Das Wesentliche bei diesem neuen Verfahren liegt nun darin, daß bei dem Ziehvorgang keinerlei Bewegung zwischen Bindedraht 11, 11' und freiem Hakenende 16b der Ziehnadel 16 stattfindet, weil die eine Drahtreserve 11 die zuvor unten abgezogene Drahtlänge "L" ist, die hierbei gemäß Pfeillinie "PF2" auf eine Länge "L1" = ca. Ballenhöhe "H" zurückgezogen wird, und die zweite Drahtlänge 11' der Ballenbreite "T" aus der Vorratsrolle 10 herausgezogen wird.
Da also keine Reibung zwischen Drahtschlaufe 11, 11' und Ziehnadelhaken 16b stattfindet, ist die am Ziehnadelgriff 16a aufzuwendende Zugkraft "PF2" auch sehr gering.
Vorrichtungsmäßig unterstützt wird der praktisch reibfreie Ziehvorgang hierbei noch durch folgende bauliche Merkmale an der Presse 1:

  • a) die Bindedrahteinlaufstelle 12 an der Pressenrückwand 3 sowie die Drahtumlenkstelle 15 im Bereich der Preßplatte bzw. Stößelsohle 5a sind mit großem Radius oder als Umlenkrollen 15 bzw. 17 ausgebildet und
  • b) die Vertikalnuten 3a in der Pressenrückwand 3 weisen im Bereich oberhalb und unterhalb der Endstellung des Preßstößels 5 bei fertig gepreßtem Ballen "B" (in Fig. 1) Abstandsnocken 18 auf zum Abdrücken des dort verlaufenden Abbindedrahtes 11' von der rückwärtigen Kanal- bzw. Nutwand 3b.
