erfolgt dies durch Erwärmen der Klarlackschicht
auf eine Temperatur von unter 140 °C, bevorzugt
von unter 80 °C, während einer Zeit von 5-60 min.
Werden für diesen Verfahrensschritt wäßrige Überzugsmittel
eingesetzt, so kann ggf. auf einen Einbrennschritt
verzichtet werden und es kann nach einer kurzen
Ablüftzeit von 5-50 min. direkt die Basisbeschichtungszusammensetzung
aufgebracht werden. Wenn die Altlackierung
mit einem derartigen Klarlack vorgespritzt wird,
so kann ggf. auf ein Anschleifen der Altlackierung verzichtet
werden. Üblicherweise jedoch erfolgt die obenbeschriebene
Vorbehandlung der Altlackierung durch
Reinigen und Anschleifen.
Für diese Vorbehandlung der Altlackierung geeignete
wäßrige Klarlacke sind beispielsweise in der
DE-OS-40 09 000 beschrieben. Daneben können aber auch
die für diesen Zweck üblicherweise eingesetzten konventionellen
Klarlacke, wie sie beispielsweise von der
Firma Glasurit GmbH vertrieben werden, eingesetzt

ist. Nach der üblichen Trocknung (60 °C, 30 min) wird
das beschichtete Blech zusätzlich für mehrere Stunden
bei erhöhter Temperatur, z.B. 60 °C, gelagert und damit
die Lackierung gealtert.
Die so simulierte Altlackierung wird zunächst gereinigt,
dann mit Schleifpapier angerauht und nochmals
gereinigt. Auf die so vorbereitete Altlackierung wird
nun mit 2 Spritzgängen der handelsübliche 1-K-Grundfüller
Glassohyd® 76-86W der Firma BASF Lacke + Farben AG,
Münster in 2 Spritzgängen aufgebracht und 30 min bei
60 °C getrocknet. Danach erfolgt die Applikation des
wäßrigen handelsüblichen Reparaturbasislacks VW mintmet.
VWL-B6/00U der Firma BASF Lacke + Farben AG,
Münster (Trockenfilmschichtdicke 15 µm). Die Applikation
erfolgt mittels der HVLP-Spritzpistole (High
Volume Low Pressure) Spritzpistole SATA Jet B NR92
(Düsenweite 1,3 mm) bei einem Spritzpistoleneingangsdruck
von 4,5 bar (Spritzpistolenausgangsdruck 0,7
bar). Zur Beschichtung der mit der obenbeschriebenen
Altlackierung versehenen Pkw-Karosserie wird zunächst
in 2 Spritzgängen das Dach fertiggespritzt, dann mit 2
Spritzgängen am Kotflügel angefangen und dieser mit 2
Spritzgängen fertiggespritzt. Dann wird das nächste
