Claims (5)
- Ein elektrischer Steckverbinder für Airbagzünder mit einem Stecker (1) und einem Gegenstecker (8), wobei der Stecker (1) erste Kontakte (2) aufweist, die mit dem die zweiten Kontakte (6) aufweisenden Gegenstecker (8) verbindbar sind, wobei der Stecker (1) elastische Verriegelungselemente (20) aufweist, die in eine im Gegenstecker (8) befindliche Öffnung (30) einführbar sind und mindestens zwei elastische Arme (21) aufweisen, wobei die elastischen Verriegelungselemente (20) im Gegenstecker (8) befindlichen Verriegelungsschlitz (30) einrasten, wobei der Stecker (1) Sockelkontakte (2) mit einer ersten Seite (3) zum Anschließen an eine Kabelverbindung und einer zweiten Seite zum Aufnehmen von Stiftkontakten (6) aufweist, die aus dem Sockel ragen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsarme (21) senkrecht zu der Stiftaufnahmeseite (5) des Steckers (1) entgegen der Einsteckrichtung des Steckers verlaufen, wobei beim Anlegen einer Aussteckkraft auf den Stecker die Verriegelungsarme zur Selbstsicherung in Verriegelungsöffnung (30) auseinanderspreizen. - Ein elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die Arme (21) eine Sperrvorrichtung mit nach oben divergierenden Bereichen, die horizontale Bereiche verbinden, die unter einer Schulter des Verriegelungsschlitzes (30) anschlägt und durch Aufspreizen der Arme (21) ein Lösen des Steckers (1) vom Gegenstecker (8) verhindert, wenn eine Kraft anliegt. - Ein elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
wobei der Stecker (1) durch einen Deckel (9) mit seitlichen Verriegelungsnasen und vorderen elastischen Verriegelungsnasen zur Fixierung der Position eines Kabels mit Leitungsdrähten abgedeckt ist. - Ein elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 3,
wobei die Unterseite des Deckels (9) mit Nippeln (12) versehen ist, um in das Kabel (4) zu greifen, um die Fixierung des Kabels (4) zu unterstützen. - Ein elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
mit einem Element (40), das sich vom Stecker (1) aus erstreckt und in eine in den Kontaktgliedern befindliche Öffnung (50) zur Sicherung der 360°-Positionierung einrastet und das Anlegen eines Drehmoments auf die Stecker (1, 8) ermöglicht.
