Die Montage der Parallelogrammlenker und der Gasfeder zwischen Schrankkorpus und Schranktür ist jedoch langwierig und aufwendig. Außerdem besteht die Gefahr, daß verstaute Gegenstände in den Schwenkbereich der Parallelogrammlenker gelangen und die Schwenkbewegung behindern. Die gestellte Aufgabe wird mit den aus den beigefügten Ansprüchen ersichtlichen Mitteln gelöst. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die Verschlußklappe mit ihrer Aufhängung eine in sich geschlossene Baugruppe bildet, die rasch und problemlos an die Seitenwände der durch die Verschlußklappe abzuschließenden Zelle montierbar ist. Zumindest einer der Parallelogrammlenker und die Gasfeder liegen geschützt hinter seitlichen Aufnahmeplatten, so daß die beweglichen Teile der Aufhängung nicht in Konflikt mit verstauten Gegenständen kommen. Indem die einen Parallelogrammlenker auf beiden Seiten der Verschlußklappe in Ausfluchtung zur Schwenkachse über ein torsionssteifes Rohr verbunden sind, wird eine äußerst verwindungssteife Konstruktion geschaffen, ohne besondere Anforderungen an die Verwindungssteifigkeit der Verschlußklappe selbst, so daß diese wie auch die Zelle als leichte Blechkonstruktion ausgeführt werden können. Aufgrund der gewählten Anordnung des torsionssteifen Rohres in Ausfluchtung zu den Anlenkstellen der unteren Parallelogrammlenker an den Aufnahmeplatten erhöht sich auch nicht wie im Falle des DE Gebrauchsmusters G 88 00 293 das zu verschwenkende Gewicht. Wird die Gasfeder so ausgerichtet, daß sie bei der Schwenkbewegung der Verschlußklappe von der Schließstellung in die Offenstellung und umgekehrt ihren Totpunkt überschreitet, so genügt eine einseitig wirkende Gasfeder, um durch sie die Verschlußklappe in der jeweiligen Endstellung fest und sicher zu halten, auch bei einer Anwendung wie bei einem Unterbaukasten eines Servicefahrzeugs.The object is achieved with the means apparent from the appended claims. An Vorteilen der erfindungsgemäßen Konstruktion sind hervorzuheben:

- gute Torsionssteifigkeit auch bei langen Klappen bis 1,50 und 0,35 cm Höhe, auch bei einseitigem Angriff.

Der in Fig. 1 und 2 im Querschnitt dargestellte Unterbaukasten 1 ist längs seiner Vorderfront 2 durch eine Verschlußklappe 3 verschlossen. Diese Verschlußklappe 3 mit einer Griffleiste 4 längs ihrer Oberkante ist an ihren beiden Enden durch je zwei Parallelogrammlenker 5, 6 gehalten, deren freie Enden 7 bzw. 8 an je eine Aufnahmeplatte 9 angelenkt sind. Diese Aufnahmeplatten 9 verlaufen parallel zu den Seitenwänden 10 des Unterbaukastens 1 und sie sind über z.B. angepunktete Abstandhalter 11, 12 an diese Seitenwände 10 angeschraubt. Eine einseitig wirkende Gasfeder 13 erstreckt sich zwischen einem Anlenkpunkt 14 an der Aufnahmeplatte 9 und einem Anlenkpunkt 15 am oberen Parallelogrammlenker 6 und sie ist so ausgerichtet, daß ihre Wirkungslinie 16 in der Schließstellung (Fig. 1) und in der Offenstellung (Fig. 2) der Verschlußklappe 3 auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Totpunktlinie, d.h. der Verbindungslinie 17 zwischen dem Anlenkpunkt 14 der Gasfeder 13 und der Schwenkachse 8 des oberen Parallelogrammlenkers 6 liegt. Damit ist sichergestellt, daß die Gasfeder 13 nicht nur die Schwenkbewegung der Verschlußklappe 3 unterstützt, sondern sie die Verschlußklappe 3 in ihren beiden Endstellungen hält. Zur Dämpfung insbesondere der Schließbewegung können (nicht dargestellte) Gummidämpfer oder dergleichen zwischen Vorderfront 2 des Unterbaukastens 1 und Verschlußklappe 3 angeordnet sein, welche Gummianschläge gleichzeitig eine satte Anlage der Verschlußklappe 3 an der Vorderfront 2 des Unterbaukastens 1 auch bei auftretenden Erschütterungen sicherstellen.The
Die Verschlußklappe 3 bildet mit den Parallelogrammlenkern 5, 6, der Gasfeder 13 und den Aufnahmeplatten 9 eine Baugruppe, die einfach und rasch in einen vorhandenen Unterbaukasten 1 montierbar ist. Zur Verbesserung der Verwindungssteifigkeit der Baugruppe, insbesondere bei leichter Bauweise der Verschlußklappe 3, verbindet ein torsionssteifes Rohr 18 die beiden oberen Parallelogrammlenker 6 in Ausfluchtung zur Schwenkachse 8. Dieses torsionssteife Rohr 18 kommt beim Einbau der Baugruppe dicht unterhalb der Oberseite des Unterbaukastens 1 zu liegen, so daß es das Be- und Entladen des Unterbaukastens 1 nicht behindert. Die oberen Parallelogrammlenker 6, die - wie dargestellt - abgewinkelt sind, um die Hochschwenkbewegung nicht zu behindern, s. Fig. 2, sind zweckmäßig innerhalb der Aufnahmeplatten 9 angeordnet, um sie somit mit dem Rohr 18 zu einer Einheit verbinden zu können, während die unteren Parallelogrammlenker 5 und die Gasfedern 13 außerhalb der Aufnahmeplatten 9, d.h. in dem Zwischenraum zwischen Aufnahmeplatten 9 und Seitenwand 10, des Unterbaukastens 1 aufgenommen sind. Damit ist der Innenraum bzw. der Laderaum des Unterbaukastens 1 weitgehend frei von beweglichen Teilen, so daß der Be- und Entladevorgang nicht behindert ist. Die Verbindungsachse am Anlenkpunkt 15 zwischen Gasfeder 13 und oberem Parallelogrammlenker 6 erstreckt sich durch die Aufnahmeplatte 9 hindurch, weswegen für sie in der Aufnahmeplatte 9 ein Kreisschlitz 19 um die Schwenkachse 8 ausgespart ist, um die Schwenkbewegung nicht zu behindern.
