Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the positioning of the toothed wheels (1, 2, 3) of the manipulating spindle (4) is indexed by means of ratchets (12, 22, 32), a tooth (13) of the end toothed wheel (1) being joinable by means of the coupling pin (8) to the manipulating spindle (4) and having a catch (130) engageable in a notch (120) in the ratchet (12) corresponding thereto, with a view to the blocking of said toothed wheel (1) in one rotation direction.
  3. Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the pivot (70) is integral with a plate (7) mounted in pivoting manner on the pivot pin (50) of the locking plate (6).
  4. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises, to permit the jamming of the combination on closure of the bolt, a plate connected to the latter and which, during the displacement of said bolt, rotates the central toothed wheel (2) by at least one catch.
  5. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base plate (5) is traversed by a pin (51), whose semicylindrical end (52) is introduced into a three quarter round orifice (90) made in the cover plate (9), and in that the pin (41) has a transverse slot (53) in which is engaged part of the plate (7), the pivoting of said pin (51) having the effect of pivoting the plate (7) on the pin (5) and disengaging the toothed wheels (1', 2', 3') from the toothed wheels (1, 2, 3).
