    Claims (2)

    1. Travelling carriage for the transportation of workpieces, material or the like, more especially in a longitudinal transfer system on a rail (2), which has travel rollers (3, 4), which can rest on the rail and which displace at least one support plate (7), this support plate (7) being connected to the travel rollers (3, 4) on one side and to a mounting plate (11) for the workpieces, the material or the like on the other side so as to be rotatable about a rotary axle (12), and a motor (38), which uses current from a current-conducting rail (34) on the rail (2), being provided for driving at least one travel roller (4.1), characterised in that one roller (35) formed from current-conductive material is provided to receive the current.
    2. Travelling carriage according to claim 1, characterised in that the roller (35) is disposed so as to be pivotable about a pivot pin (37) and rotatable between two bearing tongues (36).
