and screwed into the threaded bores 26 of the cover 22 become. In this way, the heating foils 16 and Covers 22 releasably attached to the blades 10.1 and 10.2, the threaded bores 26 preferably as Blind holes can be formed so that the attachment is not visible on the outside of the cover 22.

The connecting lines 30.2 of the heating foil of the other Blade 10.2 and the associated temperature sensor emerge from the cover 22 on the handle side isolated by the axial bore of the hinge pin 14 passed and then also run along the Handle part 12.1 of the other scissor part.

All connecting lines 30.1 and 30.2 are on the Guided outside of the handle part 12.1 and there fixed and covered by a strain relief part 34. The strain relief part 34 is a plastic shell that with U-shaped profile from the outside via the handle part 12.1 pushed and clamped there. The connecting lines 30.1 and 30.2 are combined in a connecting cable 36 at the rear end of the strain relief part 34 and Handle part 12.1. About the connecting cable 36 Scissors connected to a power supply and control unit. The power supply of the Heating foils 16 in accordance with the temperature sensors determined temperature controlled so that in the control unit specified temperature of the blades 10 maintained becomes.

According to the invention, commercially available scissors can be used become. It only has to be in blades 10.1 and 10.2 These scissors drill the holes for attaching the Heating film 16 and the cover 22 existing heating module be introduced. Furthermore, the hinge pin 14 must be axial be pierced.

The heating foil 16 brings about optimal heating of the blades 10, the heating area being essentially based on the Cutting edge 20 of the blades 10 concentrated. The covers 22 prevent accidental touching of the heating foils 16 and the heated areas of the blades 10.
