    5. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the recesses (7, 12 to 15) are filled with foam.
    6. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a non-extensible armoring (17) is embedded in the cover in the region of the surface.
    7. An apparatus as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the cover is provided in the circumferential direction with a non-extensible configuration.
