Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Doppelbartschloß mit einem kastenförmigen Gehäuse, einer Schloßdecke, einem in diesem Gehäuse gelagerten Riegel mit Tourstift und einem auf dem Riegel liegenden Zuhaltungspaket.The invention relates to a double bit lock with a box-shaped Housing, a castle ceiling, a bolt stored in this housing with tour pen and a tumbler package lying on the bolt.

Andererseits ist es bei Billigschlössern oder Blechspielzeugen
bekannt, mehrere Teile mit Hilfe verschränkter oder
umgeklappter Blechlappen zu verbinden.
Das Herstellen von Gewindelöchern und das Verschrauben der

daß die Schloßdecke an der hinteren Stirnseite eine Zunge
aufweist, die nach der Montage eine plastische Verformung
erfährt, um die Schloßdecke gegen Verschiebung in die Demontageposition

In Fig. 1 und 2 ist mit 1 ein im Druckgußverfahren hergestelltes
Gehäuse bezeichnet, dessen umlaufender Rand abgerundet
wird. An der vorderen Stirnseite 1a tritt der Riegel 2 aus. In
das Gehäuse 1 sind vier Stützhülsen 1b, 1c, 1d, le eingeformt,
die Schrauben zur Befestigung des Schlosses aufnehmen. Die
Hülsen 1b und 1c tragen Nasen 1b1 und 1c1, auf denen eine
Schloßdecke 3 aufliegt. Diese Schloßdecke weist an ihrer vorderen
Stirnseite 3a zwei Vorsprünge 3a1 und 3a2 auf, die in
öffnungen 1a1 und 1a2 des Gehäuses passen. An der hinteren
Stirnseite 3b ist eine Zunge 3b1 angeformt, der zwei längere
Vorsprünge 3b2 und 3b3 benachbart sind. Die Teile 3b1, 3b2
und 3b3 liegen auf einer Aussparung 1f1 der hinteren Gehäusestirnwand
1f auf.
An die Stützhülsen 1d, 1e sind Vorsprünge 1d1 und 1e1 angeformt,
die über der Ebene der Schloßdecke 3 liegen.
Die Schloßdecke 3 ist in der Umgebung der Stützhülsen 1d, 1e
mit Aussparungen 3c, 3d versehen, die eine begrenzte Verschiebung
nach links erlauben. Dabei schieben sich die Kanten
dieser Aussparungen 3c, 3d unter die Vorsprünge 1d1 und 1e1,
wie es Fig. 3 und 4 zeigt. Mit 3e ist das Schlüsselloch bezeichnet.
Wenn jetzt noch die Zunge 3b1 plastisch verformt,
also nach unten gedrückt wird, ist die Schloßdecke 3 ohne jede
Schraube dauerhaft befestigt
In Fig. 3 ist das Schloßgehäuse mit der eingeschobenen Schloßdecke
dargestellt. Man erkennt dies daran, daß die Vorsprünge
3b2, 3b3 im Gegensatz zu Fig. 1 mit dem rechten Gehäuserand
abschließen.
Fig. 4 zeigt im Schnitt die nach links verschobene und damit
gegen Abheben gesicherte Decke 3.
Aus Fig. 5 ist ersichtlich, wie die Decke 3 durch Verformung
der Zunge 3b1 gegen Verschiebung gesichert ist.
Wenn das Schloß demontiert werden soll, biegt man mit einem
Werkzeug die Zunge 3b1 gerade. Danach kann die Schloßdecke 3

Claims (3)
- Double-bit lock with a box-shaped housing (1), a lock cover (3), a latch (2) mounted in this housing with a turn pin and a set of tumblers lying on the latch, characterised in that the lock cover (3) has on the front end face (3a) projections (3a1, 3a2) which fit into holes (1a1, 1a2) on the end wall (1a) of the housing, that the lock cover (3) has on the rear end face (3b) cut-outs (3c, 3d) which in the assembly position engage behind projections (1d1, 1e1) which are formed on the housing, and that the lock cover (3) has on the rear end face (3b) a tab (3b1) which after assembly undergoes a plastic deformation in order to secure the lock cover (3) against displacement into the dismantling position.
- Double-bit lock as claimed in Claim 1, characterised in that the housing projections (1d1, 1e1) are disposed on supporting bushes (1d, 1e), the interiors of which receive fixing screws.
