Description
Claims (15)
- Dispositif de manutention et de circulation pour le séchage des produits crus (6) disposés sur des claies (3), de faible largeur, empilées les unes sur les autres de façon à réaliser un alignement (2) de faible largeur et de hauteur importante qui est divisé en quatre zones : une première zone (A) dans laquelle lesdites claies (3) sont empilées les unes sur les autres de façon à constituer des piles qui sont chargées sur une pluralité de convoyeurs parallèles (10) ; une deuxième zone (B) constituant le séchoir proprement dit (1) qui est traversé par lesdits convoyeurs parallèles (10) ; une troisième zone (C), située à l'autre extrémité de la deuxième zone (B), dans laquelle les piles de claies (3) sont déchargées des convoyeurs et les claies (3) dépilées ; une quatrième zone (D) allant de la troisième zone (C) à la première zone (A) dans laquelle les claies (3) sont déchargées des produits (6) ayant traversé le séchoir (1), puis rechargées avec des produits (6) à sécher et acheminées vers le début de la première zone (A), un convoyeur (11) circulant de la zone (C) à la zone (A) en passant par la zone (D).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 dans lequel la première zone (A) comporte une première pince (12) qui décharge les convoyeurs (11) amenant les claies (3) chargées de produits à sécher et en constitue un empilement partiel.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 dans lequel une deuxième pince (14) réalise l'empilage les uns sur les autres des empilements partiels pour obtenir l'empilage final (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 dans lequel une troisième pince (16) transporte les empilages (2), lorsqu'ils sont terminés, sur les débuts des convoyeurs (10) qui font saillie dans la première zone (A).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 2 à 4 dans lequel l'empilage partiel comporte quatre claies (3) et l'empilage terminé (2)un empilage de quatre empilages partiels, soit seize claies (3).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 2 à 4 dans lequel un empilage partiel comporte "n" claies (3) et un empilage final (2) "m x n" claies.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel l'enceinte de séchage (1) comporte un volet de fermeture (17) à chacune de ses extrémités.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 dans lequel lorsque tous les convoyeurs (10) faisant saillie dans la zone (A) sont chargés, les volets (17) sont ouverts et les convoyeurs (10) actionnés pour faire pénétrer les alignements (2) dans l'enceinte de séchage (1) constituant la deuxième zone (B) ce après quoi les volets (17) sont refermés.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel les empilages (2) arrivant dans la troisième zone (C) sont défaits par des moyens analogues à ceux utilisés dans la première zone (A) pour les constituer.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9 dans lequel les claies (3) sont après dépilage, posées une par une sur un convoyeur (11) qui constitue la quatrième zone (D) allant de la fin de la troisième zone (C) au début de la première zone (A).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10 dans lequel dans la quatrième zone (D) les claies (3) sont déchargées de leurs produits séchés puis rechargées avec des produits à sécher.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, dans lequel chacune des zones (C), (D) et (A) comporte un robot, le robot (31) de la zone (C) dépilant les claies (3) qui sont sorties de l'enceinte (1) et les posant sur le convoyeur (11) après en avoir enlevé les produits séchés ; le dispositif (32) de la zone (D) chargeant les claies (3) avec des produits frais à sécher ; le robot (30) de la zone (A) chargeant les claies (3) sur les convoyeurs (10) en les empilant les unes sur les autres.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12 comportant un seul moyen de fermeture (27) à l'entrée et un seul moyen de fermeture (27) à la sortie qui s'ouvrent et se ferment ensemble, les trois convoyeurs (10) étant actionnés ensemble et les alignements (2) traversant l'enceinte (1) pas à pas à la même cadence.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, dans lequel à chaque convoyeur (10) correspond un moyen de fermeture d'entrée (27) et un moyen de fermeture de sortie (27), de sorte que chaque convoyeur (10) puisse cheminer pas à pas individuellement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, dans lequel l'enceinte (1) ne comporte de moyens de fermeture, les convoyeurs (10) se déplaçant en continu soit à la même vitesse soit à des vitesses différentes.
