Description
Claims (8)
- Deglorofen mit mindestens einem Heizelement (3), dessen Heizstab (6) von einem Schutzrohr (4) umgeben ist, das durch eine Öffnung (10) in der Decke (2) in den Innenraum (1R) geführt ist, wobei das Schutzrohr (4) mit seinem Flansch (4F) auf die Oberfläche (2S) der Decke (2) aufgesetzt ist , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmeisolation (2I) der Decke (2) durch eine Abschirmung (11), die gegenüber der Wärmeisolation (2I) mittels Dichtungen (15,17) abgedichtet und wenigstens im Bereich der Öffnung (10) gegen die korrosiven Gase (30) aus dem Innenraum (1R) geschützt ist.
- Deglorofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmung (11) wenigstens einen gasdichten Zylinder (12) umfaßt, mit dem die Innenfläche der Öffnung (10) ausgekleidet ist, sowie Abdeckungen (13,14), die in den Randbereichen (10A, 10I) der Öffnung (10) vorgesehen sind.
- Deglorofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinder (12) aus Keramik in Form Al2O3, Mullit, MgAl2O4 gefertigt und mit einem feuerfesten Zement (16) auf der Basis von Al2O3, der hydraulisch bindet, dauerhaft mit der Innenfläche der Öffnung (10) verbunden ist, die durch die Wärmeisolation (2I) der Decke (2) begrenzt ist.
- Deglorofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dem Innenraum (1R) zugewandte Rand (10I) der Öffnung (10) durch eine Abdeckung in Form einer oder mehrerer korrosionsbeständiger Platten (14) aus feuerfesten Steinen überdeckt ist, daß die Platten (14) bis zum Schutzrohr (4) des Heizelementes (3) geführt sind, und daß der nach innen weisende Rand (12I) des Zylinder (12) auf dem Rand der Platten (14) unter Zwischenfügen einer Dichtung (15) aufgesetzt ist.
- Deglorofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (14) gleichzeitig als Ofenausmauerung vorgesehen ist.
- Deglorofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nach außen weisende Rand (10A) der Öffnung (10) sowie der Rand (12A) des Zylinder (12) von einer Abdeckung in Form einer Platte (13) aus Edelstahl überdeckt ist, daß die Platte (13) auch teilweise auf der Oberfläche (2S) der Decke (2) aufliegt, und daß zwischen der Platte (13) und dem Rand (10A) der Öffnung (10), dem Rand (12A) des Zylinder (12) und der Oberfläche (2S) der Decke (2) wenigstens eine Dichtung (17) angeordnet ist.
- Deglorofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtungen (15 und 17) als Matten aus Fasern oder als Schnüre ausgebildet sind.
- Deglorofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzrohr (4) mit seinem Flansch (4F) auf die Oberfläche der Platte (13) aus Edelstahl aufgesetzt ist.
