Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour retenir des pièces (1) métalliques de forme tubulaire destinées à subir un traitement de surface du type à voie chimique ou électrolytique, constitué par au moins un support (7) ayant la forme d'un "U" déformable élastiquement qui comprend deux pattes (8a, 8b) sensiblement parallèles qui sont sollicitées en écartement par la déformation élastique du "U", ledit support étant destiné à être disposé dans la cavité (4) de ladite pièce tubulaire à traiter, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un ensemble de retenue (22) monobloc formé par une base (27) ayant la forme d'un profilé en forme de "U" dont chacune des parois longitudinales (29, 30) présente une succession de saillies pour former deux à deux les pattes de retenue (8a, 8b) d'une succession de supports (7).
- Dispositif pour retenir des pièces (1) métalliques de forme tubulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une succession de supports (7) montés dans un cadre périphérique (20) pour constituer une cassette de manutention (21).
- Dispositif pour retenir des pièces (1) métalliques de forme tubulaire selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le cadre périphérique (20) est réalisé grâce à un assemblage de quatre profilés, à savoir, deux profilés longitudinaux (23, 24) et deux profilés d'extrémité (25, 26).
- Dispositif pour retenir des pièces (1) métalliques de forme tubulaire selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de retenue (22) est fixé par les extrémités de sa paroi horizontale (290) aux profilés d'extrémité (25, 26) grâce à des éléments de paroi (32) faisant saillie de la paroi horizontale (33) de chaque profilé d'extrémité.
- Dispositif pour retenir des pièces (1) métalliques de forme tubulaire selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le cadre périphérique (20) comprend une succession d'ensembles de retenue porte-support (22).
- Dispositif pour retenir des pièces (1) métalliques de forme tubulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que tous les ensembles de retenue porte-support (22) sont fixés aux profilés d'extrémité (25, 26) pour s'étendre parallèlement entre eux et aux deux profilés longitudinaux (23, 24).
- Dispositif pour retenir des pièces (1) métalliques de forme tubulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité (9a, 9b) de chacune des pattes (8a, 8b) comprend un dégagement central (10) pour former deux pointes de retenue (11a, 11b).
- Dispositif pour retenir des pièces (1) métalliques de forme tubulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support en forme de "U" est réalisé en un profilé plat et constitue en lui-même ses moyens élastiques par sa propre déformation.
- Dispositif pour retenir des pièces (1) métalliques de forme tubulaire selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le support en forme de "U" est réalisé en matériau métallique élastique tel qu'en titane.
- Installation (100) destinée à utiliser le dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un bâti (45) portant des moyens de déplacement (41) des moyens d'alimentation (42), des moyens de mise en place des pièces (43) et des moyens de rapprochement (44) permettant le rapprochement simultané des pattes de retenue (8a, 8b).
