Description
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe transversale représentant de façon très schématique une sécheuse-repasseuse à cuvette équipée d'un cylindre conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne II-II de la figure 3 illustrant plus en détail une forme de réalisation préférentielle du cylindre selon l'invention ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe longitudinale représentant les extrémités du cylindre de la figure 2 ;
- la figure 4 est une vue de dessus représentant une extrémité de l'une des tôles formant l'enveloppe extérieure du cylindre des figures 2 et 3, sur laquelle sont fixés deux peignes dont l'un est représenté en trait plein avant sa fixation sur la tôle ; et
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne V-V de la figure 4, sur laquelle on a également représenté en traits mixtes le bord périphérique d'un flasque intérieur du cylindre, avant la soudure de la tôle sur ce flasque.
Claims (11)
- Cylindre de sécheuse-repasseuse à cuvette, comprenant une enveloppe extérieure cylindrique (26), caractérisé par le fait que cette enveloppe extérieure comporte des tôles (32) en forme de secteurs cylindriques et des peignes (36) de guidage d'une bande de garniture élastique (22) apte à être montée sur l'enveloppe, ces peignes (36) étant placés entre les tôles (32).
- Cylindre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les tôles (32) sont identiques.
- Cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que les tôles (32) sont traversées par des perforations (38) réparties uniformément.
- Cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les tôles (32) sont séparées par des fentes (40).
- Cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les tôles (32) comportent des rebords (34) repliés vers l'intérieur du cylindre, sur lesquels sont fixés les peignes (36).
- Cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les peignes (36) sont formés directement dans les tôles.
- Cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'une partie seulement des tôles (32) porte des peignes (36), les tôles portant des peignes étant placées entre des tôles ne portant pas de peigne.
- Cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend de plus un tube central (24) supportant l'enveloppe extérieure cylindrique (26) par l'intermédiaire de flasques (28).
- Cylindre selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que les tôles (32) sont fixées sur les flasques (28).
- Cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé par le fait que les flasques (38) sont fixés sur des bagues de centrage (30) usinées extérieurement, fixées sur le tube (24).
- Cylindre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que les flasques (38) comprennent un flasque d'extrémité, dépourvu d'ouverture, les autres flasques comportant des fenêtres (31) de passage de vapeur.
