Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Kochgerät mit einer Glaskeramikplatte (10), mit mindestens einem unter der Platte (10) angeordneten Heizstrahler (11), mit mindestens einem unter der Platte (10) in einem gegen die Heizstrahlung (16) abgeschirmten Bereich (20) angeordneten Sensor (14) zur Messung der Temperatur dieses Bereiches (20) und mit einer Einrichtung (25) zur Regelung der Heizleistung in Abhängigkeit der vom Sensor (14) gelieferten Signale. Eine einfache und zuverlässige Methode zur Messung der Topf-Bodentemperatur kann dadurch erreicht werden,

  • daß als Heizstrahler ein Halogenlampensystem (12) und als Heizplatte eine für Halogenstrahlung (16) gut durchlässige Keramikplatte (10) mit einem Absorptionsgrad von etwa ≦ 40% vorgesehen ist,
  • daß der Sensor (14) an der Unterseite der Keramikplatte (10) anliegt und
  • daß die Regeleinrichtung (25) mit einer Anordnung (25a) zur Einstellung einer Solltemperatur versehen ist.
