Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schloß, insbesondere Einsteckschloß gemäß Gattungsbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a lock, in particular mortise lock according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such a lock is known in the prior art, for example from EP-A-592012. With the well-known Lock is attached to the lock housing a cuff, which has an opening through which a nut actuation retractable trap occurs. The trap has a trap tail. At the Trap tail is a slider attached, which in the Lock housing is guided. Grips on this slider the change or the nut on. To make the trap reversible make, i.e. the lock closes left or right the trap or its tail is to be designed releasable with a coupling member with the slider connected. By moving the coupling link the trap tail can be detached from the slider. The trap can be removed from the lock be turned around and re-engaged. As Coupling piece is in this State of the art known to a especially screw-in and screw-out bolts use. To operate this coupling piece Tools necessary which can be opened by opening the Intervene in the lock housing.

From British patent application GB 2 093 904 A, which is to be regarded as the closest prior art, is a additional generic castle known. The castle has a retractable through an opening of the cuff Cases. There is a slider on her trap tail Lock housing guided, on which the arm of a nut attacks. The slider is also with a coupling member connected to the trap tail. The connection is by shifting one in the coupling link arranged locking member releasable.

The invention is based on this prior art based on the task of a generic castle improve in terms of handling.

The problem is solved by the one specified in claim 1 Invention.

Unteransprüche stellen vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung dar.Advantageous further developments of the Invention.

According to the development according to the invention is a Generic castle created, in which the trap conversion is possible without a tool. In the castle therefore no orderly opening is required be. The lock housing has an actuator, which come into operative connection with the coupling member can when the trap is in a predetermined trap position occurs. By operating the actuator the coupling member is then shifted so that the Connection between trap tail and slider releases and the latch can be removed and reinserted is. An advantageous further development is considered if the actuator is designed as a slide is. This slide is assigned to the housing and can preferably be arranged on the rear wall of the castle. The slide should have a projection if possible, who engages in the retracted position of the trap occurs to an engagement opening of the coupling member. Is the trap withdrawn completely or by completely by counter pressure on the trap The lock case is pushed in, so the projection of the Slider with the coupling member in an operative connection. By moving the slider, the Coupling member are moved so that the releasable Connection between trap tail and slider removed and the trap can be removed. It it is also possible that a slide is provided which in the locked position the trap with the Coupling takes effect. This is preferred Slider guided on a sliding surface. The sliding surface should have a recess into which the coupling member when loosening the connection between the slider and trap tail can enter. Furthermore, be provided that when the coupling member enters the shift into the said recess of the sliding surface the trap or slider is locked. The The slider is then in the closed position captured. The trap can be removed to the front will. The trap is preferably removed by turning the lock over accordingly, that the trap is down due to the action of gravity falls out. The slider is retracted in the Position through the coupling of the coupling piece held with the recess of the sliding surface. Of the Slider which is guided in the housing is preferred against the force of a spring from its basic position relocatable. The spring can also be the Fall spring, so that one end of the spring on the slider works and the other end acts on you corresponding projection of the slide. The coupling link is preferably designed as a slide and has a front edge that in a locking recess of the trap tail. The slide is in guided a shaft of the slider. The trap tail can have a cylindrical shape and the locking recess be designed in the form of a circumferential groove. By the engagement of the projection of the slide in the corresponding Engagement opening of the coupling piece is the coupling piece in the shaft moved such that the edge of the coupling member opposite the locking edge immersed in a recess of the sliding surface. The shaft is preferably only in the closed Position open. In the other movement positions of the In case the shaft is closed by the sliding surface.

If the trap 1 is pressed into the opening of the cuff 19, so that the slider shifts backwards and the spring 12 is tensioned, a projection 8 occurs of the slide 7 in a corresponding opening of the Slider 3, penetrates this opening and penetrates into a recess 9 of the coupling member 6. In this closed position (Fig. 5) Shaft 15 is no longer closed, but is aligned a recess 11, in which when the Slider 7 can immerse the coupling member 6.

When the slide is displaced (FIG. 3 in FIG. 5) the projection 8 of the slide 7 acts on an edge the engagement opening 9, and displaces the coupling piece 6 in the recess 11. The front edge 13 of the Coupling piece 6 then disengages from the Locking recess 14 so that the case 1 together with her trap tail 2 from the opening of the cuff 19th can be removed. The trap can be turned over and be put back in. Will the slider 7 then released again, so the Projection 8, the coupling member 6 and pushes it again with the front edge 13 in the locking recess 14, so that Slider 3 and trap tail 2 coupled together are.

The slider 7 is part of the rear wall of the castle. It extends itself beyond the corner of the lock housing 4. The slider 7 is corrugated on its rear side or otherwise profiled to be operated by hand to be able to. The slide is from the basic position (Fig. 3) in the operating position (Fig. 5) of Can be moved by hand. A spring is compressed, so that the slider 7 back in the basic position (Fig. 3) is moved back. The feather will preferably formed from the other end 12 ″ of the latch spring 2, which is against a projection 17 of the slide supports. The slide is preferably made of one Sheet metal strip formed, which by bending in the appropriate form is brought. The projection 17 and the projection 8 are therefore bends in the sheet. The projection 17 is in the basic position in an opening of a corner piece 21. This recess 22 is adjacent to a wall 23 along which the Projection 17 runs when the slide is moved. Hereby the slide has a fixed guide. The slider furthermore has a recess 24 on its bottom, through which protrudes a pin 25 which the corner piece 21 is formed and which is anchored in the castle floor 26 is. The projection 8, which is of a z-shaped Deflection of the bottom of the slide is formed, protrudes into a corresponding opening of the slide 1 in the shaft 15 in which the coupling member is mounted which is a flat plate in shape a double T.
