The invention relates to a device for producing paint with a dough zone a mixing and conveying device for the supplied dry color powder and the Water, this mixing and conveying device is a mixing and conveying pipe with a has rotatable shaft arranged therein, with one downstream of the rise zone Grinding zone for grinding the color powder mixed with the water as well as with a the outlet for the finished color after the grinding zone.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to create a reliably working device for producing color, which in particular avoids the formation of clumps of color.
This creates an automatically working color mixer, by means of which above all a continuous production of color is possible, so that the supplied dry Color powder after mixing with water continuously and without interruptions for example, can be applied to a facade. The basic idea of the invention Manufacturing device is that by means of an appropriate device the dry paint powder to be processed is first fed to the production device becomes. In a first step, the dry color powder is first in the dough zone mixed with water to form a kind of dough or porridge. The wave is there rotatably mounted within the mixing and delivery pipe and points for the mixing process Appropriate mixing paddles or comparable facilities as well as for the promotion of Dough or porridge transport paddles, for example in the form of inclined wings. Instead of this transport paddle, it is of course also conceivable to use other transport devices use, for example, a screw conveyor. The dough or porridge is in the Connection to the dough zone at the same time during the mixing process of the downstream Fed into the grinding zone, where the dough or porridge is then ground and thus homogenized, to get the finished liquid color with the usual conventional consistency to obtain. The basic idea of the grinding device is to make a lot of loose Provide bodies, which in particular by moving a corresponding receptacle be moved against each other. The one sliding against each other as well rolling bodies thus define small grinding and mixing units between them with the result that the colored paste or pulp is ground and mixed between the bodies is, so that finally the liquid in a homogeneously uniform consistency Color emerges. The degree of grinding and mixing naturally depends on the length of the Grinding zone and the speed at which the paint passes. The basic idea is there thus, in particular to fill the drum with balls and thereby this drum in to set a rotational movement so that the balls are constantly moved and shifted and thus enable the grinding process. The drum is closed Have cylinder jacket, while the two end faces have openings, one end as entry for the pasted color and the other end as Exit serves for the finished liquid paint. The perforated sheets or screens for the end walls have corresponding openings, the diameter of which is of course smaller is than the diameter of the balls. The drum is inside the mixing and delivery pipe firmly arranged on the shaft. This means that when in the dough zone the shaft rotates and thus the dough or pulp is formed, the drum in the Grinding zone rotates simultaneously and synchronously. The advantage is that the shaft is together forms a structural unit with the drum, just like the mixing and delivery pipe, which is not only in the dough zone, but also in the grinding zone where it however, in comparison to the dough zone for receiving the drum, a considerably larger one Has diameter. The finished color can then be discharged through the outlet be pumped out, for example, by the liquid paint and processed immediately. It is therefore, according to the invention, a multi-stage system, in which initially a dough or porridge is produced, which is then evened out by a grinding process.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen. Advantageous further developments result from the subclaims.
The bodies are preferably spheres and consist, for example, of glass, metal, ceramic or other suitable solid material. The balls have the advantage that they can roll on each other very well and thus achieve an optimal grinding efficiency.
A further development of the drum suggests that it be divided into segments, the partitions preferably consist of a perforated plate or sieve. The drum thus has radial partitions with respect to the central axis which the drum in divide individual chambers, each containing a ball packing. Here the partitions can be provided with openings that allow the color to pass through allow, but not a passage of the balls. The advantage of the drum segments lies in the fact that the spheres have a certain spatial limitation in their respective segment exhibit. Above all, the drum segments have the advantage that the color does not collect due to gravity in the lower area. Because of the segmentation the drum filled evenly with paint.
In an optional development, the grinding zone can have an additional water supply, to further dilute the color dough made in the dough zone with water. This additional water supply can also be used to the front face to clean the drum continuously. Of course, but can also on this additional water entry can be dispensed with.
Another development of the manufacturing device for color according to the invention suggests that a spout of the spout is rotatably mounted and thereby the required Level in the mixer is adjustable.
Another development suggests that between the dough zone and the grinding zone additional conveyor for the pasted paint powder is arranged. This has the Advantage that the pasted paint powder without dusting the grinding zone is supplied so that a continuous removal of the pasted color powder takes place.
The conveyor preferably consists of fixed and inclined ones Shear knives. This means that there is a shear zone between the dough zone and the grinding zone created at least four additional shear blades. The one that is rotating pasted color powder experiences through the with respect to the longitudinal axis of the shaft inclined shear knife an axial component, which is for the forward transport of the pasted color powder. To achieve even transport, they are Shear knives preferably evenly distributed around the entire circumference. In the area this shear knife can also be the already mentioned additional water supply.
Finally, it is proposed in a further development that between the grinding zone and the Spout an additional mixing and transport device is provided. This mixing and Transport device can be formed by the continuous shaft, which with corresponding Mixing and transport paddles is equipped.
