Abstract
Description
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Entgratungs,
Satinier- und Poliermaschine mit Förderband-Antrieb nach
dem Oberbegriff der Patentansprüche 1 und 5.The present invention relates to a deburring,
Satinizing and polishing machine with conveyor belt drive after
the preamble of
Such a machine is known from WO 93/07992. Here a revolving conveyor belt is used, which in a trough is included. The band fits in his Shaping the inlaid objects to be polished at, the roles supporting the tape in the Running polishing liquid.
In other known polishing devices with conveyor belt drive is the polishing medium by means of an endless conveyor belt circulated in a trough-shaped polishing trough. This conveyor belt slides on the round wall of the Polishing trough, which in turn is dense closed, which also serves as a machine frame Water tank. The one for the conveyor belt necessary conveyor rollers are outside on the Water tank stored.
On the one hand, this construction has the disadvantage that Polished material after the polishing process laboriously by hand must be collected, especially with small parts such as Cutlery or jewelry is very time consuming. Also the polishing media must be changed when changing the polishing medium can be removed manually from above with small buckets. On the other hand, the previous construction offers the user no access behind and under the polishing trough for the periodic cleaning of the water tank wherever inevitably soap residues and other soiling form. In addition, a conveyor belt can only be changed Disassembly of the polishing trough and the conveyor rollers take place.
Another disadvantage of this construction is that relatively large demand for soapy water and its disposal.
US 4 034 520 discloses an apparatus for the Finishing parts by vibration. Every part is included in a basket opposite the Device is only movable to a limited extent. The Picking up multiple parts in one basket as well as the problem after a long period of processing Twisting of the basket is not addressed.
The present invention aims to the known To further develop polishing machines with conveyor belt drives that these are much more user-friendly and also become more maintenance-friendly.

There is a special one for quick removal of the polishing material
Container element (FIG. 3) in the form of a
Stahl selbst entfernt
werden muß. Dazu wählt man jeweils Durchlaßöffnungen, die
kleiner als die Polierkörper 21 sind, oder verzichtet
überhaupt auf jegliche Durchlaßöffnung.A perforated plate can also be used instead of a wire mesh

Another variant for the rapid separation of the polishing material

Both variants, both the
Richtung vorgegeben.
Instead of the "two-trough system", the machine is new

Für herunterfallenden Schleifstaub (bei Trockenverfahren)
oder herunter tropfende Polierlauge (bei Nassverfahren) ist
unterhalb des Poliertroges eine Auffangwanne 13 am
Grundgestell 1 befestigt.
Bauart. For falling grinding dust (in dry processes)
