Tor oder dergleichen Gebäude- oder Durchfahrtsverschluß mit einem - vorzugsweise elektromotorisch angetriebenen - Torblatt, insbesondere vertikal oder über Kopf bewegbares ein- oder mehrteiliges Torblatt, mit einem an dessen Schließkante angebrachten Torabschlußprofil (2) in Gestalt eines elastischen Hohlprofiles, bevorzugt Gummihohlprofiles, das eine in Profillängsrichtung bei unverformtem Profil (2) von einer Profilstirnseite (12) zur anderen (13) geradlinig durchgehende Hohlraumausbildung (6, 7) aufweist, die zumindest während der Schließbewegung des Torblattes (1) von einem Lichtstrahl durchgriffen ist, der von einem Sender (8; 8') ausgehend einem Empfänger (9; 9') zugeleitet ist, welch letzterer bei Unterbrechung des Lichtstrahles durch Verformung des Profiles (2), Senderausfall oder dergleichen zumindest im Zuge dieser Torblattschließbewegung ein Signal zur Ab- bzw. Bewegungsrichtungsumkehrschaltung des Antriebsmotoraggregates initiiert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der von der einen Profilstirnseite (12) ausgehende Lichtstrahl an der anderen Profilstirnseite (13) umgelenkt und in Gegenrichtung durch den Hohlraum (6, 7) zurückgeleitet und insoweit dem an derselben Profilstirnseite (12) wie der Sender (8; 8') befindlichen Empfänger (9; 9') zugeführt ist.
