Claims (15)

  1. Longitudinally adjustable coupling bar for rail vehicles for central buffer couplings of rail vehicles, characterised in that the coupling bar exhibits a longitudinally adjustable portion which is formed by four scissor elements (4a, 4b, 5a, 5b) secured pivotably to a carrier body (1), whereby two scissor elements (4a, 4b) form a front scissor assembly (4) and two scissor elements (5a, 5b) form a rear scissor assembly (5), whereby the two scissor elements (5a, 5b) of the rear scissor assembly (5) disposed largely in mirror symmetry opposite are associated with the scissor elements (4a, 4b) of the front scissor assembly (4) and whereby the scissor elements (4a, 5a and 4b, 5b) of each scissor assembly (4, 5) disposed opposite one another are connected to one another in their front area in each case by means of a joint (8).

  3. Longitudinally adjustable coupling bar according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that at least one locking device (9) is associated with the scissor elements (4a, 4b, 5a, 5b).

Longitudinally adjustable coupling bar according to at least one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the locking device (9) exhibits a fixed locking claw (9a) which is disposed on a scissor element (4b) of a scissor assembly (4), and exhibits a displaceable or pivotable bolt (9b) which is disposed on a scissor element (5a) of a scissor assembly (5) disposed on the other side of the median longitudinal plane of the coupling bar.
  7. Longitudinally adjustable coupling bar according to at least one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that an operating device (12) for pivoting the scissor assemblies (4, 5) is disposed on the coupling bar, which operating device acts on the rear scissor assembly (5) through operating levers (14).
  8. Longitudinally adjustable coupling bar according to claim 7, characterised in that the operating device (12) is embodied as an operating slide (12) with linear guidance.
  9. Longitudinally adjustable coupling bar according-to claim 7 or 8, characterised in that the operating device (12) is actuated by a control device (15) which also operates the locking device (9).
  10. Longitudinally adjustable coupling bar according to claim 9, characterised in that the control device (15) is embodied as a control slide (15') with linear guidance.
  11. Longitudinally adjustable coupling bar according to claim 9 or 10, characterised in that an electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic drive (16) is associated with the control device (15).
  12. Longitudinally adjustable coupling bar according to at least one of claims 9 to 11, characterised in that the control device (15) is driven by means of a threaded spindle drive (17).
  13. Longitudinally adjustable coupling bar according to at least one of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the operating device (12) is actuated chronologically after the control device (15).
  14. Longitudinally adjustable coupling bar according to at least one of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the scissor elements (4a, 4b, 5a, 5b) are formed of U-profile sections.
  15. Longitudinally adjustable coupling bar according to at least one of claims 1 to 14, characterised in that an impact-absorbing device (18) is disposed between the coupling head and the longitudinally adjustable portion of the coupling bar.
