Claims (14)

  1. Mount (10) for a winding unit (54'), which exhibits a winding core (28) and a winding band (50) which is fastened, by one end, on said winding core and is wound up, under tensile stressing, together with flexible sheet-like arrangements (52), in particular printed products such as newspapers, periodicals and the like, onto the winding core (28) to form a roll (54); having a mobile framework (11); having a bearing arrangement (24) which is arranged on said framework and is intended for mounting the winding core (28) such that it can be rotated about a horizontal axis (28'); and having means for blocking the winding band (50); characterized in that the bearing arrangement (24) can be moved at least approximately in the vertical direction; and in that a rest element (58) is arranged on the framework (11), beneath the bearing arrangement (24), on which rest element the winding band (50) rests, when the winding unit (54') has been lowered onto the rest element (58), in order to block the winding band (50).
  2. Mount according to Claim 1, characterized in that the rest element (58) exhibits a rest surface (58') which, as measured in the direction of the axis (28'), is at least as wide as, preferably wider than, the winding band (50).
  3. Mount according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the framework (11) exhibits a rail-like guide (20) which runs at least approximately in the vertical direction and on which a carriage (22) or trolley of the bearing arrangement (24) is mounted in a freely movable manner.
  4. Mount according to Claim 3, characterized by a latching device (48) which acts, in a receiving position (48') of the bearing arrangement (24), between the framework (11) and the bearing arrangement (24) and is designed in order to retain the non-loaded bearing arrangement (24) in the receiving position (48') and to release the bearing arrangement (24) which is loaded with a winding unit (54').
  5. Mount according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the bearing arrangement (24) exhibits a bearing member (26') on which the winding core (28) can be positioned, and a retaining member (34) which, in its retaining position (46), secures the winding core (28) against being lifted off from the bearing member (26'); the retaining member (34) being moved, when the bearing arrangement (24) is located in a receiving position (48'), into a rest position (46') in which the winding core (28) is released.
  6. Mount according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a band reel (68) intended for receiving the winding band (50) is mounted rotatably on the framework (11).
  7. Mount according to Claim 6, characterized by a reel band (70) which, at one end, is connected to the band reel (68) and, at the other end, can be connected to the free end (62'), remote from the winding core (28), of the winding band (50).
  8. Mount according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that preferably track-like guide elements (76, 82) are arranged on the framework (11), which guide elements, when the framework (11) is docked onto a stationary winding station (80), are intended for guiding the lifting means (95) thereof for the winding unit (54') and drive arrangement (108) for the band reel (68).
  9. Apparatus for processing flexible sheet-like arrangements, in particular printed products such as newspapers, periodicals and the like, having a number of mounts (10) according to one of Claims 1 to 7 and having at least one stationary winding station (80) onto which a mount (10) can be docked in each case and which exhibits a rocker (78) which, when the mount (10) has been docked, can be advanced up to the winding unit (54') from beneath and has a conveying-belt arrangement (98) for transporting the printed products (52), characterized in that the winding station (80) exhibits lifting means (95) which are intended for lifting off from the rest element (58) the winding unit (54') mounted on the bearing arrangement (24).
  10. Apparatus according to Claim 9, characterized in that the rocker (78) exhibits at least one endless supporting belt (94) which is guided around deflection rollers (92, 92'); and in that, when a mount (10) has been docked onto the winding station (80), the rocker (78) can be pivoted by means of a lifting drive (88), upwards in the direction (C) from a rest position (106) in which it is spaced apart from the winding unit (54'), into a lifting position (106') in which the circumference of the winding unit (54'), guided rotatably on the bearing arrangement (24), is mounted on the supporting belt (94).
  11. Apparatus according to Claim 10, characterized in that, in relation to a mount (10) docked onto the winding station (80), the supporting belt (94) is arranged laterally beside the winding band (50) and serves as a conveying belt for the printed products (52).
  12. Apparatus according to Claim 10 or 11, characterized in that, for circumferential driving of the winding unit (54'), the supporting belt (94) is connected to a drive motor (102).
  13. Apparatus according to one of Claims 9 to 12, characterized by a drive arrangement (108), which is assigned to the winding station (80) and is intended for the band reel (68), having an endless drive member (110) which is connected to a drive motor (102) for driving the band reel (68), is guided by its inner side around two deflection wheels (116, 116'), and is intended, when a mount (10) is docked onto the winding station (80), for engaging around, by the outer side of its section running between the deflection wheels (116, 116'), part of a coupling wheel (118) connected to the band reel (68); and having a device (124) for keeping the drive member (110) taut.
  14. Apparatus according to Claim 13, characterized in that one of the deflection wheels (116) is arranged on the rocker (78) and the other deflection wheel (116') is arranged on a pivot lever (120) mounted on the rocker (78), and follow-on members (104, 122) are preferably arranged on the rocker (78) and on the pivot lever (120), which follow-on members are intended for interacting with guide elements (76, 82) of the mount (10) in the event of docking.
