- la portée de positionnement est un tronçon cylindrique ;

Claims (6)
- Démarreur de véhicule automobile du type comportant un lanceur sur lequel agit une extrémité d'un levier de commande, et qui comprend un entraíneur dont le corps (10) comporte un manchon (12) qui est monté coulissant sur l'arbre du lanceur et dont une première extrémité (16) se prolonge radialement vers l'extérieur par une paroi (18) en forme de disque qui coopère avec une rondelle d'entraínement (24), agencée au voisinage de la seconde extrémité libre (26) du manchon (12), pour délimiter un logement qui reçoit l'extrémité du levier de commande, et du type dans lequel la rondelle (24) est montée sur une portée cylindrique de montage (30) avec un jeu radial déterminé et en appui axial contre un épaulement radial (32) du manchon, caractérisé en ce que la seconde extrémité libre (26) du manchon comporte au moins une portée (34) de positionnement avant montage dont le diamètre (D2) est inférieur à celui (D1) de la portée cylindrique de montage.
- Démarreur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la portée de positionnement (34) est un tronçon cylindrique.
- Démarreur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la portée cylindrique de montage (30) et la portée cylindrique de positionnement (34) sont reliées entre elles par un tronçon intermédiaire cylindrique (36) dont le diamètre (D3) est compris entre ceux (D1, D2) des portées cylindriques de montage (30) et de positionnement (34).
- Démarreur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la portée cylindrique de montage (30) et la portée cylindrique de positionnement (34) sont reliées entre elles par un tronçon intermédiaire conique (36).
- Démarreur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la portée de positionnement (34) est un tronçon conique.
- Démarreur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, en position de montage, la rondelle (24) est fixée sur le manchon (12) par soudage laser.
