Claims (11)

  1. Appareil de fabrication (10) pour fabriquer une bande (W) à partir d'une pâte de papier (S) éjectée d'un caisson de tête (12), ledit appareil comprenant:
    une toile plate (14) définissant une section essentiellement horizontale (16) comportant des première et seconde extrémités (18, 20),
    un caisson de tête (12) disposé en position adjacente à et au-dessus de ladite première extrémité (18) de ladite section (16) pour éjecter la pâte de papier (S) sur ladite toile plate (14) entre lesdites première et seconde extrémités (18, 20) de ladite section (16),
    une toile de fabrication en boucle (22) coopérant avec et disposée par-dessus ladite section essentiellement horizontale (16) de telle sorte que ladite toile plate (14) et ladite toile de fabrication (22) définissent entre elles une section de fabrication allongée (24) pour éliminer de l'eau de la pâte de papier (S), ladite section de fabrication (24) possédant des extrémités amont et aval (26, 28),
    un sabot de fabrication (30) de forme arquée disposé en position adjacente à ladite extrémité amont (26) de ladite section de fabrication (24) et sur le côté de ladite toile plate (14) opposé à celui où se trouve ledit caisson de tête (12), l'arrangement étant tel qu'au cours du mouvement de ladite toile plate (14) par-dessus ledit sabot (30) de forme arquée, de l'eau (32) est éjectée par centrifugation depuis la pâte de papier (S) à travers ladite toile de fabrication en boucle (22),
    une fente à vide (34) disposée sur le côté desdites toiles (14, 22) opposé à celui où se trouve ledit sabot (30) pour transporter ladite eau (32) éliminée par centrifugation à travers ladite toile de fabrication en boucle (22),
    un caisson à vide renversé de forme arquée (36) disposé immédiatement en aval par rapport à ladite fente à vide (34) et sur le même côté desdites toiles (14, 22) que celui où se trouve ladite fente à vide (34), ledit caisson à vide (36) étant disposé à l'intérieur de ladite toile de fabrication en boucle (22),
    ledit caisson à vide (36) de forme arquée définissant une face courbe (38) pour guider lesdites toiles (14, 22), ladite face courbe venant se mettre en contact avec ladite toile de fabrication (22) et supportant par glissement ladite toile de fabrication, le sens de courbure de ladite face courbe (38) étant opposé à celui de la courbure du sabot de fabrication (30) de forme arquée,
       caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un moyen de blanchet en boucle (40) disposé du même côté desdites toiles (14, 22) que celui où se trouve ledit sabot (30), ledit moyen de blanchet (40) étant disposé en position adjacente auxdites toiles (14, 22) et sur le côté desdites toiles (14, 22) opposé à celui où se trouve ladite face courbe (38), et
       des moyens d'étirage (68) pour étirer ledit moyen de blanchet (40) de telle sorte que ledit moyen de blanchet (40) est pressé vers le haut (70) contre ladite toile plate (14), par lesquels ledit moyen de blanchet (40) coopère avec ladite toile plate (14) pour presser ladite toile plate (14) vers le haut en direction de ladite face courbe (38) dans le but d'éliminer par pression une portion supplémentaire d'eau (42) de la bande fabriquée (W) et à travers ladite toile de fabrication (22).
  2. Appareil de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite toile plate (14) définit une section amont (44) disposée immédiatement devant ladite section essentiellement horizontale (16), ladite section essentiellement horizontale (16) étant inclinée par rapport à ladite section amont (44) de telle sorte que ladite éjection de pâte de papier (S) sur ladite section essentiellement horizontale (16) s'effectue en formant un angle relativement petit par rapport à ladite section essentiellement horizontale (16) pour minimiser le rebondissement de la pâte de papier (S) sur ladite section essentiellement horizontale (16), ladite pâte de papier (S) étant éjectée sur ladite section essentiellement horizontale (16) en amont par rapport audit sabot (30) de forme arquée.
  3. Appareil de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite extrémité amont de ladite section de fabrication (24) englobe:
       des moyens (46) pour régler le serrage de ladite toile de fabrication (22) autour dudit sabot (30) de forme arquée dans le but de régler l'écoulement, d'eau (32) à travers ladite toile de fabrication (22).
  4. Appareil de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit sabot de fabrication (30) englobe:
       plusieurs lames (48, 49, 50), chaque lame s'étendant en direction transversale, lesdites lames (48, 49, 50) étant espacées l'une de l'autre dans la direction machine (MD).
  5. Appareil de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite fente à vide (34) englobe:
       un guide réglable (52) pour guider ladite eau (32) éliminée par centrifugation de la pâte de papier (S) à travers ladite toile de fabrication (22), ladite fente (34) étant reliée à une source de vide partiel pour faciliter l'élimination de ladite eau (32).
  6. Appareil de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite face courbe (38) englobe:
       plusieurs racles d'égouttage (54, 55, 56), chaque racle d'égouttage (54, 55, 56) s'étendant en direction transversale, lesdites racles d'égouttage (54, 55, 56) étant espacées l'une de l'autre dans le sens machine (MD) pour guider ladite toile de fabrication (22).
  7. Appareil de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite face courbe (38) englobe:
    une première zone (58);
    une seconde zone (60) disposée en aval par rapport à ladite première zone (58), ladite seconde zone (60) possédant un rayon de courbure qui est inférieur au rayon de courbure de ladite première zone (58).
  8. Appareil de fabrication selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde zone (60) est disposée immédiatement en aval par rapport à ladite première zone (58), ladite seconde zone (60) possédant une extrémité aval (62).
  9. Appareil de fabrication selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite extrémité aval (62), ladite seconde extrémité (20) de ladite section (16) essentiellement horizontale et ladite extrémité aval (28) de ladite section de fabrication (24) sont disposées en position adjacente l'une de l'autre.
  10. Appareil de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de blanchet (40) est un blanchet non poreux (64) qui définit une surface lisse (66) qui coopère avec ladite toile plate (14).
  11. Appareil de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de blanchet (40A) est un blanchet rainuré (64A) pour faciliter l'élimination de l'eau par pression à partir de la pâte de papier (S) au cours du mouvement de la pâte de papier (S) entre lesdites toiles (14, 22), entre ledit moyen de blanchet (40A) et ladite face courbe (38).
