Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zur Bündelung von länglichen Halbzeugen (2) wie Stangen und Rohre, gekennzeichnet durch einen endlos umlaufenden, mindestens begrenzt flexiblen, angetriebenen Förderstrang (3), der ein sich im wesentlichen horizontal quer zu den Halbzeugen (2) erstreckendes, diese heranförderndes Ablagetrum (8) mit einem die Bildung einer Sammelschlaufe (22) ermöglichenden Längenabschnitt (21) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Förderstrang (3) durch eine Stauförderkette gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Förderstränge (3) im Abstand nebeneinander vorgesehen und unter den Einfluß eines gemeinsamen Antriebs (12) gestellt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderstränge (3) unter den Einfluß mindestens eines Drehstromantriebs (12) gestellt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Förderstrang (3) in einer vertikalen Ebene umläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Förderstrang (3) im Viereck über Umlenkrollen (4-7) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Sammelschlaufe (22) bildende Längenabschnitt (21) sich zwischen zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Tragrollen (4, 17) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Laufrichtung (LR) jedes Förderstrangs (3) am Ende des eine Sammelschlaufe (22) bildenden Längenabschnitts (21) ein Anschlag (19) für Halbzeuge (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Ablagetrum (8) ein Bewegungsmelder (18) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Förderstrang (3) ein Verstelltrum (11) mit einer auf das Verstelltrum (11) einwirkenden Verstelleinrichtung (15) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewegungsmelder (18) und die Verstelleinrichtung (15) steuerungstechnisch miteinander gekoppelt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung (15) ein hydraulisch oder pneumatisch beaufschlagbares Kolben-Zylinder-Aggregat umfaßt, welches über eine Verstellrolle (13) mit dem Verstelltrum (11) in Kontakt steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung (15) unterhalb des Ablagetrums (8) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Verstelltrum (11) im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zum Ablagetrum (8) nach unten erstreckt.
