Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour monter des supports d'impression flexibles sur le cylindre porte-clichés d'une machine d'impression à feuilles, en particulier pour monter des plaques d'impression sur le cylindre porte-plaque d'une machine d'impression offset, pour lequel des galets de pressage s'étendant sur la largeur de format du cylindre porte-clichés et munis d'une enveloppe externe élastiquement déformable sont mis au contact de celui-ci,
    caractérisé en ce que la force de pressage, par laquelle les galets de pressage (2) sont mis au contact du cylindre porte-clichés (1), peut être réglée différemment sur sa largeur de format.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les galets de pressage (2) associés au centre du format du cylindre porte-clichés (1) sont mis au contact plus fortement du cylindre porte-clichés que les galets de pressage (2) associés aux bords du format du cylindre porte-clichés (1) de manière à obtenir une pression linéaire (7) présentant un trajet convexe.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les galets de pressage (2) associés aux bords du format du cylindre porte-clichés (1) sont mis au contact plus fortement du cylindre porte-clichés que les galets de pressage (2) au centre du format du cylindre porte-clichés (1) de manière à obtenir un trajet concave de la pression linéaire (7).
  4. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comportant des galets de pressage (2) qui sont montés de façon rotative sur un axe commun (3) et sont agencés par rapport au cylindre porte-clichés de manière à pouvoir être mis au contact et écartés de la périphérie externe du cylindre porte-clichés (1),
    caractérisé en ce que l'on prévoit, parallèlement à l'axe (3) des galets de pressage (2), une traverse (4), et on prévoit entre celle-ci et l'axe (3) au moins un dispositif tendeur par lequel l'axe (3) peut être déformé.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif tendeur est réalisé sous forme d'une vis tendeuse (6) qui est vissée à travers un filetage dans la traverse (4) et prend appui par son extrémité libre sur l'axe (3).
