Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rakelvorrichtung für Tiefdruckmaschinen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a doctor blade device for rotogravure printing machines according to the preamble of claim 1.
Eine Rakelvorrichtung für Tiefdruckmaschinen ist beispielsweise schon aus der DE 69 26 396 U bekannt. Eine derartige Rakelvorrichtung umfaßt ein Rakelmesser, das axial zur Druckwalze hin- und herbewegt wird und unter einem Anstellwinkel, der meist größer als 90° ist, mit einer Längskante am Formzylinderumfang anliegt. Die Hin- und Herbewegung des Rakelmessers wird bei der bekannten Rakelvorrichtung durch einen Kettentrieb erreicht, dessen Kette einerseits an dem Rakelmesser befestigt ist und der durch einen mit gleichbleibender Drehzahl umlaufenden Antrieb über ein Wendegetriebe hin- und herbewegbar ist, wobei dieses Wendegetriebe durch in den Grenzstellungen der Rakel betätigte Endschalter umschaltbar ist. Derartige Wendegetriebe sind zum einen sehr kompliziert aufgebaut. Zum anderen tritt beim jeweiligen Umsteuern der Richtung in dem Wendegetriebe eine Totzeit auf. Dies ist insbesondere beim Ausführen von sehr kleinen Schwenkbewegungen störend.A doctor blade device for gravure printing machines is already known from DE 69 26 396 U, for example. Demnach ist das Rakelmesser zusammen mit einem in einem Halter verschieblich geführten Rakelbalken über eine gestellfeste und motorisch angetriebene Taumelscheibe antreibbar. In Fig. 2 ist die Rakelvorrichtung 10 in ihrer Arbeitsstellung gezeigt. Dazu wird ein Rakelmesser 18 an einen Formzylinder 12 angestellt, der in bekannter Art und Weise in Druckerfarbe 16 in einer Farbwanne 14 eintaucht. Das Rakelmesser 18 ist in einem Rakelhalter 20 eingesetzt, der auf einem Rakelbalken 22 montiert ist. Der Rakelbalken 22 ist in Richtung senkrecht zur Zeichenebene auf Führungsstangen 24 hin- und herbeweglich geführt. Die Führungsstangen 24 sind in hier nicht näher dargestellter Art und Weise mit zwei seitlichen Haltern 28 fest verbunden. Die seitlichen Halter 28 sind drehfest mit einer Achse 26 verbunden, die wiederum in einer hier nicht näher dargestellten Traverse gelagert, die selbst wiederum in nicht dargestellter Art und Weise im Ständer der Druckmaschine heb- und absenkbar gelagert ist.2, the
Der Antrieb der Hin- und Herbewegung, d.h. die translatorische Bewegung, des Rakelbalkens 22 und damit des Rakelmessers 18, kann anhand der Fig. 1 näher erläutert werden. Am Rakelbalken 22 sind zwei Rollen 30, 32 befestigt, zwischen denen eine Taumelscheibe in der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Anordnung läuft. Die Taumelscheibe 34 ist in ihrem Randbereich 36 ballig ausgeführt, so daß auch bei Schrägstellung der Taumelscheibe 34 der Rand entlang der Rollen 30 und 32 ungestört abrollen kann. Die Taumelscheibe 34 ist auf einem Zapfen 38 gelagert, der über entsprechende Drehlager in einem Gehäuse 40 gelagert ist. Das Gehäuse 40 ist mit der Achse 26 fest verbunden. An dem Gehäuse 40 ist ein in der Fig. 1 teilweise weggeschnittener Elektromotor 42 angeflanscht. Die Abtriebswelle des Elektromotors 42 ist mit dem Zapfen 38 über eine Kupplung 44 verbunden. An der Taumelscheibe 34 greift ein Verstellhebel 46 an, über den die Schräglage der Taumelscheibe und damit der Arbeitshub des Rakelmessers 18 einstellbar ist. Der Verstellhebel 46 greift in eine Gabel 48 eines Wellenstücks 50, welches drehbar gelagert in einem Flansch 52 sitzt. Dieser Flansch 52 hat ein Außengewinde 54 über das er in einem Innengewinde einer ebenfalls achsfesten Platte 56 eingeschraubt ist. Dabei kann der schraubbare Flansch 52 über einem drehfest mit diesem verbundenen Deckel 58 und an diesem angebrachte Speichen 60 per Hand gegenüber der Platte 56 verdreht werden. Dabei wird der Flansch entweder in die Platte 56 hineingeschraubt oder aus dieser herausgeschraubt. Dadurch wird der Verstellhebel 46 und damit der Taumelgrad der Taumelscheibe 34 verstellt. Durch entsprechendes Verdrehen des Flansches 52 kann also der Arbeitshub des Rakelmessers 18 stufenlos eingestellt werden.On the
