Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bezugsmodells durch elektronische Mittel, welches dazu bestimmt ist, zur automatischen Kontrolle der Druckqualität eines Bildes auf Papier, insbesondere von Wertpapieren, verwendet zu werden, wobei dieses Bild aus Mustern zusammengesetzt ist, die in wenigstens zwei verschiedenen Druckphasen gedruckt wurden, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:
    a. Es wird eine Gruppe von Bildern (Testbogen) hergestellt, die vollständig mit Hilfe von Mitteln und Verfahren gedruckt sind, welche für den serienmässigen Druck verwendet werden,
    b. diese Bilder werden so angeordnet, dass die Muster dieser während einer ersten Phase gedruckten Bilder registerhaltig sind,
    c. die erwähnten Bilder werden registriert, und die densitometrischen Werte der diese Bilder bildenden Pixel werden und gespeichert,
    d. jedem Pixel wird der minimale Wert zugeordnet, welcher in der Gesamtheit der Bilder der Gruppe ermittelt wurde, und auf diese Weise wird das Modell des während der erwähnten ersten Druckphase gedruckten Musters gebildet,
    e. dann werden die Bilder so angeordnet, dass die während einer anderen Druckphase gedruckten Muster registerhaltig sind, und man wiederholt die Schritte c. und d. und so weiter für die während der verschiedenen Druckphasen gedruckten Muster,
    f. die so erhaltenen Modelle werden rekombiniert, um das Bezugsmodell des zu kontrollierenden Bildes zu erhalten.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einem Pixel, das denselben von null verschiedenen Wert auf mehr als einem Model hat, ein einziges Modell zugeordnet wird, wobei in den anderen Modellen dieser Wert null gesetzt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Pixel, welches auf mehr als einem Modell unterschiedliche, von null verschiedene Werte hat, auf dem Modell, das den höchsten Wert aufweist, der Absolutwert der Differenz der beiden Werte zugeordnet wird, und dass der Wert auf dem Modell, welches den kleineren Wert hat, null gesetzt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn wenigstens eines der Muster der Bilder mit einer deckenden Farbe gedruckt ist, am Ende des Schritts e. des Verfahrens die verschiedenen Modelle des oder der mit der deckenden Farbe gedruckten Modelle unter Ausschluss der Werte der mit der deckenden Farbe gedruckten Pixel neu zusammengesetzt werden.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn das Bild mehrfarbig ist, das Verfahren auf jeden der verwendeten chromatischen Kanäle angewendet wird.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Herstellung der Registerhaltigkeit der Muster während einer Druckphase der Gruppe der Bilder dadurch erfolgt, dass die vorher gewählten Pixel der betreffenden Muster registerhaltig angeordnet werden.
